I
have
attended
the
MSK
clinic
here
several
times
over
the
last
few
years,
dealing
mostly
with
the
same
Dr.
This
clinician
deserves
even
less
than
1
star
for
the
lack
of
basic
care
they
provided.
I
have
made
an
official
complaint
against
the
service
for
the
lack
of
care
I
received
and
the
response
answers
none
of
the
questions
I
raised.
I
can
only
assume
this
is
because
they
cannot
answer
the
questions
without
admitting
that
their
care
fell
way
below
the
standard
that
it
should
have
been.
An
appropriate
apology
for
mistakes
made
can’t
change
how
I
have
been
treated,
however
it
would
allow
me
to
regain
some
trust
in
a
service
that
has
fallen
way
below
my
expectations.
The
MSK
service
here
also
needs
to
recognise
that
some
medical
problems
are
outside
of
their
remit
and
should
promptly
refer
patients
when
appropriate
so
that
they
can
receive
the
care
they
require.
It
would
also
help
if
they
examined
patients
correctly,
and
followed
the
correct
medical
guidelines
and
referral
pathways.
Further
training
at
the
MSK
clinic
may
be
required
to
bring
clinicians
up
to
date
with
certain
medical
conditions,
particularly
in
what
signs/symptoms
may
indicate
serious
pathology.
