I had my day 2, 5 and 8 test done with Roshni clinic. My test results were out within 12 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I had to travel to the clinic as there was a delay with the parcel service.

Paid for a 24 hour PCR test in Bradford to fly to Dubai landed in Poland 36 hours later no PCR test and had to buy a new one at the airport absoultly appalling service. Never again. Don't reccomend.

After being let down by my Boots PCR test, I booked an emergency PCR test at Roshni Clinic and I was not disappointed. All the staff are so helpful and it was a really straight forward process. My results arrived in just under 8 hours! I will definitely be recommending to others and using this clinic again!

Good, fast and efficient service. PCR was a do-it-yourself affair, though instructions were given. Results were not delivered by original time promised, though they were quick to resolve and correct this when messaged. Recommended for those who need pre-flight testing.

Do not use this outfit they will ruin your holiday good and proper, didn't get any results from them they just took the money, lucky for me I had read the reviews after I had booked with them and the alarm bells went so I booked with DAM health who are a professional set up at this and got my results before midnight the same day as promoted,these guys are a full on scam and I don't know how they have managed to get a licence to do this, BE WARNED

Very impressed with the service received from the Bradford branch. My husband and his friend had their PCR test done today, the service was impeccable. They received the results sooner then they had anticipated. A very professional business. Would recommend to all.

The service I received here was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who looked after us was polite, courteous and very professional putting my young children at ease when it came to taking the tests!!! I received the results well within the 24 hour slot and was able to print them off before setting off to the airport tomorrow. I would not hesitate to recommend again and again!!!

After being letdown by another testing site Roshni Clinic were extremely efficient and prompt at booking and confirming an appointment for a PCR test. They were responsive to messages and phonecalls and promptly dealt with questions. I would definitely recommend their services in the future.

Got a PCR test done for my son and daughter yesterday for 24 hour result, only received one email with certificate! Rang the clinic and was told its being sent again but I should download it from the website! Anyway she didnt send the email still waiting but made me go through the hassle of navigating to the website then putting codes in to retrive my certificate! If u have told me I will get an email then plz send it do not tell customers to download it! As u can imagine im very busy the day before my flight!

Really bad experience. I booked a PCR test before flight. Arrived on time but none of their staff showed up. Waited outside for 2 hours but no one come down. Do not come here for the PCR test !!!

Do not use this place. Service is worst i have ever used. Dont answer phones. Been waiting for a receipt now a week and still not sent it. Also paid for an appointment the clinic took the money of me but didnt book me in to the place my appointment was booked at. Booked same day result and got back next day after calling the clinic.. Just do not use avoid at all costs.

Had some issues with understanding the 2/8 day test sequence as you have to make sure you get the right barcode with the right test kit, ended up sending the 8 day test in the 2 day bag ! Once I made contact with Roshni they quickly sorted out the issue without fuss or extra cost. Would recommend Roshni as the travel testing process is no picnic and they were very responsive and patient

Used the Harrogate location for a same-day PCR test. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and polite, and the results arrived within the specified time frame. Replies in WhatsApp were incredibly prompt - a huge reassurance!

I’m leaving this review here because typing in Roshni clinic on Google gave me an almost 5 star review status which then alarmingly caused me to book in at the Rotherham clinic which is FAR FROM IT- please thoroughly research the actual place you are booking at. Please, do not purchase a test through this clinic. It is a complete sham/scam. I paid £30 per test to have a lateral flow administered by trained healthcare professional at the Rotherham clinic. It is not a clinic whatsoever, it’s the football club, and it’s the staff handing out footballs, handing you a test. We were directed to a store cupboard. I am not exaggerating in any which way, this was a store cupboard, full of chairs, one table 2 chairs set out for you to do the test *yourself* complete with a load of discarded swabs from the previous test takers strewn everywhere, it was absolutely disgusting. I asked the woman if the fact it wasn’t administered was going to affect the fact that the country requirement was that it had to have been administered by healthcare professional, she said “it will be fine we’ve never had any problems” (yeah, right- specifically google Roshni Rotherham). A very young lad was entering details into a computer and told us that the test will be back later that night – this was at 12 pm at this point, on the website it states a two hour turnaround. Every ounce of my being did not trust any part of this. When we got home I booked a test for an hour later via Randox at Doncaster airport. (We drove in to the car park, wore masks into a very clinical, actual clinic building, had all details i.e. passport checked, had the test administered by a trained healthcare professional, and had the certificate to fly back within the hour). I sent a message to the WhatsApp number chasing my cert and 2 hours after the test was told it would be released shortly. I never received it. My husband received his certificate 8 hours later which stated that we’d had the test carried out in Bradford and named someone we had never even encountered. It did not bear the statement “administered by healthcare professional” as the Randox one does; so I’m not even sure this would’ve got us into the country (Portugal). This is without a doubt a complete money-making scam, please **do not use** Roshni “clinic”. I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how this is still operating. I’ve messaged the WhatsApp requesting a refund and will be going through my credit card provider if I don’t get one, which I very, very much doubt I will.

I booked a fit to fly PCR test for my daughter. Easy to use online forms including the consent form. The reception was friendly and we were seen to immediately. They even double checked the timescales for the test for Malta to be doubly sure. Sajjad had my 7 year old at ease and she didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The certificate was emailed within a few hours. Great service and would recommend. Note: on Google street maps this is the old Lister pharmacy building.

Although the experience was not to the standard I had expected from the previous reviews, despite the confusion regarding QR codes on recovery certificate, Bilal went an extra mile to assist me with all the documents that I will require for my travels. When mistakes were made by the staff, Bilal tried to rectify it to the best of his ability. In terms of constructive feedback for the staff at Roshni Clinic, I would advise that during these strange times where people are still trying to understand what travelling will be like post pandemic, staff at Roshni clinic should have a bit of patience and empathy and take time out to assist the client on the phone. I would also advice, before giving out information always check and double check as it avoids any confusion and upset later. Lastly, although sometimes I understand people like to get information from their colleagues, please do not put the phone on loud speaker, its just basic good customer service, to even put the client on hold, get the information you need and come back to the client. Good customer service goes a long way.

Absolutely brilliant and professional service and quick too! Our accredited Covid Recovery Certificates arrived with QR codes and we are now well on our way to booking an overdue holiday .We would definitely recommend Roshni for all travelling certification and testing needs including Fit to Fly certificates .A special mention to Charlotte who was terrific !

Fantastic service my husband and I went for our PCR test at 15:30 today for fit to fly. We had our result by 19:15. The young man who did our tests was polite and professional. Questions we had when we arrived home where answered promptly and professionally . We would highly recommend and we will not hesitate to use the company again. A big thank you.

Roshni clinic was very clean, staff were punctual, and products reasonable priced. I found the staff very friendly and personable with high professional standards. I had a COVID test that was returned within 24 hours and because of the great work will be coming back for vitamin drips in the future. Fantastic work Roshni clinic is a true 5 star service.

I was relieved when I found that Roshni clinic offered PCR tests and Fit to Fly Certificates over the weekend (my flight was Sunday evening). Many other clinics do not operate or process results on weekends. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. She assured me that they could get my results to me on a Saturday, just 24 hours after the test. Bilal has a lovely manner and even offered me a cheaper service that would take 48 hours, but would still give me my results before my flight. Fit to Fly Cert was received 23 hours after test. I highly recommend this trustworthy, friendly and efficient service!

After a debacle with gaining a PCR test for my fathers flight for Pakistan, I saw Roshni Clinic guarantee’d results within 24 hours. Booking an appointment was easy and the test process easier. Friendly and professional staff who make you at ease during your visit. And we received the results exactly when the staff member told us we would. I had the best experience with Roshni Clinic. With my flights getting rescheduled multiple times, Dr. Bilal personally made sure that all the guidelines related to the time spans for COVID test before flying were met properly. He rescheduled the appointments on request and was very understanding. I received the reports within 1-1.5 days which was a great relief for me. I had no stress with such a great staff assisting me throughout the process. The clinic is very clean and it is easy to locate on Google maps. It is reachable via Uber. Thanks for a smooth process.

Used this clinic to do a PCR Covid test to fly where the destination required a test done within the past 24 hours prior to flight. Had the results within 5 hours. Excellent service, and good to use if you need to fly urgently.

Jawariya at the high Wycombe branch could not have been more helpful. The whole process is somewhat of a minefield, yet she gave constant updates about what we needed to do. We had no issues with getting the test in time to upload the information when checking in ( day before we actually flew) meaning that when we got to the airport they had already checked & verified the test info provided so we had no hold ups. On returning home, our day 2 test was ready & waiting & as a result of such good service we have paid to take the additional Day 5 test, taking our grand total to 5 full PCR tests in 16 days.

Rang and spoke with Georgia from the airport abroad who instantly booked me in and mailed the details across for my locator form. Been today for the rest and absolutely fantastic service, made to feel very welcome and the place is spotless.
