I
bought
2
Bags
of
Bal
tile
grout
from
the
store
at
Shipley.
When
buying
the
colour
i
requested
i
commented
to
the
sales
assistant
that
it
didn't
look
like
the
colour
from
the
colour
chart.
He
assured
me
that
once
applied
it
would
dry
and
look
like
the
colour
from
the
Bal
colour
chart.
i
took
his
word
and
my
tiler
applied
the
grout
and
low
and
behold
it
dried
to
the
colour
which
we
didn't
want.
The
manager
of
the
store
came
out
and
met
the
tiler
at
my
home
and
agreed
something
had
gone
wrong.
She
took
a
sample
and
had
it
tested
at
the
store
to
which
the
had
the
same
results.
They
then
advised
me
that
they
were
going
to
contact
the
Bal
area
manager
and
discuss
the
matter.
I
myself
rang
the
area
manager
myself
to
voice
my
concerns
about
the
grout
spoiling
my
newly
laid
floor
and
asked
for
a
solution
to
the
problem.
He
said
he
was
aware
of
the
problem
and
between
Bal
and
Topps
Tiles
they
would
get
back
to
me.
That
was
roughly
in
mid
October
2020,
it
is
now
the
6
January
2023
i
still
haven't
heard
anything
from
Topps
tiles
or
Bal.
Shocking
customer
service
and
to
be
honest
they
have
thrown
me
under
the
bus
to
deal
with
there
mess.
Please
be
aware
of
the
Bal
product
and
please
be
aware
if
you
buy
anything
from
Topps
tiles
they
will
not
help
when
you
have
a
problem.
