I have been going to Drive in Centre for years and can highly recommend them. I went in last week as one of my warning lights came on, straight away they put it on the diagnostic machine, provided me with a courtesy car and repaired my car. All the guys are super friendly, hardworking and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had to get a glow plug replaced and if you know the job, you know it can be a pain to do. Other garages would just rather not do it. Was recommended to give Drive in a go, they seemed confident and well priced so gave them a go. They got the job done and got the car on the road fine. The reason for 2 stars off is because when they called me to say the car was ready they told me that the electronic handbrake was faulty on my car. Bearing in mind my car just had a full service done at a friend's garage 3 days before. Being a street mechanic myself I know what to look out for so I knew the handbrake was working fine and in good condition before it went to Drive in. Paid, took the car home and low and behold the handbrake has been fine since.. Obviously someone there operated the handbrake incorrectly. I suggested this on the day but was told it was definitely a fault. It would've been nice if they just owned up. Mistakes happen. Unfortunately it's left a sour taste with me now, not sure I'd recommend them myself..

I had a nail in my tyre and was recommended the Drive in service centre. The service was fantastic. I was a nervous wreck when I arrived and Tony immediately made me feel better. I was offered a choice of tyre and given great advice. I have a Jag and was dreading the cost of replacing a tyre but was very happy with the cost at the drive in service centre. The work was done within a couple of hours, which was amazing given how busy they were. This was my first visit but it will not be the last. Thanks Tony and Kyle. I would recommend the Drive in service centre to anyone.

Can't fault the place.....squeezed me in last minute for a motorcycle MOT in time for the bank holiday weekend. As I was unable to collect the bike till the following day they kindly kept it overnight for me too. 10 out of 10 for customer service and many thanks 👍

My Daughter recently purchased a car via DM Keith in Bradford. There was a few issues with the Car ( no fault of DM Keith) and under the sale conditions , Drive In ( as the approved garage) were tasked with the repair. Tony at Drive In dealt with this from start to finish and fully explained what was happening through the repair process. Tony dealt direct with DM Keith and all work was completed in a timely manor. As a young person with no mechanical experience, my daughter was made to feel welcome and she felt totally comfortable. I would highly recommend Drive In for their customer service and quality of work along with DM Keith

Fantastic service. My tyre pressure light came on which I believed to be a slow puncture and on the off chance, I pulled into Drive In Service Centre to see if they could check it for me. Tony was brilliant and looked at my car the same morning. He explained everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble for him. I'll definitely be a returning customer in the future - thank you so much!

Went in for an MOT and was told it would be £300 for the MOT, two front brake disks and headlight alignment for an Aygo. Asked around at other garages and found a cheaper quote, so paid for the MOT and went elsewhere. However, Drive In said as I have paid for an MOT, I can comeback and retest for free within 10 working days. Rather than spending more at the other garage who sorted the work out, I went back to Drive In for a retest a few days later because they were busy, which was then told when I got there it would be £27 for a retest (original price was £29, contrary to the sign outside saying £25). Very disappointed due to the time it’s taken to sort, as could have got a retest much earlier if I was told about the retest fee. The quote was around 25% more than the other garage too, which although this was not the issue, is maybe a factor for others wanting to understand pricing

MOT £29.99 1 CV BOOT CLIP £25 which are 90p online and 1 hours labor to free 1 rear brake £142. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 robbing git’s. Never going back. Absolutely furious £25 for a clip that cost 90p and takes seconds to fit. Been using you guys for 20 years. But never ever again. I’ve always defended the place when people have a pop at you but your taking the mick now.

Twice now I've brought my car in last minute on a busy day and both times Drive In were able to fit me in before I needed the car back. Friendly reliable service, I'll be back here for MOTs and service from now on.

Been three times for different jobs and everything was sorted without delay, for a fair price. They've always seemed busy when I've been there but they get the work done. Well recommended.

The job was done within a reasonable time although it was done the day after the time slot I had booked online, when I phoned I was told it would be tommorow although when I booked online it booked me in for that afternoon, I think the website needs updating so it isn't giving you the wrong times for the tyres fitting, also got told on the phone to come at 8.30 am and it would be done first job as my partner and baby now had to take the car because it was a day later than booked.......turned up at 8.30 and was told there was other people booked in first, was about 10am when the job was completed.

Sound fellas. not interested in ripping you off. they do exactly what it says on the tin. i turned up. needed spark plugs replacing. usually if not always they don't allow anyone to buy their own product. however he overlooked this. took less than 10 mins. but standard mechanic time is half hours pay. cant argue to be honest. total cost was £39 for fitting. this was done with no engine diagnostic which essentially is standard for any car. including turning engine management light off. there lads. simple as that. they arnt out to damage or screw anyone over. you pay for what you want. simple as that. what i wouldn't recommend is pro Tyre in ilkley. mechanic standards based on first opinion. 9/10. speed and quality of service 9/10. price!! 8/10. would i go again. 10/10. need my breaks doing and probably replace a sensor. honestly cant argue. cheers lads! review left as promised.. genuine and truthfull

I have used Drive In for years and I'm a very happy customer. Self admitted I don't know a lot about cars and they always explain everything fully and go above and beyond. I have even rang them in the past when trying to sell a vehicle and they helped me realise the person I was trying to sell to was trying to lower the price for something that wasn't necessary. Took my van in for an MOT. Was quoted 1300 -1500 but was told it could be even more. I got two other quotes from other places £570 and £640! Rip off merchants. I’ve heard similar issues from people who have used them since. Avoid.

My partner took her Peugeot 107 here after being recommended by a family friend. The vehicle was booked in for an engine diagnostic as I thought it was needing a coil pack. Oh how wrong was I... They quoted my partner £220 for 3 spark plugs and 3 coil packs, lets not mention I had changed the spark plugs less than 10 months ago myself and it had 1 coil pack changed in the last 6 months. Then when I found out the price I rung around a few other garages they quoted me just over £100, I have no idea where they get their pricing from. Needless to say my partner wanted the car back. She rung up the business to see how much the diagnostic check would be, they quoted £32 which is reasonable however when she got to the business they tried to quote her £78... She quickly pointed out that wasn't what she was told over the phone and they very quickly adjusted the price back to £32. Would not recommend to anyone until they fix their pricing system out.

Been bringing my cars here for 18 years. Nice helpful guys, very trustworthy and a fairer price than dealerships. If they can find a way to solve an issue and save you money, they'll also do that.

I turned up on Christmas Eve without a booking and asked them to replace an earth strap under the gearbox. They did the job the same day. Very good service!
