Worst
customer
service
ever!!
Don’t
ever
get
your
ears
pierced
from
here
especially
for
you
baby.
Lack
of
information
and
the
manager
specifically
spoke
so
rudely.
The
manager
provided
false
info
and
then
mentioned
we
haven’t
booked
an
appointment
when
an
appointment
was
clearly
booked
and
we
had
evidence.
Also,
the
manager
asked
for
the
baby’s
vaccination
book
and
said
she
won’t
do
the
piercing
without
the
book.
This
wasn’t
mentioned
when
we
arranged
the
appointment
and
the
manager
said
she
will
only
do
the
piercing
if
the
book
doesn’t
get
here
within
20
seconds.
Really
not
sure
how
someone
can
drive
home
and
get
a
red
book
in
20
seconds.
We
managed
to
get
the
book
around
3:32
when
the
appointment
was
booked
for
3:30.
The
manager
said
she
won’t
do
the
piercing
because
it
came
after
half
three
and
that
she
has
another
customers
appointment
booked
for
half
3.
Don’t
understand
how
that
makes
sense
when
she
clearly
said
your
appointment
was
for
half
three
and
because
we
came
at
10
past
three
she
herself
said
you
have
come
early
so
have
to
wait
for
your
appointment.
It
was
CLEARLY
their
mistake
but
the
manager
was
not
accepting
it
and
spoke
to
us
sooo
rudely.
She
wears
glasses
and
is
tall.l,
and
the
worker
present
was
short
with
blonde
hair.
Both
were
very
rude
and
unprofessional.
Claire
needs
to
train
their
workers
well
or
employ
honest
workers
who
know
how
to
communicate
with
workers.
This
was
at
the
Claire’s
in
Broadway
Bradford.
I
would
suggest
not
to
get
your
ears
pierced
done
by
there
especially
for
your
baby.
There’s
no
point
paying
so
much
for
a
piercing
when
the
customer
service
is
very
BAD.
