    The receptionists demonstrate toxic and bullying behaviour when they get anything wrong, never admit error and refuse to put it right…an appointment booked verbally that I was lead to believe was put in their system wasn’t…although all calls are recorded and I asked them to find it, they REFUSED to find the call, then say I was not telling the truth…how does that worK! Then expect a patient who could have cervical cancer wait another several weeks for an appointment with this specific doctor, when they repeated that this doctor had free appointments before, so why not ask that doctor to use one of those seeing as it was a surgery error…but no…instead they stone wall and in simple terms do not care, and clearly the directive from above does nothing to encourage reception staff to improve attitude…error like this happen regularly and instead of taking the customer centric approach and correcting their errors they simply couldn’t care less…they act like Demigods, all powerful, then lie about the facts of conversations to turn it on anyone who pushes back and challenges them…this in short is bullying…and why even ambulance staff on a visit to my son knew about the appalling reputation of this surgery…one of the three worst surgeries in the region…wow…but we can see why with demigods on reception…

    I had no option but to leave this practice after many years of what I thought at the time was good service. I then found out after having to ask for an onward referral, that the symptoms I had been experiencing for over 5 years (which had been dismissed time after time by several GPs) needed urgent surgical intervention to prevent further neurological decline and complete paralysis. If I have learnt anything from my experience here, it is that you know your own body better than anyone else and if you’re not satisfied with the advice you’re given, ask for a second or even third opinion. The GPs here may be good at every day medical problems but apparently clueless when it comes to spotting the less common ones!

    Just spoken to a nice young receptionist on the phone. Very polite and patient. I can't speak for all of the receptionists. I usually dread calling or going in in person as one of the women who works on reception looks and speaks right down at you. I know you're busy, but we all have busy jobs. I work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week but I still manage to find manners. Bravo to the nice young woman though! They can learn from you x

    My appointment has been cancelled twice by them, I understand staff can be poorly. However, when I spoke them they said I'd have to have a telephone appointment which I had already done but did again anyway. After a lot of cancellations and poor communication I have been given an appointment for the end of the month which is 7 weeks after my original cancellation! Such poor service

    I have been with the surgery almost a year now. In that year it has drastically gotten worse. Initially I had no issues, their patient care was incredible. Even getting check up calls from the Dr which I had not planned on. I couldn't praise them enough. Then....Things started to wither.

    Would be nice if the person on reception actually let you speak when on the phone. Kept interrupting me and was very rude. She actually laughed when I said she had a duty of care to a family member after they said they was going to top them self's. She raised her voice, got annoyed. She actually laughed at the fact she has a duty of care to suicidal people. That is not a lie and is the 100 percent truth!!. I couldn't believe it. She also didn't take me seriously when I told her I'm autistic. She even called my brother to see if I was. And she also called him again to see if he was ok after I told her she has a duty of care. Absolutely disgusting how I got spoken to this morning. Outrageous. People speak to other people expecting them to live a normal life, how does she know what that person on the other end of the phone is going through? Like my brother for e.g. or me.

    I’ve been with this surgery since 2007 and it’s rapidly gone into free fall. It’s impossible to get an appointment and the online system is very very poor. The doctors themselves are lovely but they are currently so stretched that they try to get rid of you as quickly as possible. Absolutely terrible surgery now leaving me feel like I don’t actually have a GP. I’m afraid of getting ill because I just don’t think they have the resources to support me if I do. :(

    I telephoned the surgery and after a short wait spoke to a helpful receptionist who said a doctor would telephone me. I received a telephone call within an hour and after explaining the problem I was given an appointment the same day. The consultation took place in an extremely safe manner. I have always had fantastic service from this practice.

    Would not recommend a certain doctor at this surgery. Totally missed my diagnosis for months. Until I demanded a face to face appointment after 4 months of Telephone appointments. Disgusting service

    Under the circumstances I always get professional friendly service from the practice. The receptionists are always helpful even tho they have other patients waiting to be answered. Well done ladies 👍

    Waited 6weeks for appointment seen nurse she said you have 5 minutes not time make another rang up they said 12 October can't do that need later time so they said November I said for get it she said OK wot a waste of time nobody doing owt now

    I've been a patient of this practice for many years and can't believe some of the reviews. I've always had excellent service, sure they are busy and it can be difficult to get appointments occasionally. However the staff, office and medical, are always helpful and polite. I think patients should remember to treat them with manners and patience and keep their appointments. A few please and thank you's go a long way.

    Over a hour I've been trying to get hold of these because of my poorly baby. Three times I've been cut off whilst waiting in the queue and now I can't even wait in the queue. Absolutely disgusting.

    I have to say I had a first class service today And feel very lucky to have this fantastic Surgery. The lovely receptionist who was so helpful, &caring .And the Clinicion Stephanie was just wonderful couldnt have had anyone nicer. Thank you Everyone. We are so lucky to have the NHS service !!!     This place is an absolute joke I have been a patient since birth and it has got worse over the years when it was on carr lane no problems getting an appointment but now can't get one when I really need to see a doctor wish I could have score 0 out of 10

😐 I had my day 2, 5 and 8 test done with Roshni clinic. My test results were out within 12 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I had to travel to the clinic as there was a delay with the parcel service.

👍👍 I had my first dry cupping with Claire. Claire made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Claire gave me lots of information to help me with my problem, talked me through what she was going to do. A very lovely lady, would recommend her anyone looking to have cupping done.
