Purchased new tiles from the shop, staff were very polite and helpful. Good selection of tiles even though the tiles I wanted were out of stock. They were ordered in the shop and delivered within days.

I went in on Saturday to pick up my new tile cutter RUBI 850 WET CUTTER for Cartmells Tiling & Plastering. I've been using the Shipley store for years now . I deal with Josie the Manager mainly but also Rick & Mathew , they are ALL very helpful and amazing . The lovely fella called Matt Atkinson really helped me our he gave me good customer service and he made me buy the right tile for my kitchen floor .I will be buying again for my bathroom. I would recommend to everyone

I went into the Shipley store on Saturday and spoke to a lovely young lady called Josie. She clearly knew her job extremely well and was very knowledgeable! Excellent adhesives, grouts, tiles. Very helpful staff. Thank you. If I'm doing any private jobs I always come here for my adhesive and grout. The prices are good and the staff are brilliant, especially Josie the manager. Thank you guys

Great staff, ideally situated and the manager Josie is like an encyclopedia for tiles and all the other products. She must certainly do her homework that's for sure cos I often leave the store and think. " well I didn't know that". 10/10.

Great shop. Staff are really helpful without being pushy or patronising. The range of tiles is bigger than I expected, both contemporary and traditional. Highly recommended.

1 star is all they deserve. I bought 2 Bags of Bal tile grout from the store at Shipley. When buying the colour i requested i commented to the sales assistant that it didn't look like the colour from the colour chart. He assured me that once applied it would dry and look like the colour from the Bal colour chart. i took his word and my tiler applied the grout and low and behold it dried to the colour which we didn't want. The manager of the store came out and met the tiler at my home and agreed something had gone wrong. She took a sample and had it tested at the store to which the had the same results. They then advised me that they were going to contact the Bal area manager and discuss the matter. I myself rang the area manager myself to voice my concerns about the grout spoiling my newly laid floor and asked for a solution to the problem. He said he was aware of the problem and between Bal and Topps Tiles they would get back to me. That was roughly in mid October 2020, it is now the 6 January 2023 i still haven't heard anything from Topps tiles or Bal. Shocking customer service and to be honest they have thrown me under the bus to deal with there mess. Please be aware of the Bal product and please be aware if you buy anything from Topps tiles they will not help when you have a problem.

This review concerns your shop assistant MATT who is a most worthy ambassador for your company. I am not easily impressed but Matt went above and beyond in order to give me the correct advice with regard to the purchase and installation of underfloor heating, even calling the manufacturer to ensure his advice was spot on. What was even more impressive was that I was choosing this product for a property in Cornwall and so the Shipley store was unlikely to benefit from the sale. Nevertheless Matt left no stone unturned including costing he project out for for me. I have never bought from Topps Tiles before but am about to order some tiling strip which again Matt identified for me and put me right on. Brilliant service, exempary employee.

Called into the shop yesterday to buy tiles . The assistant was Matt . I have to say he was a pleasure to deal with , nothing too much trouble . He had them transferred from another store and contacted me as soon as they were in . Great service Thank you Julie cecere
