First time in here today. Great venue and brilliant play list. Can't wait to see a live band here. Definitely a new haunt for me. Tom is a great host and I recommend a pint of Road Crew. All round good venue and I cant recommend it highly enough.

Great atmosphere, I party with a happy atmosphere. Very clean glasses compared to other near by pubs (spoons). Great music too 👍

Lovely venue, great craft beers and good Indian music. You can pop next door to Aagrah too for a quick curry after some beers. Life is good.

Great music and atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, crystal clear glasses. Delicious wine. By far the best place to go for a drink in Shipley. Will definitely be returning.

A 1st class place to hold a private party. Andy was so helpful from letting me view the venue-opening up for delivery of decorations-and helping me choose buffet options. I felt I got value for money on food and drink I provided. And more important very single 1 of my guests said what a great venue it was.thank you Andy and Maria I would recommend Groove Pad for future party's Paulene Blackburn

Fantastic, intimate venue. Within easy reach of town, bus and train.

Went to watch a band at the weekend. Good choice of drinks and really quirky decorations.

Great atmosphere. Staff polite and friendly. My daughter as guitar lessons here too. Very reasonably priced and the tuition is excellant

Wonderful spacious bar with great real ales at a good price. Music venue at evening weekends.

Great food and excellent live music. The open mic jam sessions every other Wednesday are a lot of fun. The Tuesday board game group, is a great way to spend an evening.

A great atmosphere, we came not quite knowing what to expect, Ben the bartender upstairs is awesome, very accommodating, and made us feel super welcome, nothing was too much for him and handled everything in his stride, an amazing person in general, thank you!

Brilliant bar, I keep going with friends for the weekly quiz night they do. Always good fun and a laugh.

Went on a Bank Holiday afternoon. It was fairly quiet at the time. The food was great and so are the staff. I definitely recommend it 👏👍

Modern music themed bar on 2 levels with good range of drinks Inc real ales and low alcohol. Home of the famous Topic folk club. Disabled toilet. Next to Agraah restaurant

Aside from the canteen-esque vibe and synthetic atmosphere, it's probably the most soulless venue I've ever visited. Mundane selection of beers, too.

Called in for one and ended up having a few Saturday night good live band and nice lager deserves more custom

We had a great evening last night listening to Nigel Passey, upstairs at the Groove Pad. It's a great venue with a great sound and very friendly staff.

Like it, was very quiet but it was lunch time. Will be going back

Great place to grab a bite to eat, have a beer and listen to some music. Spotlessly clean throughout and the staff are pleasant and engaging.

Great selection of drinks at a fair price, the food is great too, and you can choose your own tunes which is a fab idea..The staff are all very welcoming and friendly . I really like the vibe .The only small negative is that the place is freezing..Would have stayed a lot longer if the place was warm..Everyone was sitting in their out door coats . I will go again as the place has a lot going for it..it just needs to get some heating on .

Best food I've had in a long time. Burgers are amazing, good size, Well worth it. Good music and friendly staff

I had the most wonderful birthday night - we had a private allocated table - the food was absolutely amazing and they went over and beyond because I am gluten free they delivered 100%. Thank you so much - would I return - hell yes 😊
