These two men came into Taco Bell while I was eating refused to leave when asked to order food, then started to passionately kiss one another (this went on for 7 minutes) only when the police arrived did they stop. Hence the 5 stars

What a waste of money!!! First experience ever of Taco Bell and it was such a disappointment. Food was presented poorly as if a 5 year old had put it all together! Nothing like the presentation photos. Manager was constantly going outside for a smoke break. Staff were unhelpful and bordered on rude. Food tasted all the same and bland. Local teenagers came in with food from another place and then caused a scene when asked to leave as they weren’t prepared to buy anything from there. Then another set of teenagers were running round without buying anything. Obviously not the establishment’s fault but added to the poor experience. Avoid at all costs and bring back KFC!!

absolutely terrible service, took far too long to make considering i was the only customer in. Staff just standing around doing nothing, doesn’t take 30 mins for a meal when it’s pre-made. Needs sorting asap - wouldn’t recommend at all.

OMG, Shocking doesn't even come close. 5 min wait at the drive through speaker before acknowledged. When they then came on they apologised for the wait (fair enough). Took the order then ask me to drive to window 2... 27 minutes later and nobody came to say, sorry for the wait, or, please park up as we are busy and we will bring it to you, or, even an acknowledgement I was there. Then the server came, finally apologised after I told her it was out of order waiting for so long. The meal was Luke warm, at best, and a small serving of free cinnamon twists was a pathetic attempt of an apology.

I'd give a 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Store was clean and well kept, Staff were superb and friendly. I was served by Uzair who was a great and easy server to communicate with and asked me how my meal was going to make sure everything was good. The food itself was also lovely, portion sizing great and I really recommend the Supreme Fries meal, great value for money. Thanks guys!

Maybe sort out the car park? That might make it more inviting. Wish I could give zero stars. The place was empty with no atmosphere. It was a bit messy. There was nowhere to order food except for those screens. The menu options are so huge that, as a first-timer, I simply couldn't find what I wanted to eat. I ended up going onto the Taco Bell website and placing my order from my phone. That seems crazy.

Good food as always but really slow service was 1 car at the drive through and 1 other customer inside and had to wait for around 20 minutes. Sadly always seem to be low staffed as there were only 2 employees in the restaurant and the most I have ever seen is 3 people.

Good is lovely but I wish they would get the orders right. Every time I get home there’s something missing snd I have to go back down for it and then my food is cold. Too much flavouring in nachos making them too strong.

Genuinely taking the mickey with the meal portions… So i ordered a crunch-wrap supreme meal, not only did they forget my chips but the wrap was as flat as a pancake with a few strands of mince meat inside and maybe 3-4 bits of grated cheese (not an over exaggeration thats literally how it was). I also ordered some churros, what i got was some weird crisp things (which i now know are cinnamon twists). Definitely do NOT recommend this location for taco bell

I never usually write reviews for fast food places but the staff here were exceptional, they really made it a great experience. The restaurant was really clean and the portions were a great size, all food was cooked and presented perfectly. They were really busy and seemed understaffed but they kept us updated and we couldn’t fault their customer service.

Very friendly staff, great prices if doing the deals. Lots of seating and parking. Friendly atmosphere. Very quick service. 5 stars. Even the spoiled dog got a treat who was watching from the car drooling.

Food is always good dining in, take away and delivery is always good. Service is a little slow but when the food is always good it's worth the wait. The location let's it down a bit as the drive through is really narrow on the corners. Dining in is a bit glum and quiet. Staff are really good.

Food is always nice, and staff are helpful. However service is always really slow here, don’t know if it’s down to short staffing? The dining area is often messy and the drinks machine not working fully. Generally a bit depressing to eat in. Always come back though as food is great.

Great place to visit for Mexican warmth Great chicken burritos and very pleasant staff very clean place decent sized car park and very easy to find and get to.. Nice little shopping complex just outside bradford with a great park to relax in close by. We love taco Bell for a change to the rubbish sold at macdonalds.. My kids really love this place Allwayz d×

Staff were good, food was good. Really wish delivery drivers didn't huddle around the kiosk like you're an imposter because you're eating in, but definitely worth going.

Food is actually quite nice. Never been to Taco Bell before and it’s very American versions of Mexican food. Service here is super slow people waiting 30 minutes for food

The staff make this place, top end service, great communication and fantastic food. Everything is made to order and it's so damn fresh. Perfection.

Ordered on Uber eats..really disappointed with their service. Wrong items delivered. My daughter was waiting for her favorite food quasedilla but these guys packed wrong items which she don’t eat. Uber eats not done any adjustments with this wrong order. It’s wastage of money and food😡

Poor service - staff did not listen to what we wanted. We complained that someone had been smoking marijuana in the toilet nothing was done. The area in front of taco bell is not secure - scooter was stolen in 10 mins when we asked if the restaurant had cctv we were told yes but 2 days later management have failed to get in touch . When we called yesterday we were told they were too busy

They forgot half our food when we ordered a delivery, then we called about it and they said they wouldn’t send it and we had to come in store to pick up the rest. We ordered a taxi to go pick up the rest of the food got home ate it and got absolutely horrific food poisoning. Sad because I used to kinda like taco bell cant get it again now.

Utter rubbish. Ordered large Chalupa Supreme. Hardly any meat. Just tiny amount of salad on both. Employees were half asleep. Never from this particular Taco Bell again.

Lovely staff, always friendly. Ordered on just eat and the driver left the food in the road without the drinks. Called up taco bell and they fully replaced the meal with smiles and kind words. Favourite location.

First time I ordered from this place is when it first opened its doors, food was nice. Went back after about 3/4 months and the food was 🤮. Im sure someone blind constructed the tacos on that day. Food was a mess 👎

Ordered on just eat (live close but too tired after working all day to go down) all food was flat cold on arrival. The chicken taco (minus lettuce) had hardly any chicken or cheese in them. The Nachos were lacking toppings and the quesadillas were lacking in chicken, didn't have the jalapeño sauce. They were over powered by cheese and to top it off there was a large chunk on tomato in it

They don't give you enough food, drinks half full and sauce pots had the smallest bit in. Also the staff were stood talking more than packing my order, not the fastest of fast food. But tasy food just looks like they could do with some support from management to work as a fast team

First time at this Taco Bell. The drive-thru access is tight but thats the only negative comment i have about my experience. Great service (didnt catch your name but loved the combat boots... You know who you are) and the nachos with all the toppings (minus tomatoes) were superb, just like i remember them from my USA Taco Bell days. Keep up the good work, i highly recommend the nachos and the guys who work there.

My wife and I, visited the Greengates branch, it used to be a KFC.. we were given a good service, although it wasn't busy... Food good, no complaints,,, my wife actually liked the food! There is zero ambiance, it has functionary seats,,, but the food and service were fine.

This Is A Easy 5 Star Rating.The Drive Thru And The Service Was So Good. Food Was Great As Always With Taco Bell. Employes Were Friendly And So Helpful. Definatly Going In Every Time When I'm In Greengates
