Absolute mickey mouse surgery. Called appointment line at 8am (when surgery opens) and eventually got through 50minutes later to be told all appointments gone for today. Receptionist sounded like she had just rolled out of bed and cant be bothered. It takes the surgery 1minute to deal with making an appointment so she was trying to tell me she had 50 patients waiting in front of me before dealing with my call, not a chance they take you for a ride sit there and chit chat instead of dealing with patients. Their priority is not patient care but instead catchup time for colleagues on what happened on Tv last night. They are not any different when attending F2F appointments, will make you wait 30-40minutes from your appointment time whilst Drs and reception staff are sitting over cups of tea in the back. DR KHAN PLEASE TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS YOUR SURGERY, FOR GODS SAKE YOU ARE MEANT TO BE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD HAVE PATIENT CARE AS YOUR PRIORITY.

Absolutely disgusting service. Spent 4 days trying to get an appointment. Which was over the phone the receptionist seemed like having no care for my needs. When spoke to doctor over phone he recommended his choice of medication and asked where I would like to pick up from. It doesn't stop there once I go to the pharmacy they still have not received the prescription. So back to calling the surgery this is at 4.30pm like it is the busiest time of the day and these guys pick up after 30mins and tell me the doctor has not done his electronic signature. How difficult is this to do he could of done this while on the phone to me. Overall would give 0 If possible.

Dr. Seems to look very islamic from appearance and advertised qualification but he sure doesn't reflect it in his behaviour and attitude. Beware. You can end up getting kicked off the surgery list because you asked the doctor something simple like what the side effects of a medication are.

I dont understand why we ring at 8 then get placed in a que just for it to ring constantly and for them not to bother with answering! What is the point of this system then? Also why is dentists seeing patients and all other hospital staff yet the lister surgery only do telephone appointments. Awful service.

Not answering the phone could be a life and death situation for someone. If you answered and treatment was available ASAP it might have helped them than them being put off by you not answering and leaving it. It will basically mean your negligent in this case.

This is one of the worst GP I have delt with. You cannot book an appointment with them. You must call 8am in the morning to get an appointment. They do not give you face to face appointments and tell you they doctor will call you anytime in the day and if you miss it, you must call again in the morning. This is not an acceptable service by all standards. Also most of the receptionists are rude.

Admin staff are incompetent and careless. One of the doctors there is very dismissive and barely let's you finish describing your symptoms before hanging up the phone. Asked them to divert my post while we went on holiday and they deregistered my entire family, said I would have to re register in person when we got back from holiday. Disgusting. Practice manager refused to speak to me when I asked to complain.

No isuues with the doctors at all. The receptionists however, where do you start! Total lack of empathy or even common sense. Come across as cold and disinterested. Follow up: Received a follow up call from the practice manager. He explained the workings of the surgery under the current constraints of the pandemic and offered some understanding of the volume of calls they're having to deal with etc.

Called at 8am got through within 15 mins and managed to speak with a Doctor on the same day, Receptionist was very helpful and professional , she offered alternative solutions to my problems. Would recommend this surgery as im left feeling happy with the service they provide. Thanks Doctor Khan and Team.

Surgery is good I went for check up with Abualrahim Hamer the nurse and when he did my blood test I didn’t even feel the needle go into my arm. For the first time in my life I was really impressed how I didn’t feel any pain what so ever.

Best surgery iv been with so far. Not waiting long on phone and get appointments straight away. Good thing i switched surgery and joined these guys bcz thy done a blood test n took urine sample on my 1st appintmnt n found out i have some health conditions which are being treated now.

Abdur Hamer provided a wonderful and pleasant experience whilst taking bloods out. Made the whole experience easy. Many thanks to him

Abdul is a brilliant ans very understanding asd friendly Dr Beaini toois is avert good and friendly both very accomodative and understanding. Will bbr very happy to see them in future if I've any health problems.
