Avoid the whole shop. You are better off with small local pet shops. Snobbish busy staff members who are unwilling to help, all they care about are sales. Specially their senior staff. Done dealing with them.

Unhappy with the attitude and customer service of the staff especially on my latest trip to the store concerning a member of staff called Emma. I was looking forward to purchasing some shrimp for myself and some goldfish for a relative and the way we were dealt with and spoken to was absolutely appalling. It completely spoilt our experience it was stressful and unenjoyable. I love my pets and to be treated like that and to be felt belittled and have this kind of experience was very upsetting. We will not be going the Guiseley store again.

Totally unhelpful, woman on the till so unpleasant from the off. Took a dog lead back that had broken and only purchased in May. Had the receipt but totally uninterested. Guy she called as she couldn’t be bothered dealing with it was just as helpful. Great customer service. Couldn’t of been more disinterested if they tried.

Nice store. Excellent serving staff. Not the biggest I’ve been in but good selection and can usually get what you want.

There are disabled parking bays close to the main entrance . Access from car park and store is flat and level . Coronavirus restrictions are still in place 9/6/21. Mask required in the shop plus social distancing Main entrance has automatically sliding doors 1left 1right as you approach or leave. Sales counter (till)is accessible for wheelchair users . I have been here twice in the last two days to rectify a faulty unit and the staff were excellent . Barriers were moved to allow me to exit the shop . A very positive experience .

Went to buy some fish, got a 15 minute lecture about the lifestyle and conditions they needed, went on to explain which fish were eligible for our 20litre tank. Agreed to come back and get them the following week where we had the same encounter with a different fish expert who went on to explain how we weren’t allowed the previously recommended fish and how we should do our own research ??? They do 9months 14 exams and they still tell you to do your own research.

Lovely wide range and friendly staff

Fairly standard branch on the same estate as M&S, Oak Furniture, Boots, etching, with lots of parking. Easytobget to and medium sized. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Can't bring myself to give them 5 stars because they are so blooming expensive.

Fabulous purchased Eye bath Lotion, Tear lotion and some beautiful smelling Toiletries. Animology products are super duper and smell divine. Quick service and polite cashier.

Great store our dog loves it. Have to say the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble from advising on food to help with toys etc. Definitely recommend and we'll be back 😀

Didn't like the manager on the till. Arrogant to say the least. Won't be going there again. Spoke like he owned the place.

Staff are friendly and full of advice and enthusiasm for helping. It's well stocked and the animals look well looked after in clean enclosures.

I've just been there with my Puppy and Ed was an amazing help, my puppy loved him and he could guide us to everything we needed and more.

Awesome customer service from the staff. The lady at the check out (I think was called Emma) was brilliant in advice, service and helping me set up the pets at home app.

Awful advice received regarding a new pet meaning my child will be unable to handle the pet. More worried about sales and money than about the animals! How very sad!

We have been visiting this store for a number of weeks in preparation for my daughter getting tropical fish. I cannot fault the service we receive from Emma who is knowledgable, helpful and friendly. She has been fantastic with my daughter and has really gone out of her way to help us. Outstanding customer service!
