Best gym in Bradford 100% my sister and I have been looking for a long time to find somewhere that caters to us. Listers is perfect! Sauna/ steam rooms, classes and support from an instructor all for £20 a month in a FULL women’s gym with no rubbish small women’s only sections like mixed gyms. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Very disappointed with management and unsatisfactory level of service. I have emailed a letter of complaint on 11/03/2022, followed by another email on 23/03/2022. It's absolutely appalling that I've not even received an acknowledgement. The website states; 'We will deal with your complaint promptly – we will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within 48 hours...' it further states 'We will treat your complaint in confidence within the gym' 🤔 I certainly haven't experienced this. Definitely unprofessional and poor service by Listers Health

I love the positive and welcoming atmosphere the gym gives. I can feel confident and good about myself in a safe space where I can workout and reach my full potential . The classes are amazing (including the fantastic playlists) and so is the equipment. It fits my every need. AMAZING GYM!

I’m so glad I joined this gym! The staff are always so friendly and approachable. The gym itself is amazing, there is a huge variety of equipment to choose from. The changing rooms are always clean and sanitary. Will definitely keep my membership here

Heena has been at the gym for many years now I just want to make her feel appreciated. She is the first point of contact when members walk in the gym. She always has a smile on her face and has excellent communication skills and is always there to help with any queries professionally and confidentially. Well done. Keep up the good work.

My friend and I used the free day pass to get a feel of the gym. We were greeted by friendly staff, they were very helpful, we has access to all the facilities. The gym is clean, big and has an excellent range of equipment. We enjoyed are time there and will now be joining this gym. Highly reccommend!

Gym is really nice and i recently started taking PT sessions with Nusrat. She really pushes me through all the sessions and is helping me to reach my goal. She has shown me how to use all the equipments properly so i can incorporate what she teaches me into my own workout. I now look forward to working out. Would definitely recommend her as an instructor.

Been to this gym for a while now. And always greeted by such lovely people. The receptionist Sameena is very friendly and her customer service skills are top notch. The sauna and steam room are amazing and so is the equipment. A great ladies gym.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this gym. Heena in particular is just wonderful. She always makes me feel at home and motivated to work out. The gym itself is clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

v good gym lots of machines and weights/equipment so no waiting around to use. staff constantly working to keep clean. brilliant classes with Kiran and Sarita..they are both v motivating and passionate. well structured classes. I just started going to Listers Health Ladies gym and it's already my favorite gym. The staff are so nice and always make me feel welcome, especially Heena, she's such a gem. The gym is super clean and has everything you need for a great workout.

The gym is always clean and tidy at all times. It is spacious and has every machine you could possible need. The staff are always extremely helpful and dedicated to their job. I always enjoy a lovely conversation with Bisma in the evenings whenever i come in☺️

This gym is spotless. There is a huge variety of equipment that not all ladies gym have. The smith machines are amazing! Sameena was very good at showing me around the gym and the service I have received has made me want to join.

All the staff are so friendly and facilities are very clean. There's plenty of machines which complete every gym routine, perfectly. Other facilities such as showers, sauna and steam room are also amazing! Entrance staff, especially Mehnaz, are great and very helpful. Always a welcoming friendly face.

I have been attending this gym for a while now and the ladies at the front of the house are really kind and helpful, in particular Mehnaz. She’s always been really calm and supportive when I’m not happy with one thing or another. Thanks x The classes are amazing and all instructors are nice. In particular Kiran whose classes are really enjoy. I regularly do her Mondays and Friday classes. She’s extremely motivating and encouraging when I’m working out.

Joined here instead of the curve as it was bigger and although the machine range and space is better don’t waste your money on a gym that doesn’t have AC and always stinks of body odour unless that’s what you want to pay for

This is the best gym Ive ever been to! Staff are very energetic and helpful in anything and so approachable! The whole concept of women supporting women is 100% here!! I have regular PT sessions with Hannah. I've gained so much knowledge and definitely feel so much stronger. These were the goals I had in mind. I like the gym. There is quite a good variety of equipment to use. Overall I would recommend this gym to family and friends!

Been a member for a week now and was referred through a friend and so far so good from the equipment/facilities to the number of different classes the gym has to offer. One of the best decisions I have made was joining Listers gym everyone is so friendly and motivating. Highly recommend to others.

Amazing gym with excellent facilities and classes. Clean and spacious gym for ladies with a fair system to book onto classes. I have been to a few other gyms for years now, but listers is literally unbeatable and has the best staff and classes! The instructors are full of energy and really motivate you and keep you moving beyond your comfort zone especially Sarita and Kiran! Really enjoy doing my workout in all the classes especially zumba and spin. You're doing amazing in playing an important but fun part in the lives of your members!! Thank you.

THIS IS THE BEST GYM EVER! Honestly, everything about it is just mint. The equipment is next level, the instructors are ace, as are the classes (such good tunes too!!) and the ladies on reception are also so kind. Jess, Hannah and Lauren make me feel so welcome and always say hello when I go in. And there is such a community too! All the other women in the classes are really friendly. Best decision I ever made, joining this gym! :)

This gym is my favorite place to exercise. I enjoy the spin classes a lot, they are challenging and fun. The customer service here is also excellent, especially Mehnaz who is always nice and calm. She helps me with any questions or issues I have. I appreciate the quality of this gym and the staff.

I joined the gym after 20 years. Kiran did my personal excise plan. I was blown away away with her understanding, kindness and professionalism. I tell you Kiran knows her stuff!! She will go extr mike to help you achieve your goal!! She listens to what you goals are and will then formulate your personalised plan for you!! She also provide so many tips on your nutrition to help you achieve you goal!! Amazing person and full of knowledge. Thank you so much for your time and guidance.

Lister health gym is amazing! The trainers are so supportive especially Kiran and Sarita. They are very knowledgeable, and entertaining and the equipment is top-notch. I always feel motivated to push myself to new limits when I work out there.

Decent gym but overcrowded with workout machines close proximity to each other, could improve by utilising the studio room and spreading out the equipment there. Friendly staff especially Rabeena, she’s absolutely amazing and fantastic at her job. Always going above and beyond, whether it be a admin query or showing how workout machines operate. The willingness to help is unmatched, Very knowledgeable. Great asset to the gym!

Utterly rude staff who can’t manage a gym to save their lives. Stupid ridiculous policies and immature ignorant employees. Soo rude. They definitely need customer service training. They also need to respect other cultures aside from Pakistanis because it’s become too obvious that there is a special treatment if your pakistani or of Asian background. I find this disgusting behaviour. They need to sort out their staff. It’s 2023, be nice to people and stop being rude and ignorant.

Really not impressed with numerous areas of this specific gym (1) Staff are rude and condescending (I used to come to this gym numerous years ago and one of the reasons I infact left was because of the staff being rude and not approachable). Apparently new management have taken over listers health a year ago … but this hasn’t impacted the way their staff are especially the reception staff. (2) The free weight area is not it, it feels very claustrophobic with all the machines right near one another literally no where to walk by without something machines getting in the way (3) I had no service whatsoever literally in the gym so i cant even connect my headphones to bluetooth so they need to get this sorted (4) The steam room not working which is a shame as that’s the only decent thing about the gym (5) Really like the improvement in the changing room looks way more better a suggestion would be to change the curtains to doors in the cubicles :)

Great women’s gym with a good sized weight training room, spin room, studio as well as a cardio area. Nice clean gym, with good classes. Lovely friendly staff, especially Rubina who goes above and beyond every time!

I joined Listers Health not too long ago and I am truthfully and passionately able to say that this is the best women’s gym ever. The gym itself is huge and has loads of different machines and pieces of equipment in it, used to keep fit and healthy. As well as this, the gym has a steam room, sauna and shower area, which are all available to use at no extra charge. The atmosphere is fantastic and I was guided by Heena on the first day, a small induction in which she showed me around the gym and explained how all the machines work. She is always very helpful and friendly, and is prepared to give you advice or help you when you need it. I think this is a great gym and I look forward to spending more time here as I move forward. ☺️

Recently joined this gym, the staff are amazing and friendly and communication in 10/10. The evening reception staff are very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this gym for women and equipment is very easy to use and the cleanness is 10/10 able to use antibacterial spray after using the equipment which made me feel for comfortable to use the equipment.
