In
March
2018
I
decided
I’d
had
enough
of
being
unhappy
with
how
I
looked
and
felt.
Prior
to
having
my
son
I
trained
6
days
a
week
and
was
confident
in
my
own
skin.
I
had
my
son
in
2014
and
from
then
had
let
myself
go,
I
felt
so
bad
about
myself
I
was
too
embarrassed
to
return
to
the
gym
where
I
had
previously
trained.
I
decided
to
look
for
a
personal
trainer
that
would
come
to
me,
to
help
me
lose
some
weight
and
encourage
me
to
get
back
to
the
gym.
When
I
met
with
Richard
I
explained
I
was
keen
to
start
weight
lifting,
I’d
told
him
I
have
PCOS
which
plays
havoc
with
hormones
and
insulin.
He
went
away
and
researched
PCOS,
finding
out
what
other
lifestyle
changes
I
could
make
and
at
what
supplements
I
should
start
to
take.
I
trained
twice
a
week
with
Richard
for
about
8
months,
in
that
time
I
dropped
just
over
2
stones
and
lost
a
lot
of
inches
which
gave
me
the
confidence
to
get
back
to
the
gym.
Richard
now
writes
me
programmes
which
I
use
in
the
gym
(and
at
home
if
I
can’t
get
to
the
gym
due
to
child
care),
I
train
with
him
once
a
month
still
so
he
can
check
my
progress
with
his
workouts
and
ensure
my
technique
is
correct.
Sessions
with
Richard
are
tough,
but
in
a
good
way.
No
training
session
is
ever
the
same.
It's
amazing
how
little
space
you
need
in
your
house
or
garden
to
be
able
to
have
a
great
workout,
you
don't
need
to
have
any
equipment,
Richard
brings
it
with
him.
You
might
find
that
you
start
to
buy
some
pieces
of
equipment
because
you
are
enjoying
what
he
has
you
do
and
want
to
be
able
to
train
when
he
isn't
there.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
personal
trainer
that
will
be
committed
to
your
end
goal,
will
be
honest
and
cut
all
the
bull
you
need
to
book
in
with
Richard,
I
can’t
recommend
him
enough!
