Popped into the local Accessorize while we were in the Broadway. Though it's a small shop it was packed with all the new fall line. I almost always walk out with something new, though I wish there were a bit more silver as everything seems to be trending towards gold lately. The cashier here was shy but friendly.

Not even give 1 star. Staffs members in shops doings henna. I thinks name was madiyah, something like this sir. Very unprofessional please & very rude sir. Is talk me like I'm stupids. Her makes my children's feels very uncomfortable. My children is later on cry. Sir me never is treating nobody like this, this is very bad. Not lookings good for shap. Even her make me to feel like cry, very sads. Never again me come shap sir.

Dissapointing. I returned a Christmas gift with a gift receipt. The hats did not fit me. I was uable to refund to the card as I did not have it. They were also unable to out the credit onto a gift card. Tills are cablerble of this as other shops do it so why can't this one?

Last time was there they had very nice offers, got backpacks for my relatives at very good prices, quality and the design were really good aswell.

My most fave shop in town..

Horrible service. The supervisor accuses people of stealing and actually lies and says you stole even if you haven't. Her name is Jade and she big and heavy looking. Awful experience. What a horrible employee. My wife was devastated to be accused.

Poor behaviour from the Bradford Broadway staff member. She is called Jade who accused me and my mum of attempting to steal. She hounded me and harassed me in front of everyone in Broadway. She also took a photo of me and my mum. I am very upset and currently taking actions further to customer service and also taking legal actions to resolve this matter
