My 6 year old boy absolutely loves this place and so do we! Adults are welcome to join the little ones which is a bonus I think. Massive play area with a big seating area. Laser tag is also available. Great for kids parties too! Will definitely return, the best soft play area I’ve seen to date

My kids really love this place. It's huge, has great facilities, lovely food and has different sections for different interests. Maybe a trampoline area would help give it some more diversity, but otherwise, it's a great place and makes up for the closure of Dragons Den in Keighley.

It’s a great large soft play for the kids to burn off energy. Much larger and cleaner than Megaplay in bd8 for example. Includes buggies to ride on, football area within the soft play and 3 slides in the larger frame. Separate large baby area which is great for little ones to explore. Food menu is expensive but not sure where you could go to soft play where the food isn’t expensive these days. Parking can also be a bit tricky during busy times- try to avoid weekends as they’re full on with birthday parties and staff can be stressed. For bday parties, kids can run around while parents sit in a pod. Staff bring out pizza, chips and drinks for the kids. It can be tight - not sure if it’s comfy for more than 15 kids and their parents per pod so just something to consider. Been to many parties! Easy for parents as you just pay for food and entry and there’s no other planning involved really (starts at £10 per child weekday and £12 per child on the weekends for parties).

My little boy loves this place. It's massive so it's easy to lose track of your little ones but it's pretty well staffed and I didn't find myself panicking too much as the way in and out is manned by a staff member. My only downside is that it's probably a little bit too busy at times. And the car park is rammed. But the place is definitely the best soft play place around these parts in my opinion.

Visited for a kids party. Very quiet as it was probably the hottest day of the year..but cool inside. Lots for the kids. Ok food & drink...party host was late though & we weren't told by staff that tea & coffee was available for the adults in the party package...we were all charged at the cafe area. Other than that, friendly staff and the kids had a ball!!

Regular visitor with my kids. Excellent customer service making everyone feel extremely welcoming. Food choices are also great for kids. Car park can feel tight but usually you will always have a spot available. Employees are all great after many visits and I’d highly recommend. Pricing is also affordable and makes us come back every time.

I have never been before to this kids play center and i must say the kids loved it. We went as a large group with kids of all ages and there is a play area for babies to tots to teenagers too as the big slide and climbing activity was a hit for the teenagers. I had to stop the adults wanting a go too!!! 😅 it all felt relaxed and safe and there was plenty of seating for all. It is a fantastic place and there is lovely food and drinks available. Lovely staff too 😊

We’ve just had the best party here. Really good fun for all the children, relaxing for the adults and awesome pizza and coffee. The play area is huge and is all over one side of the building, which makes it much easier to keep an eye out for your kids whilst relaxing, without having to run around too much. The facilities are great with all ages catered for, especially the more independent kids as it’s got small, medium and a big bumpy slide and also a huge layered elasticated spiderweb tower to challenge older ones. The staff were friendly and really helpful, especially Patty, the manager, who was great with the children and took care of absolutely everything. I would highly recommend for a party or a fun trip out. Thank you for a super party Patty and colleagues.

The classes and den play they now offer are brilliant especially when you can boom it with food well worth the money

I liked that the place was very clean, very spacious and great variety of obstacles, tunnels, slides etc. Staff are friendly and polite. Car parking might be a little limited, we went during the weekday so this wasn't an issue. Unfortunately all of the baby sensory area was not functioning, as well as the area with the balldrop and floating balls, barring one which was on it's last legs. Overall I feel it's one of the better sofplay places, it's just a shame the baby areas (which I went primarily for) wasn't working, even other children going in asked me why nothing was working - if they were it would feel more worth the higher cost of entry fee. If they were fixed I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

We really love it here. It has a huge area of play, suitable for all ages. My daughter loves coming here. The staff are always amazing, so friendly and helpful and great with the children. I have anxiety but have no problem bringing my daughter here alone. The new play classes are excellent, we have really enjoyed every one we’ve been too so far. Great way to spend a couple of hours and food is lovely.

Excellent venue especially when quiet during the week term time. My 4 year old found a friend leaving me peace and quiet to do my work! Internet works perfectly and my son was worn out gasping for water at regular intervals. He especially enjoys the football court and heads there first :) Very safe and you can bring water in with you if you don’t want to spend extra money on food and drinks. £8.50 for 2 hours physical activity is worth it in my opinion.

Very large area and interesting for varied age kids. Lots of places to run and climb. Recommend to go early mornings before the busy periods. When busy, you need to watch out for smaller kids.

Definitely recommend this play area, but I recommend getting there early due to parking. Thankfully we got there for 9am but looked like there was 2 kids parties and seats fill up fast so booking in advance online is beneficial to ensure u get a table. I ordered a full breakfast and it was lovely, no complaints. Staff were friendly and bring drinks to ur table. Plenty for the kids to do and see. Would 100% return.

I had seen poor reviews of Kidzplay online, but shrugged them off as most businesses have the odd one, nobody can please everyone. However, I wish I’d taken note! We paid £15 per head for a birthday party and we’re left disappointed by the level of service we received. The staff were downright rude. We had complementary tea & coffee as part of our party package. We were assured that someone would come after ten minutes to take our order. After 25 minutes when we told them no one had taken our order the manager’s response was “and?” By this point most parents had already bought their own drinks!! We were rushed the whole time we were there because another party was in straight after us. They cleared the kid’s food up before they’d even finished eating. They called the kids to get their shoes ten minutes before the end of our stated time. They need to give a gap between parties rather than chucking out guests. We will not be booking a party there again, and I doubt many of our guests will. I’m writing to the directors as no doubt the manager will brush our complaint under the carpet, just as she tried to do today. What a shame, nice venue but blighted by their shoddy service!!

Love this! Perfect for kids AND adults 😂 the seats are perfectly located around the play area where parents can easily see their children so even if the children are running around theres no way they can get lost. Toilets are right behind seating area and so is the cafe bar which is perfect. Price is worth the play time!

Booked for a visit late Sunday Afternoon. Brilliant for kids of all ages (including me!). Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is reasonably priced and the place is clean and tidy.

Excellent play facilities- age range of 2yr/7yr/10yr all catered for. Challenging play equipment to keep the older children interested. Great party organisers from booking and on the day. Food menu is a varied choice and reasonably priced in the current climate. Great Day!

Kidzplay is a large play centre with lovely staff and large play frames. Unfortunately, there is nothing more positive I can say. Everything but the play frame is broken. The sensory room used to be this amazing place with lots of lights and sounds with the lights off. Now, nothing works and the lights are on so it’s not a sensory room anymore. 1 ball blower kind of works but the ball drop and other ball blower doesn’t work. The screen in the toddler area doesn’t work. I wouldn’t mind as much if it was cheap but I think the entry costs are extortionate and the prices have gone up. Now you have to pay for an any adults that want to join the accompanying adult. The food is ok but pricey also. I have addressed these issues with the experience team and have given them chance to fix it but they said they would get back to me and never did. I chased it and they said they would get back to me again…and didn’t. It’s a massive disappointment and it’s a shame to see the place becoming run down. I’d avoid if you like value for money.

As far as kids soft play areas go, this place is brilliant. It has things to appeal to every age group, and a lazer tag area which the older kids absolutely love. The admission price gets you a 3 hour play session, which is reasonable value, but the food and drink prices are extortionate. £7.70 for a hot drink and muffin is what you'd grudgingly expect to pay at Starbucks or Costa, not a children's play centre. The menu sounds nice, with some surprising options on it like smashed avocado on toast, etc, but at the prices they charge for the food I'm amazed anyone buys it. I'll definitely go back for the play area, but I'll be tempted with taking a thermos and packed lunch next time ....🤣

My visit was to a child's birthday party. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Kids had a great time. The pizzas looked delicious and must have tasted good by how much the kids ate.

The place is really big and lots space to play. Children appears very happy in there. Food is great too. Most of the staff is amazing with kids ...but some of them act as if they own the place....

Really big spacious play gym..kids had lots of fun. Liked the 2 hour play session and it only cost us £5 per child. Food is a little over priced but overall loved it

This place is huge! Plenty of play equipment for a 4 year old to have safe fun on. Lots of seating for visitors and a decent menu of food and drinks. Overall, this is a very good soft play! The only minor downside that I can see, is the parking. Other than that…I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!

Great place for the kids. Good visibility for the adults. Food and drink a little pricey though. Lost a star for a particularly grumpy welcome because we hadn't booked, despite them having availability and being able to let us in. Our first visit, and felt like we'd just done it all wrong and we were an inconvenience.

  • 5/5 Julie E. 1 year ago on Google
Quite the best place of this type of venue I have visited. Well thought out and executed. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. The food is of a high standard and homemade too, all freshly cooked to order. Our three grandchildren of varying ages and a friends one year emptied their plates. Mind you, so did the adults ! Brilliant time.

Took our 22months old. He had a great time. The centre is quite big and we were lucky that it was quiet. There were kids of different ages, all having fun. Lost a star in the eating for lack of parking.

  • 5/5 Jonny B. 1 year ago on Google
Now this is one sizable softplay. It's not the cheapest entry price at £8.50 per child, but it is the largest soft play I've set foot in. They have room for at least 3 different parties at a time, along with loads of tables for your standard visit. Food looked good, but I can't confirm as I didn't eat. The car park is a bit of an issue, with half the parking being around the back, as the gap down the side of the building is quite narrow, so if some inconsiderate patron decides to park down the side, it makes it nigh on impossible to leave.

  • 4/5 James L. 1 year ago on Google
Really friendly staff and really great facilities have made this place a family favourite for years. New activities like lazer tag are soon to be included too! One star knocked off because parking seemed increasingly difficult on our last visit - and it’s somewhere you tend to drive to. Too popular for their own good!

  • 4/5 Elizabeth C. 1 year ago on Google
A great place to let the kids run loose, a couple of things were out of use so that was a shame. The only couple of slight issues I would like to mention is the food and drinks are quite expensive, I bought a coffee and a tea for £6.50, Lexie bought me over a normal bland cup of coffee and when I told her I thought it would be a latte she kindly swapped it even though it was my error. The only other beef I have is the signs all over saying no pics allowed this made me uncomfortable taking pics of my own family having fun, what is the point of going if you can't look back at the memory's. But I sneaked a few with only my family on, which tbh I felt a little nervous about doing then thought why can't I??? Anyway by looking at some of the other reviews ppl do take pics. I'd like to say how lovely and accommodating lexi was and kind to change my coffee she's an asset to the company.

The best soft play we’ve visited. Absolutely perfect for our 17 month old, we loved how “adult friendly” the space for the little ones is, you can really get involved with their play without obstructing others. Staff are friendly, it’s very clean, and I felt really at ease letting the little one play and explore. Excellent value for money too.

Fab morning out. Kids love it here. Absolutely massive play space. Food is really good for the grown ups too. It's a little bit pricey compared to some, but you do get what you pay for. 👍

This is a great place for a kids party. The staff are super friendly and very caring. The pizza and chips were far better than maybe we expected and the kids had a great time. Would definitely go again.well done guys. Ava's Grandpa.

  • 3/5 AL M. 1 year ago on Google
The equipment is clean and appears well maintained, the food was good. There is loads for the children to do covering all age groups. But as is typical at play areas lots of parents don't supervise their children this means that older children go into the young children's area and climb up the slide. This is made worse as there was no staff supervision and as the place is so large parents cant see children from there seats.

  • 5/5 Dee D. 1 year ago on Google
The grandchildren would be there everyday if it was up to them. A little bit pricey at £7 per child, but they run their blood to water. There is a food menu if wanted plus drinks and ice cream, these also are not cheap. But at the end of the day, kids love it and it wears them out for bed.
