Drove over an hour to this shop / place to be greeted by a woman saying appointments only !! I explained I'd driven so far and all I got in response was appointments only !! Which there was no mention of on website It shows open !! Appalling treatment Definitely wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be back

Ordered a selection of fish, comms were superb. Outside temps as low as minus five, fish packaged well and still warm on arrival. Fish look great. Highly reccomend.

Had another little trip to see Bryan at aquaheaven last night and yet again I wasn't disappointed with the selection and quality of fish and cleanliness of the tanks and fish house. Walked away with 4 little bags of fish and already got my order in for next week. Top job A+++++

My first visit to Aqua Heaven, I love supporting small businesses and they didn't disappoint. Great set up and great choice of stock ranging from discus to guppy. The fish I bought have coloured up nicely and look in really good health. Will be visiting again very soon

When a disaster happened with our fish tank. We needed to restock. Had a quick google of what was in the local area and came across aqua heaven, the advise I got was Amazing. I had the intention of totally sticking my tank but was advised to do it gradually buy aqua heaven. All the fish have settled in perfectly. We have since made more visits for more fish. I would highly recommend aqua heaven.

What an amazing company, due to living so far i haven’t had the pleasure from visiting this shop so had my fish delivered. 1st i will say communication with bryan was on point and he was very helpful especially has the cory i wanted wasnt in stock but he kindly replaced with something else and what beauties they are. All 4 bags of fish was packed nicely and fish was all ok on arrival settled in well in my tank. Definitely will recommend and will continue to source my furture fish with aqua heaven

Recently did a large order of fish, fulfilled quickly, prices were better than anything else I could find, no DOA on nearly 120 fish and all seem really good. Will use again and highly recommended. I have no doubt if there way anything wrong he would resolve it quickly as he messaged to check in on the fish as temp dropped lower overnight than expected.

Bought a pair of black rams on the 14/12/22, fish were in excellent condition and reasonably priced, very happy with the friendly service.

Been buying fish and fish supplies since the beginning of the year after seeing them on Facebook. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The fish are always first class and well looked after. Drive 40mins to this place to be turned away and told to make an appointment and come back later, was not stated on the website or anywhere, if find this kind of service rude and unacceptable, I would avoid if possible not welcome at all. Plus do not respond to messages. Will not be returning.

Cheapest in Leeds by a country mile, brilliant service from Bryan, and a great selection of fish. Nice variety of your normal tropicals plus some rarer hard to find fish. Some pics of my Rams, Starlight Pleco and a Gold Lazer Cory I got recently from them.

Order handled well, 1 selection was out of stock but substitute suggestion was just fine. Communication from Bryan was good. Fish arrived by courier within the timeframe and in excellent condition. 2 weeks on from delivery fish have settled in to my set well and no signs of any issues, stress. Just dropped a star for the out of stock ( website updating) Highly recommended.
