I have been to sweet tree a few times before, food was always great. However we went today and was served by a very kind man, the new owner, who treated us like we were family. We ordered 2 rocky road and a biscoff beauty waffle. They were delicious, we greatly recommend them. We were also impressed by the expansion of the existing menu, it now includes things like nachos, apple crumbles, coffes, hot chocolate, chocolate puddings and paninis. Such a lovely place to go, we will definitely be visiting again soon!

Visited today for the first time. The owner is extremely nice and took the time to explain the menu options to us. We ordered milkshakes and a waffle and all tasted amazing, really big portions as well but what stood out the most was the great service and hospitality from the owner. We really appreciated the warm welcome and we'll be more than happy to support this local business in the future! Highly recommend :)

UPDATE: since the sweet tree have been taken over i cant stop going their food is amazing and fresh and you can not fault it, the milkshake are honestly amazing i can not stress how nice this place is, amazing customer service and friendly local people absolutely smashing it!

My daughter absolutely loves sweet tree, had loads of things for free tonight from the lovely owner an order that should of cost me £25 but i had discount due to been a loyal customer so paid £15. We just happened to stumble across this little shop whilst visiting the area last weekend and we are so glad we did! The selection of sweet treats was huge including warm cookie dough, waffles, crepes, ice cream, cakes and pick n mix. We opted for pick n mix and some milk chocolate cookie dough which came warm with ice cream -it was delicious! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and did a great job of sorting us with what we wanted.

Absolutely delicious! We got a mixed slush, a Crunchie Milkshake and we will definitely be returning!! The lady in the shop was so lovely and welcoming with myself and my daughter.

Highly recommend this dessert place. I bought a milk chocolate cookie dough from here today, it was absolutely lush! I requested little brownie pieces to be added on top and the lady serving happily accommodated my request. I received such lovely customer service and will definitely be going again soon!

Been here tonight with my younger brother and the owner and his wife were amazing! Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in years, also had loads of options for food! Gave my younger brother a free slushy and had gluten free options for me. I 100% would recommend, it’s nice supporting a family ran business 🙂

Sweet Tree have a great range of really tasty savoury food as well as delicious desserts. Freshly prepared and lovely service from the owners. We've tried their crepes, waffles, sundaes and coconut sponge and also their burgers and chicken kebabs - all were fantastic, we highly recommend ordering from them.

Just had the best waffle from Sweet Tree! They have such varied menu with lots of choice. Their sundaes look delish 😋 Best of all was Sadar who gave the best customer service, he was really welcoming and chatty and helped us choose what we wanted as we are very indecisive 🤷🏼‍♀️ will be back very soon I’m sure 👌🏼

A great dessert place! Such a wide selection of desserts to choose from. The waffles are great - highly recommend the biscoff waffle 😍 Sadar is great and friendly too! A massive credit to the shop, he couldn’t be more helpful if he tried.

Wouldn’t recommend at all Inexperienced staff members. Go in to shop with my children and my daughter wanted sweets the woman behind the till said she cannot have the ones she chose I asked for pick and mix she then said well then sweets you want wont be in it so what would you like But failed to tell me what would be in there to even make an order Absolutely useless never known service like it before

This is hands down the best desert shop around, the food is always fresh, big portions and delivery is always on time, thankyou for the best food and service, we couldn't recommend you enough.

I came in at the weekend and the owner was very helpful and the desserts were lovely. I had an issue with an order from a few months ago and the owner remembered me, apologised and was generous enough to offer me a different dessert to rectify the mistakes made previously. Absolutely lovely staff and I can see they really care about their customers! Thanks again guys!

Left a lot to be desired I won't be going again. Rip off merchants purchase candy from Tesco express in multipacks and flog it at a premium as soon as it enters their shop.

Have ordered from here on a few different occasions now and have used the collection and delivery service, both services I found to be very professional with friendly, helpful staff. The desserts we have ordered have been the best compared to other dessert shops in our local area and the value for money is the reason we keep on returning the milkshakes are perfect and you can certainly taste the chocolate bar you pick which is defiantly a winner with the kids

Order never arrived had to ring up to cancel it after well over an hour. No contact was made to say that it was running late.

Order from here a few times now and love it! Tried the strawberry crepe today and the strawberries tasted really fresh, unlike other places I’ve ordered from before! The milkshakes & slushes are the best we’ve had too. Great addition to Shipley! :)

OH MY GOSH!! so the delivery was so quick and amazing ! On top of this , they accommodated to all of my annoying requests like ice cream and topping changes, and then when the desserts came they were amazing!! Thankyou so much x

Was told half an hour wait waited over an hour for them to miss a box of sweets to which they passed the phone around when I rang to get them re delivered. Waited over an hour for them rang back to be told yeah I’ll take them to delivery driver now. Absolutely atrociously dealt with no apology, just in general terrible management and set up. Staff need experience in how to deal with every situation.
