I
have
given
this
a
2
for
now
on
the
basis
that
I
live
in
hope
at
some
point
this
hospital
gets
back
to
me
with
an
answer.
I
thought
I
would
look
up
reviews,
and
was
a
little
concerned
about
what
I
was
reading.
I
opted
for
"benefit
of
doubt".
Got
my
initial
appointment
although
there
was
a
bit
of
confusion
about
my
medical
records
so
I
thought
right
ignore
it
lets
just
crack
on.
Met
the
consultant
very
nice
chap
advised
my
GP
and/or
NHS
Hospital
would
be
contacted
to
get
my
records
and
scans
(first
time
ever
I
opted
to
go
private,
in
my
naivety
I
thought
it
would
be
a
whole
different
experience
to
what
I
am
used
to).
I
was
advised
I
would
be
sent
a
quote
for
the
surgery,
that
was
Mid
November.
I
have
lost
count
the
amount
of
times
I
have
called
this
place,
getting
through
to
someone
to
actually
pick
up
the
phone
is
shockingly
bad.
There
are
2
receptionists
so
why
are
they
not
answering
the
phones?
2.5
days
to
get
through
to
someone,
based
only
deciding
to
just
hit
the
admissions
selection
did
I
get
through.
Finally
through
to
Customer
services
to
be
advised
that
all
notes
had
not
been
recorded
on
the
database
so
they
could
not
help
me
until
the
lady
responsible
for
me
was
in.
What
if
that
lady
was
off
for
a
week
or
was
off
sick?
What
is
the
point
of
a
database?
I
could
have
lost
my
temper
but
I
did
not,
as
I
could
not
be
bothered
to
be
honest.
It
is
only
because
my
NHS
appointment
has
been
put
back
am
i
persevering
with
this.
What
does
stick
in
my
throat
is
that
I
am
paying
for
this
surgery
out
of
my
own
pocket!
Tempted
to
cancel
it
to
be
fair.
