I
have
had
many
memorable
experience
here
at
this
pool
as
a
child,
but
ever
since
we
have
gotten
out
of
the
COVID-19
crisis,
the
quality
of
the
whole
pool
in
general
has
been
poor.
Living
an
hour
and
a
half
away
makes
it
difficult
to
get
here,
so
when
I
make
all
of
the
effort
to
come
and
swim
and
I
get
turned
around
at
the
doors
because
it
"isn't
a
public
swimming
time",
despite
telling
me
on
the
phone
the
prior
to
that
day
that
its
open
1-3,
it
just
make
it
a
shame,
and
causes
me
to
waste
an
entire
day
commuting.
Only
yesterday
we
arrived
outside
at
11pm
and
a
large
line
was
outside
the
pool,
and
we
were
told
that
the
facility
was
at
its
maximum
capacity,
and
that
we
have
to
wait.
The
line
being
15
people
long,
we
decided
to
leave.
We
received
no
apology.
Twice
before
this
have
we
called
and
they
said
we
can
go
it
by
ourselves,
and
when
we
arrive,
the
receptionist
turned
us
down,
not
once
showing
sympathy
or
apologizing;
once
again,
3
hours
taken
out
of
my
day
