I love the prices and choices available from Iceland. Especially, it's great to have a bonus card that rewards you with an extra £1 when you save £20. I particularly like the wide variety of frozen vegetables. The Shipley store is very friendly and staff are always helpful and welcoming. It's great to shop there, choosing your own shopping, then getting it delivered for free (as long as you spend at least £20).

There's a really polite, smiley young girl who works here on a Sunday. Every time she's served me, she has been really warm and friendly. She's an asset to your company

Fantastic. I went to take advantage of a "3 for £10" offer. Couldn't find one of the items. A member of staff,checked, and found that there weren't any in the designated freezer. He went to check on the next delivery date for me. He realised that there were some on the stock room and went and got me some. Definitely above and beyond. Very pleased indeed. I do shop occasionally at Iceland, but will go more often in future. Highly recommended and many thanks to that staff member and his colleague for being so very helpful.

Nice store with lots of offers prices are fairly good and reasonable. On a down side this store no longer delivers whitch is a massive missed service

stop doing home deliveries I didn't ask why but accepted heavy shopping bags to the car park Asda car park.

Iceland has a good selection of products. Always buy my yoghurt from here. Lots cheaper than anywhere else. The Christmas selection of food and suggestions are really good.

Really good store for everything you need. Reason you lost 2 stars is the attitude of the young man on the tills today. 14/06/2019 at 12.00 ish. Pensioner in front of me didn't hear him asking her to remove her card from the machine so he repeated in a very aggressive and loud manner "remove your card madam" if he'd spoken to me or my mother like that, I would have had a few choice words to say back to him. He needs to learn customer service and treat people with respect

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. There is a lot of choice in frozen and fresh food, they also offer the essentials; breads, milk etc.

Shame stopped home delivery in store will miss that
