As
someone
very
passionate
about
training
and
health,
I
was
extremely
impressed
with
Andy.
I
went
in
after
getting
treatment
for
(what
I
thought
was)
achilles
tendinopathy
from
another
clinic,
only
to
have
the
pain
come
back
a
couple
of
months
later
and
stop
me
running.
Andy
didn't
go
in
with
preconceptions
and
diagnosed
the
problem
from
scratch.
We
used
real
life
MOVEMENT
testing
and
Andy
asked
for
detail
about
my
thoughts
on
the
injury
-
unfortunately
lots
of
physios
don't
do
this
and
assume
your
injury
is
just
whatever
injury
is
statistically
likely
for
your
sport/age/gender.
By
doing
this
Andy
uncovered
a
movement
disfunction
in
my
ankle
which
was
causing
pain
for
a
small
tendon
deeper
in
my
ankle.
He
explained
it
well
and
this
gave
me
the
confidence
to,
on
his
recommendation,
trust
my
instincts
and
try
running
again
while
monitoring
pain.
When
prescribing
exercises,
instead
of
just
listing
15
different
minor
exercises
and
saying
"do
them"
Andy
recommended
a
few
exercises
but
also
explained
what
the
aim
was,
allowing
me
to
integrate
that
aim
into
how
I
performed
other
exercises
in
my
regular
strength
training.
2
months
later
and
pain
is
almost
non-existent
AND
my
performance
is
improving.
Cheers
Andy,
deffo
recommend!
