I've been going to Carnegie for years now after horrific experiences at previous practices, I won't go into detail.. but the girls (and guys) at Carnegie are so friendly and welcoming. I can't commend them enough! My mum, sister, partner and brother in law all go to this practice now after my recommendation and the are by far the best!

I had a checkup appointment today but unfortunately i was held up in traffic as there was a car accident luckily no one unjured. I was 8 or 9 mins late for my appointment and was told i couldnt be seen as i was ten mins late there was no other patients in the dentist waiting area to be seen and the patient apparently after me had already gone in so in my sight they were in my appointment early so surely i could have gone in after as they were already in my appointment slot then i was given a written warning as i supposedly didnt turn up for my appointment, to which i had turned up the receptionist was very off hand with me i was disgusted at the way they treat me. I am terminal with cancer and needed seeing as im on medication that could cause my jaw bone to errode its bloody disgusting ive been with the practice since in opened n have never been late but for this time im so mad ......

This practice has really gone downhill with the customer service they provide their patients, patients who pay extra for a better service but clearly arent getting it. I have witnessed rude comments by certain staff members, you can't even complain to anyone because they brush everything under the carpet and make it seem that we've taken things out of context. Its either stay quiet or find a different practice. Maybe some training needs to be provided to both management and receptionists. There are some that have the etiquette of speaking to another human being in a respectful manner but most of you need to go back to college and brush up on your communication skills...or get rid of the old staff and bring in someone who actually knows what they are doing!

Thanks to the team for their continuing excellent care and treatment. Just wanted to say how helpful you were in helping with my nervous child. He’s now asking when he can go to the dentist again as he enjoyed it so much Well done guys!

Lydia and the whole team make me and the family feel so welcome every time we visit. I disagree with anyone who posts a negative statement. Carnegie always go the extra mile for us and have worked hard to accommodate all our dental needs. Thanks to you all. We recognise how hard you’ve all been working over the last few years

Great service, as always, Alex and her nurse, very professional and understanding. They both managed my dental phobia very well, I left the Clinic very happy 😊 no pain whatsoever. Happy patient.

Poor communication. With Covid etc people and businesses have had to be abit more flexible but not these guys. Removed from the NHS list without notifying me first. I'm now forced to go private but they can offer me that🤔They have also removed my daughter who through no fault of her own underwent a c section, had to work etc as no work no pay, also received no notice etc has also been removed. People are struggling to pay bills and with the amount of times we've had our scheduled appointments cancelled due to staff issues etc a little flexibility would have been nice. Hope some of them find themselves in our position one day because they've shown us no sympathy. I'm upset for my poor hard working daughter more than myself 😥

This has to be the best dentist practice - ever. I suffer a deep seated phobia of dentists however the whole team here really put me at ease, booking appointments is simple and quick, the communications are second to none and the quality of treatment is superb. Five stars are not enough - Priyesh especially deserves more.

I can't recommend this practice high enough based on my experiences to date. Clear, honest and understanding communication combined with a professional service really does help when perhaps, like most people, you don't exactly relish a visit to the dentist! I am grateful and hope their high level of stabdards and service continues for a long time to come.

The perfect service for anyone wanting to take care of their teeth. Tina, Shannon & Alex all took fantastic care of me during my visit for a routine check up & hygiene appointments. They were very informative on how I am currently doing with my personal care as well what I can improve on. I can't fault them at all. & their legend of a receptionist - Sarah, made me feel right at home when I got there (a bit of a lej if you ask me)

Becca. Is lovely. She’s always very kind and explains everything fully. She knows I’m a nervous patient and have tooth sensitivity and she does her best to accommodate my needs and to make the experience as easy on me as possible.

I had an excellent first time visit in this dental clinic yesterday. The receptionists were nice and helpful as I heard them giving information to existing and prospective patients while I was filling up the patient health history papers. The dentist and the nurse made me feel at ease and provided me with a clear picture of the treatment and replied any queries I had, even showing me the pricing list for the recommended treatments. I felt the dentist was actually caring to give me a professional and honest advice and not try to get as much money from me as they could as I felt in a few other dentists I've been locally.

I've had the dentist and hygienist appointments. Excellent service, excellent staff and the dental packages are well thought out. A shout out to Sarah, Becca and Megan who have helped me. Very courteous and professional. My teeth feel new and now I have the confidence of a team of people who really know what they are doing. Excellent stuff!

Carnegie dental clinic is excellent in every way, from reception to the dentist and nurse. The clinic is clean and tidy. You always get a warm welcome and they perform an excellent service. They explain what they are going to do which puts you at ease.

I’ve been coming to this dental practice all my life and the staff are so friendly that it feels like a second home. I definitely recommend it to any nervous patients as they'll put you at ease instantly. A special shout-out for Sarah who is always smiley and welcoming on reception.

Just found out that I have waited over a year on a waiting list that never existed! I was told a while ago that I was on a waiting list of 2 years and when I called back today I was told they weren't even doing waiting lists! I understand that funding is an issue with dentistry, but the way I have been treated by this practice is not acceptable. Their reception staff need better training. I have been waiting with a ripped gum for over a year to find out I have to wait in pain for another 2-5 years! Not acceptable

I was trying to find an NHS dentist for year's unfortunately a few years ago I was in so much pain I got emergency treatment here. Since then I've been a private patient and I think the team do a wonderful job. Welcoming, clearly explaining the treatment and options as well as making what can be something that can make you anxious as pleasant as possible.

Great service with the professional team, always put at ease and made welcome, and the dentist, in this case, Priyesh Surti, took time to show me the x-rays and discuss the state of my teeth and what to look out for. A very enjoyable visit today. A highly recommended dental practice.

This dental and hygienist clinic is really great. I'm very satisfied with both these services. I was sad to say goodbye to my London dental/hygienist practice when I moved up to Saltaire and thought I'd never find another service I'd be as happy with- but I truly am. The standards are high, the quality high, and the advice/recommendations spit on. The receptionist staff have been very helpful and efficient. The COVID-19 standards have been excellent too. On the face of it a professional service, if you can get them to keep you as a patient .. there seems to be a degree of insecure inferiority as comments are taken as being personal when and where they are merely observational and not aimed at the clinic itself or their staff as individuals, and you get classed as a 'difficult patient' for simply asking questions about treatment.

Always feel at ease at the the clinic. Priyesh explained my treatment in depth and answered any queries I had. Got an appointment straight away. Highly recommended

Freindly greeting upon arrival , appointment time was on time Dentist ( Tonisha) very very friendly as was her assistant , very thorough and treatment was fully explained , felt at ease ! Like the idea of air con in surgery in this heat

We’ve being going to this dentist for years but lately they keep canceling our dentist appointments due to staff absences. Feel that they need to employ more staff that can see patients if a member of staff phones in sick.

Visited this morning for 2 fillings, friendly reception staff, Very clean and comfortable surroundings. Priyesh was fanatstic, I hate having to go to the dentist, but both he and the dental nurse put me at ease, explaining what was going to happen and it was a painless experience (sorry can't say it was pleasurable), Thank you

I went to see Lizzy for a denture that I needed and I must say that she was truly outstanding with her service that she provided. She was extremely cheerful on arrival and she welcomed me with a big smile and gratitude. Her professionalism was exemplary and she did everything that I could ask for. She made me feel at ease and was very open to any questions I had for. Lizzy and her assistant are in my opinion the best you can hope for. Keep up the excellent work!! Went for a checkup with Alex today, it all went well with a thorough examination. As I have a partial denture some explanation was required about why I should pay particular attention to brushing in certain areas. A mirror was used to make this easier. A friendly relaxed atmosphere as usual and quite a quick visit. Further appointments were confirmed by the receptionist; we had a brief chat while details were texted by the nurse from upstairs. I'd certainly recommend Carnegie Dental to friends.
