Everything is explained in detail beforehand, and I left my initial consultation with a strong impression that patient safety and comfort are Rukhsana’s key priority. Advice and support for aftercare was likewise wonderful, and despite the range of world-class products and procedures on offer I never felt pressured into buying additional treatments. Instead, I had my questions answered openly and honestly then was given material to read in my own time without any sense of a pushy sales pitch. Roxy is amazing at surface clinic , let me start with the clinic it self it super clean and extremely up to date, from the moment you walk in you are looked after , I am writing this review after going to the clinic for about two years now , i have had a number of treatments from a hydra facial to micro needling and most recently profihlo, each treatment is excellent and Roxy really knows her stuff. I went in and she did a full consultation, my main concern was turning 40 and wanting to look after my skin and slowing down the ageing process, Roxy listens and really offers you the best treatment for your concerns. I have previously tried all the usual types of hair removal and wish I had gone for laser hair removal sooner. I have saved a lot of time that would of been spent shaving or waxing. In the long run I have saved money on buying hair removal creams/ razors/ waxing appointments. I can wear any clothing I like without having to worry about any dealing with any hairs first. My skin in smooth, no more in grown hairs. I would highly recommend the Surface Clinic to anyone thinking about having laser hair removal.

So happy with my experience at the Surface Clinic in Saltaire. I got laser hair removal for side burns and from the very first session there was a massive reduction that just never came back and my skin has always stayed soft (no stubble etc). The treatment took just under a year and I would definitely say I've had over 95% reduction. Sessions were very quick and easy. Clinic is so nice, clean and professional environment. Roxy is amazing and has transformed my skin she is so professional and knowledgeable! I have just completed a 6 month course of hydro facials paired with the zo health skin products she recommended for me and my skin has never looked so fresh. I have seen a dramatic improvement in the appearance of my pores. I have also had 2 courses of Botox and I couldn’t be happier with the results, Roxy talks you through the whole process and explains what results you can expect, but my results surpassed my expectations and the Botox has also dramatically reduced my migraines. I came here to get lip filler treatment. I had been insecure about my top lip being much smaller than my bottom lip. I had spent most of my late teens and early twenties overlining them. I only got 0.7ml and it has made a huge difference. A little goes a long way. I wanted to achieve symmetry and more natural plumpness. I was able to get a call back straightaway and had my consultation booked within 2 days. I was told about all the risks in detail & what would and would not work on my lip shape etc. I was given an appropriate aftercare advice on a printed sheet. I went to a few consultations elsewhere in West Yorkshire, and I trusted the advice from here the most! Other clinics advised certain techniques that may have not potentially worked. I’m glad I went to many to try and see the best solution. I decided to go ahead and choose surface clinic as I trusted their suggestions the most, as theirs made the most sense to me. I am only 24 so I am very familar with plenty of young girls, and even my friends getting their lips done from individuals who advertise themselves on instagram. It’s more common for girls our age to go to them rather than go to private clinics. These services on instagram tend to cost only £150 whereas professional clinics charge around £270. But for me and in my experience spending this much is so much more worth it. The filler is going to last longer. Not only did I have an in-depth consultation for 30 minutes, but I also had a lovely review and checkup today. What I like about surface clinic is the honesty and the refusal to give me more filler if my lips cannot take it. This is exactly what I was looking for a good reputable practioner who was truthful, but could also provide great results! I am so happy with the results they have made such a difference but they also remain appearing so natural. I love putting on my makeup now especially when it comes to doing my lips.
