It's
a
real
shame
that
I
have
to
mark
it
down.
Generally,
the
store
is
good
and
the
staff,
on
the
whole,
have
usually
been
friendly,
warm
and
welcoming.
As
a
business
owner
myself,
I
am
big
on
customer
service
and
tonight
was
very
disappointing.
All
the
tills
appeared
to
be
closed
as
they
were
all
red,
however,
there
were
2
staff
sat
at
separate
tills.
We
weren't
sure
if
they
were
about
to
swap
over
but
one
of
them
got
up
to
join
the
other
shop
assistant
who
seemed
to
be
having
issues
with
her
till.
There
was
a
third
member
of
staff
already
attending
to
this
individual.
We
hovered
for
a
bit
and
not
one
of
them
looked
in
our
direction
even
though
I
was
standing
right
in
front
of
them.
They
just
carried
on
their
conversation
as
if
we
weren't
there.
After
a
few
minutes
I
asked
if
they
were
open
but
they
just
continued
their
dialogue
as
if
I
hadn't
spoken.
After
a
few
minutes
more,
the
manager
joined
them,
so
now
there
are
4
of
them.
We
must
have
stood
there
for
5
minutes
just
waiting,
with
no
other
customers.
All
it
would
have
taken
was
"I'll
be
with
you
in
a
moment"
I
was
thinking
that
maybe
they
would
at
least
apologise
for
the
wait
once
they
had
resolved
the
issue
but
no,
all
three
walked
away
like
we
were
invisible.
The
assistant
behind
the
till
just
went
straight
to
scanning
the
items,
with
an
attitude
as
if
we
were
the
ones
inconveniencing
her.
Not
one
word
did
she
speak
apart
from
to
state
how
much.
I've
been
served
by
this
individual
before
and
she
had
the
same
attitude
then
which
I
was
willing
to
ignore
but
not
for
a
second
time.
I'm
chalking
it
up
to
it
being
the
end
of
a
very
long
Saturday
for
them
but
maybe
some
customer
service
training
is
much
needed.
