This is one of the nicest pools around and Jim good atmosphere. I thought this was a grade 2 listed building so something should be done to keep the pool or open Bradford council are good at pulling Victorian buildings down. Then regretting it later by the residents of Bradford. You should be increasing leisure facilities. Are you allowed a monstrous building to the route at the side of it i e lidl's. I think the council should think about this seriously spend the money on the gym and sauna under swimming pool.

No water in the pool and there hasn't been for over a year? The gym is open 4 days a week at very odd times ie Monday 10am until 12.30pm...its a joke.

I like its rather tarnished old fashioned atmosphere. Staff are (mostly) friendly, it's very convenient and usually not too many people. PLEASE don't close it down, it does look like Bradford Council are trying to run it down, e.g. it's closed on a Monday morning just when you want to get back into exercising after the weekend, and they don't much like maintaining the equipment in good working order. Even so, I love it.

Brilliant old fashioned straight swimming pool that's great for actually swimming in, about 23m long. Gym is sectioned off with good weights sections and although a little lacking in cardio equipment better than many newer gyms

Been going for a while, pool always warm, staff helpful. Desperately needs updating but the council should do that! throughly enjoy going. Best pool around.

I took my son here today. He's autistic and struggles at new places. Kevin was great, both over the phone and at the pool. Big thumbs up!

Needs a complete overhaul. I've been coming here for over 15 years, its my local baths but the council should consider a total refurb, its always packed out, there is demand for it, but the threat of closure has been looming for years. A no nonsense pool that has been forgotten when all the money got pumped into Shipley Pool instead. Wasted opportunity.

The pool is closed waiting for council to decide what to with it. The gym is open as usual but really needs an upgrade on some of the equipment. The youth cafe is open on certain days and tlmes you need to check the window notice. Youth cafe is well run with various activities for the young people

Love it. No frills pool and gym. Saunas and baths as well. Old fashioned in a good way.

I can understand that the building is very old but the whole place needs renovations! You pay £23.50 for a DD for gym membership and the facilities are poor! Gym equipment is dusty outdated and an eye sore! It's not worth the money for the poor equipment!

Needs some internal decoration to the pool area.Clear evidence of crumbling plaster work and mould.Suggest installation of mechanical equipment to remove moisture. Come on Bradford Council get it sorted.
