The customer service was fab . Had issue with sim . Was sorted out within few minutes. I had bad experience in Broadway shop . Shipley ee shop has lovely customers service.

Terrible customer service. The lady in the shop really seemed unwilling to assist customers and looked as if I was bothering her when I walked in. As a franchise owned store, I would expect much better service than this.

If I could give more than 5 stars 🌟 I would! I was due an upgrade of my iPhone today and absolutely hate the job! I always panic about anything technology wise! But I shouldn’t have worried …the greeting I got from the staff in store was exceptional! I rarely write reviews but these lads deserve acknowledgment! I recognised one staff member called shoaib ( excuse spelling if I’m wrong ) from my previous years visit so it was very nice to see staff retention in a company and that immediately put me at ease 👍 and gave me confidence in sorting out /upgrading my phone plans! He was working along side a colleague called rey! Who was a breath of fresh air he was extremely happy in his work and was lovely to be put at ease by his happy disposition and excellent conversations and clear knowledge of what his job entailed! I choose to be served by shoaib as he remembered me as a previous customer over 18 months ago ! which I found very impressive! Between them him and rey never left me for a second I felt I had all my questions answered and more! they explained everything in full detail and if I didn’t quite understand ( I am of a slightly older generation than they are!) they re worded and explained again to me! I never once felt rushed or hurried even in a busy shop as they multitasked new customers coming through the door and again was lovely to see how respectful they were but yet able to adapt their greeting to the persons needs! A great skill to have in my eyes! While shoaib found me an exceptional deal that I was very happy to sign up to and purchase the new iPhone 15. His colleague rey was always there to step in to take care of me while they multitasked and obviously played to their individual skill sets their personality’s bounced of each other well and what would be normally a horrible experience upgrading and purchasing a new phone they made my visit to store stress free and enjoyable and wouldn’t let me leave until they were totally confident I was happy with every thing and i just wanted to say thank you! If the staff remain I won’t hesitate to return every time I need something and have great confidence in recommending the store to friends and colleagues! Can’t stress enough how awesome these guys were and they really do deserve more than the 5 stars Google will allow me to give. One happy customer! ☺️

Popped in to this store with my mother-in-law as she had lost her phone abroad, she visited a store in Harrogate who were not helpful in the slightest. Ray and his co-worker cancelled the old SIM set up a new one on her existing number and ensure it was fully working before we left the store. Thank you very much guys for the service you provided.

Maria was very helpful, went in for an upgrade, and came out with a good deal, she wasn't pushy, was very knowledgeable. Showed me different devices but was very honest and open about which ones would be best for me. She didn't try to upsell me. Would definitely come to this store again

Shocking customer service booked appointment and was confirmed with 3 texts so took morning off work but when I arrived they pretended I'd never booked then verbally abused by staff.AVOID

Went into store a few days ago and was approached by a really nice friendly young man called “Rehan”. He was amazing. Answered all my questions and made me feel so confident in upgrading my new contract. Would definitely recommend. He was pleasant polite and put no pressure on me. Although I like EE per se, I have to say that a recent visit to this store was way below expectation. I went to explore the possibility of changing my broadband provider to EE. I stated very clearly that I wanted an equivalent package to the one I was already on. The sales assistant recommended three packages, one after another. The first 2 were not equivalent packages and the final one was more expensive than I'm already on. This was despite the claim that this was a black Friday deal even though the package price was the same as I had obtained online maybe 3 months ago. I think this reflects a need for better training of staff and better training of local management. Thankfully I don't think this experience reflects my much much better experience of EE in general.

Not to be trusted. Signed up for new phone and deal nearly 5 weeks ago, phone arrived today fine but when I went to collect they wanted me to sign up to a whole new deal which was more money, when I put my deposit down for phone which was not in stock I was assured my contract price would not alter. They lied it had gone up, the original salesman could not do enough when I was signing up but yet today could not even look me in the eye. Glad I walked out would not return
