I just want to share this place is “under new management” no disrespect to ‘New Owners” but this place Was Nominated the best curry house in the whole of Bradford. The front of house guy Mitu was very nice & welcoming hes.no longer there :( and his father Mahmood the owner which was the chef is no longer there so since then this place has gone down 5 stars to 1 sadly was our no.1 go to place the customer service man now is extremely rude & curries are as bland as microwaveable ones never to order again.

This was my favourite curry place to order from but they have changed the way that they make everything. Used to do the best Shami kababs now they are cheap and thin, poor quality. The doner used to be nice got one tonight it was literally pink the meat and not cooked rang them and they said it’s okay just a different type of meat. Quality has gone down hill definitely won’t be ordering again

I and my family used to order from here 2/3 times a week Without failure! Me sister Wendy stopped ordering. This place was giving the best of quality & quantity & since the first owners have left NEELAM BALTI HOUSE has gone down hill! Owner Mitu and his brothers set high standards & managed the place very well always used to be a pleasure seeing them. Donner and the curries are by the worst I’ve ate. Great service front of house guy very friendly. Curries we ordered were really nice and flavoursome. Only criticism is the poppadoms they are not fully crispy not sure why this is. Would fgive 4.5 out of 5, but Google doesn't let me

We use to regularly use this place but unfortunately theres a delivery charge now it’s not the most expensive but with the cost of living we just use elsewhere now as it was are weekly treat sometimes spent over 100 a month here. Liked the food but can get more rated places at the same price just because of the extra delivery charges.

Best curry ever , cooked to perfection, staff polite and helpful , food arrived hot every time delivery driver always on time and very pleasant, I won't order a curry from anywhere else, excellent value for money

Used to be really nice tasting food, clean and cheap!! Now it's over priced... Burnt last night's micro waved heated food and filthy inside. Definitely went down hill and won't be returning

Ordered for four people tonight and the food was outstanding. It was piping hot and arrived early. They also put some free starters in ...thank you guys ...great service all round !

Order a kabab witch cost £9.45 wasn’t the cost that upset me it was the fact I got no salad and only 2 tubs of sauce with it that would not cover a quarter of just saying if people pay good money for food make sure they satisfied sauce cost nothing

Really nice & fresh. Delivery driver was lovely. First time using, will defo be our new Indian takeaway. Got pizza, curry, and burger meal and was all delicious. Wish i could afford to tip cause you deserve

We used to order from here but last time the curry was in a smaller foil tray. The stamp card offer on just eat has been removed now and you have to spend more to get any discount. The food is nice but I'm not going to pay more for less.

Used to be my fave spot but gone downhill massivley!!! IF YOU LIKE BEEN TOLD 45 MINS AND WAITING AN HOUR AND A HALF TO 2 HOURS THIS IS YOUR SPOT ! AND WHEN I CHALLANGED TO CHECK IF THE FOOD WAS STILL WARM THE OWNER AS HE CLAIMED THEN GOT VERY DEFENSIVE AND ANGRY AND TRIED TO STEP INTO MY HOUSE... WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN AND HE NEEDS TO LEARN SOME MANNERS AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. OR EVEN HONESTY. IF YOUR GONNA TAKE THAT LONG. SAY SO !!!

Asked for 1/2 chicken fillet burger not spicy but got spicy this as happened 3 times now not impressed u Ask for not spicy u should get not spicy they burn my mouth out wow ridiculous

I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend the chicken Tikka cheesy bites pizza
