Farm shop

👍👍 It costs £1 per adult or child to visit the animals, that includes a bag of either animal or chicken food for each child. It's a lovely clean and well maintained farm, and an easy way to occupy the kids for an hour or so. We have been several times now and the kids love it. There are some piglets... You can also book to walk the goats 🐐

This is a lovely place to visit with children. Good price to walk around the farm and feed the animals. Hand washing facilities provided outdoors which was helpful. There is an indoor play area too

Great little farm. Not too expensive to enter either the farm or the indoor play area. Entry to the farm got us a bag of animal feed too. It was more suitable for children able to walk on their own for feeding the animals and for the indoor play. However, everywhere was fine for a pram. Most of the farm was outside of course so not ideal for a rainy day but the indoor play area had lots of space. Only downside to one of our visits was the food we bought from the farm shop which quickly went off

Great trip out for the kids with lots of animals to see from hens, ducks, sheep, goats, llamas, donkeys and cows. Great little farm shop too. Very cheap, only £1 per person entry which includes a bag of food for the animals. Great clean environment and well looked after animals. Only thing missing is traditional ice cream 😞

Our family day out at the animal feeding farm was a memorable adventure that we won't soon forget. The highlight was undoubtedly the hands-on experience of feeding the various animals, from goats and rabbits to other friendly creatures. The farm provided a natural environment where we could explore at our own pace, and the lack of staff interaction allowed us a more personal and intimate connection with the animals. Seeing my daughter's pure delight as she interacted with the animals was heartwarming. While we were left to our own devices, it only added to the authentic and free-spirited atmosphere of the place. A must-visit for those looking to create unique and lasting family memories.

During my recent visit to the farm, I had a bit of a mixed experience. The farm itself seemed like a great place for kids with its lively atmosphere and various activities. The kids were clearly having a blast, and that’s always a positive. However, I must say that there was a notable downside to the visit. One of the staff members, a lady, seemed to have an off-putting attitude. The way she talked to us was a bit rude and left me feeling uncomfortable. What was more concerning was the lack of staff around. We had trouble finding someone to help us out or guide us, and we weren’t even sure where to pay for the entry. Who would’ve thought that the payment should be made at a butcher counter? When the lady approached us. She made multiple mentions of having seen us on the CCTV cameras while we were trying to navigate the place. The manner in which she did so was quite condescending, almost making us feel like we were being treated as if we’d done something wrong. It left me feeling perplexed and a bit uneasy. All in all, while the farm itself was a fun place for kids, the encounter with the staff member did put a damper on the experience. The lady at the butcher counter was helpful and polite.

Love this place!. We took our 2yr old and it was just enough for her walking around all the wonderful animals. We spent some time in the play area. Nice shop, lovely staff and good entry price. Great feeding the sheep. Defo coming back 😁👍

Just went goat walking with the wife and kiddies was very fun. The goats are very friendly and used to humans. Walking them is funny they just want to eat everything then run off dragging whichever person or child is holding their lead. Something different. We had a blast. Then went and fed the other farm animals.

Visited none go bye farm to see the animals. For the price you pay this was really good! It is £1 per person and children get a pack of animal feed to take round and feed the animals, we spent about an hour here seeing all the animals and had a really good time and would recommend to anyone! Especially good for a visit with children that like animals!

My grandson and I spent a wonderful afternoon at the farm. He enjoyed the outside section and was so excited to get up close to a variety of animals and also to feed the hens. The inside section added to his excitement . He loved the little tractor and trailer and played in the sandpit for ages.

Although we only visited to see the animals we did pop into the shop. Not a great deal of choice of non meat items but everything was clean, looked well looked after and social distancing requirements were in place. The animal area is very good. All the animals looked very healthy and happy and were in good condition. Lots of space to move around and a clearly marked out route. Will definitely go again. No need to pre - book, £1 per adult and £1 per child which includes a bag of animal food.

This is such a nice place. The farm shop is pretty good. Then there’s guinea pigs and hens there. Then down to the fishing lakes, I can’t take into account my fishing as I’m not good but it’s a great setting and we’ve caught a few small fish between us.

Such a great place to take your kids. My 20-month-old son didn't really know what was going on. However, he was very much enjoying touching the animal's noses. The price for admission is fantastic, and it's clear the animals are in great condition. Also, they have taken precautions regarding COVID-19. There is only one way round to limit the chances of walking past people. We will definitely visit again.

Staff in the shop were very friendly, we got free animal feed for the kids, they didn't like it so we fed it to the animals instead, they loved it. I saw the rump steak when we first went in, I had to go back for some after a good walk round the farm, it was delicious! I read my reviews to my 4&7 years old kids to ensure they agree lol

Even with reduced facilities during Covid it's a nice little place to take kids on a short visit. Excellent value! Nice farm shop (which looked like it had reduced stock). Quite a few animals to see and feed which the kids loved. Even a soft play (although again a victim of Covid).

Paid to go round and feed the animals, which was a lovely hour, then went into the farm shop and bought around £15 worth of produce - experience was then completely ruined by the very rude woman on the counter who accused us of not paying for one of the adults in the group to go round the farm. Explained we paid in full with her husband but she clearly didn’t believe us and started talking about us as we were leaving the shop! Her £1 argument means we will not return and buy from them again. Was it worth being so rude??...

Young lady who you go to to pay to see the animals was really rude. Complaining if she had to move to grab card machine etc. She really didn’t want to be there. The animals are happy so that’s amazing, it’s a shame they didn’t use the animals as livestock as they could make a ton of money here if they were a sanctuary and alot of people would volunteer. I loved seeing the animals. Great for families but once again, these animals being constantly fed every two minutes is a clever way of getting them to approach you and for the kiddies, compared to a normal cow, goat etc i wonder how much they’re overeating? (That is just a question not an argument)
