    Right not really sure where to start, So my Auntie took her car for a MOT of which it failed so they said it needed just short of Ā£800.00 to get it passed so she rang me in a big panic asking if i could lend her the money i said hang on calm down what did it actually fail on, it failed on a Offside rear break light, Front near side sidelight and also a offside front tyre. I was like eh how an earth can it cost that much so i went down to garage to get a explanation which they give me a load of absolute dribble said there was a wiring fault and also the tyre is a ā€œSpecial typeā€ i couldnā€™t actually believe what i was hearing its a 2011 Vauxhall astra nothing special so I laughed. Anyway i paid just for the failed mot took it 5 mins up the road to another garage i told the mechanic all about it he thought it was hilarious however couldnā€™t believe they was actually going to rip a Woman off like that, The apparent Wiring fault was just a blown fuse for brake light, New front sidelight bulb, also A brand new ā€œspecial typeā€ tyre of which the mechanic had 8 in stock very common by all accounts. How much did it cost all in wait for it.... Ā£121.28 unbelievable! Anyway after the work was done i took it back to the garage for the Free retest of which they completely refused asked to speak to manager they said he wasnā€™t in today so i just left the garage as I didnā€™t need more stress. We have Reported to trading standards instead was very surprised with it looking like a big professional garage however things arenā€™t what they seem. Also come across as good honest guys again things arenā€™t what they seem. Be warned stay well away

    Sadly didn't have an opportunity to "experience" this place as they let themselves down at the first hurdle, and as such, lost a customer to the Drive In Service Centre down the road. I called in on a weekend to price two, mid range tyres. Happy with the price I booked in for fitting the following Wednesday. Having turned up at the given time, only to be told that the tyres hadn't been ordered. Apparently it was an apprentice I spoke to, like that is a valid excuse.....is nobody mentoring the apprentice? Gave the opportunity to order the tyres and was told to expect a phone call the following day to go for fitting...........nothing. Nothing at all, no call or anything. Failed on two counts and can't even get the basics right. I don't know why I didn't choose to support a local independent business in the first place by going to the Drive In Service Centre 100 yards away. A moment of insanity I guess. My review and advice? Give them a miss and support independent businesses.

    Went here with my brand new alloy wheels to have them fitted to my vehicle only to find they damaged them whilst fitting. There was no apology NOTHING when confronting the manager all I then got was verbal abuse ,they took my money and the not interested I would never recommend RANK AMATEURS OVER PRICED ,will damage your vehicle

    First time using this place and never again. Firstly the staff were friendly enough however I went in with an engine light on the dashboard, I was advised I had a misfire and to rectify the issue they had to replace the coils and spark plugs, costing Ā£400. I paid and a few hours later, I drove away. Within 5 minutes of driving home the engine light came back on. I took it back in to be told the light was a result of an error code from the passenger door lock not working. Hesitant as I was, he cleared the codes and I said okay and drove away again. 10 minutes later my exhausts starts popping, the car was vibrating and the engine light was flashing. I took it back in, after 15 minutes of two engineers looking at it and a manager, I was told it was fixed. Apparently the cables were not firmly put together. The technician drove it around, came back and told me it was fixed. I waited another 10 minutes before I drove off to have the same light come back. I left it with them for another day to be told its some rubber clips, its some missing nails. Then they think its the injector or wiring but their not electricians so they canā€™t fix it. So firstly they should have been transparent when they took the job and explained with misfires it could be a number of different things. They donā€™t know what their doing or how to deal with German cars. Wasted my time and moneyā€¦. Friendly and polite customer services seems to be the mask to ā€œdonā€™t have a clue but letā€™s take your money anywaysā€. What a bloody joke

    Very professional, on time, exactly as it should be done. Both guys in the reception friendly and helpful. We bought set of tyres with Blackcircles with fully fitted option. We picked Formula One in Shipley. Good communication and customer service.

    Not happy at all! Had my timing belt done, twice they had to fit it because they didnā€™t do it right first time. Thought everything was ok, ended up with an oil leak a week after, they fixed it as they caused the leak when fitting the belt. Itā€™s a few months later now and I just took it to another garage because it was squeaking and leaking oil AGAIN for them to tell me that the timing belt isnā€™t fit properly, thereā€™s a oil leak behind the belt and thereā€™s random bolts and missing screws everywhere! I paid over Ā£1000 for you to fix my car and now Iā€™m having to pay over that just to fix the mess youā€™ve made! They told me a i needed a new water coolant. They fitted a new one for me then kept claiming my timing belt might slip because itā€™s a modded water coolant. Why did you fit a modified one if itā€™s going to make the belt slip? Told them to fix my abs but they said they canā€™t get though to the KIA dealers so they canā€™t fix it. Went to the garage with a perfectly working bonnet release cable, came out with a snapped one so I couldnā€™t check my oil levels, front number plate was cracked so I had to buy a new one. I still paid over Ā£1000 and I really donā€™t know why. This place needs reporting!

    My car was booked in for 4 new tyres and Az, the Manager, offered a free wheel alignment check. I explained my alignment had been checked and adjusted by Kwik Fit just a few days prior but Az offered to double check it anyway. The rear alignment was still significantly out which Kwik Fit said could not be adjusted - Az advised this was not the case so I took the car back to Kwik Fit who then (unsurprisingly!) adjusted the rear alignment. The service at Formula One Shipley was outstanding and led to my alignment being properly sorted. The new tyres were fitted without an issue - I would highly recommend. Thank you, Az!

    Literally the best garage in bradford! Been to so many and have always had more problems after or been ripped off. After going to Formula One I will never take my car anywhere else. Such good customer service, quick and car drives like new!

    5 minutes late to my appointment after working a 14.5 hour night shift in ICU Covid ward. Walked through the door and essentially got a bollo**ing without any apology when I explained why I was 5 minutes late. I won't be using this place ever again. Disgraceful customer service.

    had a rattling exhaust which az booked in same day and only took 1 hour to sort out. Price was cheap as well. I also needed new wiper jets which i bought and they fit for free. Excellent service

    Fantastic customer service and really helpful. Rang up re an exhaust issue & was told to come down straight away. Issue was solved by a great staff team, all professional, helpful & thorough. I was able to wait in a comfortable & welcoming waiting area. Absolutely recommend Formula One Shipley and will definitely be using again.

    Took my Audi to these guys to have a new tyre fitted. I spoke with Asif, he was polite and professional. My previous fitters over tightened my locking nut and in a result my locking nut broke which cost me Ā£62 from dealer's. Took my car to these guys and they sorted it out for me. I will recommend Formula One Autocentre. Thank you Asif and the team!!

    19/04/2023 had 2 front Bridgestone run flat tyres put on our BMW. Drove out and steering shaking but told to drive should get better. 1 day later tyre went flat, due to a faulty valve (they never changed the old ones when fitting the new tyres we purchased from them). Had new valve fitted by kwik fit and rebalanced as the wheels were way out, hence the shaking steering wheel. Never again will we be using these cowboys again!

    Great service. Very helpful and able to squeeze me in when I dropped in with a battery problem. The work was completed quickly. Staff, in particular Az, were friendly and efficient. Would use them again.

    I visited formula one centre in shipley a few days ago excellent customer service from the lovely gentleman called Asif really helpful, professional and prompt Asif booked my vehicle in for MOT he kept me informed with the progress of vehicle and called me a day before to let me know my car is booked in for MOT previously I had my tyres changed from the same garage again a exceptional service was provided and above all prices are really competitive keep up the good work

    Phoned on Friday and they were booked until Monday but shared the fact that brake pads/discs even though they were new were creating a horrible grinding sound and that we were travelling down to Heathrow on the Monday. Was able to get seen on the Sunday and also didn't charge me anything as it was just a bit of dust and grit. I've taken the car here three times and had nothing but great service everytime.

    Visited this garage 3 time. Fantastic service each time. Recent service was carried out from here. Always brilliant service from the manager and staff. Service with a smile. Was advised my timing belt could do with change, unable to do it at the garage but they provided me with a number i could can contact to do it for me. Highly recommend these guys!

    I had an issue with the windscreen water tank and popped by to book the car in. Az was so helpful and dealt with it straight away there and then. It was a minor thing as it turned out but I didn't know that. Really fantastic service, will definitely use this garage in the future. Thankyou Az.

    Absolutely terrible experience. I accepted this company based on the quote provided (via mycarneedsa.com) and therefore arranged to borrow a car so that I could drop mine off and made the 40min journey to this centre on the day they booked me in. I contacted them later on that day to check everything was ok only to be told that the booking system wasn't working and they didn't have any time to do the work on the day that I was booked in. Fortunately I didn't really need the car back immediately so they promised the work would be done the following day. The next day, around 2 in the afternoon I got a follow up call when they claimed that the initial quote was incorrect and the work would actually cost 4 times as much as they quoted. Allegedly it was the manager who called me but he was incredibly rude and pointed out that the quote provided originally was merely speculative. the email I got said nothing about this at all. The next day when i went to collect my car (which they had made worse than when i took it in after a so called 'service' - the rear tyres were both flat meaning the car wasn't even safe to drive home) the 'manager' wasn't even in so either a coward or a liar and probably both. If it was a genuine mistake and they had just quoted too low, the professional thing to do would have been to honour the original quote and get the work done for the agreed price, then made sure their business provided accurate quotes in the future but this didn't happen. No attempt to even meet half way was made so this proves that the low initial quote was intentional. Providing a low quote is clearly a complete scam intended just to get cars in so that they can quadruple the price so my advice is to avoid this company like the plague as they are just crooks.

    This garage got my car in at a moments notice (forgot the MOT was due) but they got it all sorted and I was back on the road very quickly. Seriously great service. Kept me updated with the repairs needed and progress. Will be using this garage again.

    Had an issue with my car making a strange noise after driving to Shipley from Hampshire, Roger from the Shipley branch was able to get my car in and check it over. Great service from these guys. He even took the time to give me a courtesy call to check I had no issues on my drive back to Hampshire. Top customer service.
