I would give zero stars if possible. The most difficult and inept surgery to book an appointment. They wont let you book an appointment in person, phone lines are engaged for over 1 hour. Finally got through - the appointments are all taken. E-consult only between 8am to 10am. Tried at 09:30am and was unavailable. Absolutely ridiculous!! As an ill pensioner who needs an urgent appointment and medication the whole process has caused me undue stress - they need investigating. Service is terrible and not fit for purpose.

Absolutely disgraceful appointment booking services. The practice used to have a a morning drop in clinic, online booking and advance booking for appointments. It's now 100% on the day booking and impossible to get through on the phone. I hit dial the second it turned 8.30 this morning and am now on my 115th redial and still getting no connection, not even being added to a queue. I've been trying this for 3 weeks now and every time I eventually get through there are no appointments left. If you need to see a GP, find a different practice - it's impossible to get an appointment here

By far the worse GP practice I’ve been too. very ironic that they cancel appointments if you’re 10 minutes late, even though I had to wait 50 minutes to be finally seen. Despite the long wait I was finally seen by Dr Usman Ali, who never apologised for the wait or even acknowledged it, he was very passive regarding my concerns and was not helpful. I urge everyone to consider changing your local Practice if it is there.

Been trying to get through since 8.30 am !! It’s 12.23pm now and still engaged , they deliberately take the phone off the hook so we can’t book appointment. I went in surgery to book appointment as wasn’t able to get anywhere online , to be then told they not booking appointments in surgery and was told to try ringing up or do the e consult but e consult showing not taking any consultations online this is absolutely disgusting will leave this practice asap .

I have attended the MSK clinic here several times over the last few years, dealing mostly with the same Dr. This clinician deserves even less than 1 star for the lack of basic care they provided. I have made an official complaint against the service for the lack of care I received and the response answers none of the questions I raised. I can only assume this is because they cannot answer the questions without admitting that their care fell way below the standard that it should have been. An appropriate apology for mistakes made can’t change how I have been treated, however it would allow me to regain some trust in a service that has fallen way below my expectations. The MSK service here also needs to recognise that some medical problems are outside of their remit and should promptly refer patients when appropriate so that they can receive the care they require. It would also help if they examined patients correctly, and followed the correct medical guidelines and referral pathways. Further training at the MSK clinic may be required to bring clinicians up to date with certain medical conditions, particularly in what signs/symptoms may indicate serious pathology.

What an incredibly frustrating experience! The facilities provided were extremely disappointing. Despite being labeled as a medical center, they have failed to offer appointments and are unresponsive to phone calls. It's bewildering why they would claim to be a medical center if they're unwilling to assist those in need. Their lack of helpfulness is simply unacceptable. In fact, they seem to intentionally provoke and neglect people, displaying a complete lack of compassion. The staff's behavior comes across as not only unhelpful but also rude and abrasive. One can only imagine the distress if someone faced an emergency and their family couldn't secure an appointment. It's disheartening to think that in such crucial moments, the center might not provide the necessary support.

21.12.22 i have not been able to leave a new review. I currently sat in a and e with a 6 year old child who had yellow discharge seeping from.his ears, and temperature of 39 . This is despite visiting the doctors earlier today being supposedly checked by a qualified paramedic anwho consulted with the doctor over the phone to say viral. Its funny that a and e thinks different, I am seriously disgusted at your service require a official complaint logged and if my childs hearing suffers true to your negligence I will be taking serious action. I request a call back tomorrow as I spoke to your receptionist earlier tjis evening who was not even bothered kept advising we are closing shortly call 11 Extremely upset with this surger1. It is normal for child to be dizzy!y phone lines constantly engaged. I need urgent help but not as urgent as a and e. What are we meant to do of we cant even have an appointment. Shameful

Never have I seen a a surgery so un organised and unprofessional like this one. Firstly I called to book appointment with a doctors. Was told be the receptionist a doctors would definitely call me today. I had my phone stuck to me all day but received no call and then got a text to day the surgery is now closed call back tomorrow. So the next day I arrange for a appointment again. Now told I won't on the same day and have to wait till Monday when the doctor was meant to call me yesterday! So the receptionist tells me it will be q telephone call on Monday at 9pm. But I received a text to say its at Westbourne surgery at 9pm. So I ring to conform where exactly is it. She tells me it's over the phone not at Westbourne surgery. Need to organise them selves. Not the first time I have got messed around by them.

Avoid like the plague. Change asap. Dr Balmani plays games and makes you feel very very anxious, he is accusatory and not empathetic. Appointments are very hard to get. The worst Drs surgery ever. Refuse to see a pregnant woman with bad symptoms. Had a poorly child and they advised to go to A&E when I got there they told me to call my doctor as it wasn’t serious. They really fob you off. They need striking off.

Following the death of my grandfather in January I had some concerns regarding the service received and simply wanted to pass some feedback on to avoid others receiving similar treatment. After failing to call me after several attempts I made a formal complaint. I have chased and chased and still no response. Appalling service and complete lack of compassion and understanding

Baby was ill called gp he took symptoms and prescribed a antibiotics and eye ointment was hoping gp would give a face to face apt . Baby became very ill 5 days later was taken to hospital via ambulance and diagnosed with tonsilitis and asthma.. qas submitted for 2 days. also had an apt with nurse myself today for an ecg and bloods. I was done within 8 minutes ecg was about 40 seconds only couldn't believe how fast it was done dont know how they conclude anything from a 40 second ecg??? Surgery has definitely lost its patient care and statistics taking over..

Awful receptionists. Awful telephone lines. Can only get through when the appointments have all gone. Such a shame as used to be one of the best practices around until the merge with Wrose and Heaton. Doctors are good once you can manage any communication with them.

Terrible surgery, you can never get an appointment. Not even in advance. They want you to call at 8.30 in the morning to get an appointment, think they forget that people work and if you cam phone at that time it's engaged till 10am only to be told you can't get an appointment. All the Dr's are totally disinterested in your problems, they just want to you out within 5 minutes.

Absolutely Disgusting Service... These Guys Have Bought 5 GP Practises But Ironically Non Of Them Can Answer The Phone... Soo Busy.. As An Heart Patient, I May Need To Speak To A Dr Or Get An Update, But These Guys Turn The Phone Line Off. The Doctors Have "A DUTY OF CARE TO SEE THEIR PATIENT". These guys "Put Clowns To Shame" Directors And Partners!

Lack of communication between patiient, receptionist, doctors and pharmacy next-door. Got told doctor would call me for a review regarding two types of medication i take for menopause and mental health but nobody got intouch with me, went without medication which obviously affected my health! Called the surgery on three different occasions but I felt I wasn't listened to.

5*...simply and only because of Hannah Black. She went up and beyond to make sure I had the best service. Shame I cant give her more stars! Absolute asset to the doctors and it will be a shame to see her go! Wish her all the luck in her new venture, they will be lucky to have you.

The msk team are situated in there. The Google telephone number is constantly unavailable. I rang them accidentally three times as I got lost on my way to the surgery. I arrived to be told I would not be seen as I was late. That's wasn't a problem I rescheduled, but the appalling behaviour from the msk receptionist, when I reported the problem, she accused me of shouting at her and slammed the phone down. Customer service at its finest

I have never actually managed to book an appointment with a GP. Apparently they don't actually do this but are actively thinking about bringing in GP appointments in the future. I kid you not.

I had an appointment with DR Bhamani, I came into the appointment very nervous of the outcome. He was reassuring, listened to my concerns, explained my diagnosis, and explained to me the next steps going forward. I came out of my appointment very happy would highly recommend the MSK team.

Lying to patients, stopping prescriptions and then telling you to wait a week for essential care, refusing to give test results that were sent to them by a specialist in March that you have chased up for months only to be told 7 months later that they were sent to the doctors. Failure to keep accurate records in line with GDPR fraud, disability discrimination, ongoing homophobic attitudes as well as sexist and racist discrimination all resulting in crippling health problems that could have been addressed in time had anyone done the job they are paid to do! If you want to die, they this is the doctors for you. If you want to get medical care, then let's hope you ate a straight, Muslim woman. Because quids in, you will then!

Many years ago I had some bad experiences at this GP Practice, but recently I've spoke to a few great doctors. I can't explain how helpful they have been, Dr. Qureshi, Dr Okeahialam at Leylands and Dr Sahota (at the wrose practice) are all very kind and knowledgeable people. I feel in good safe hands and they have really helped me. They've made sure I get the correct care and really listened when I explained my concerns about my health. Yes the phone lines never get answered in the morning, but they are busy and so many people are calling at the same time? Sometimes there are other things people can do to make their life easier instead. There is an e consult online which takes 2 minutes to fill out and I have 100% had a call back very quickly after doing so and been seen to at the surgery the times I have needed to be. The receptionists are nice and I think everyone's doing a great job considering all the obstacles from covid etc
