I try & avoid this branch at all costs. The customer service of the store manager, appalling. He huffs and puffs at everything you ask him and could do with training on customer service. I tend to go to the skipton branch as i feel appreciated there.

I've purchased tools on various occasions from here, but not anymore, they lost all my business over a silly collection argument whereby they wanted to see the card i used online to make the initial purchase, I ended up telling them to keep their goods and issue a full refund there and then, which surprisingly they did .... all a bit pointless really, but its cost you a valued customer !

Placed an order and got email and text to say its ready and only oart was..then went day after and was told it was being delivered that afternoon..still no confirmation to puck up!

Products are okay - prices are fine. What isn't good about this branch though is the staff attitude. They will not accept a return when clearly their policy says they should; had to contact head office to receive a refund. To cap it off, the members of staff I dealt with had a terrible attitude (Max was one, Paul the other??); very patronising to women I thought - sniggering away.

Ordered online. Got a text within 5 minutes to say my order was ready. Good set up for social distancing. Staff were polite. Also returned an item that was damaged. No problems there, dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great store, great staff. Thanks.

Bought a mira shower from these clowns. Box was opened, and parts looked like they had been previously fitted.

Always professional advice if needed. Huge range of products,some of which I didn't realise I needed. Good prices. Order online and they tell you when your order is ready to collect,saves a lot of time.

Didn't have all that I wanted but the staff bent over backwards to get me an alternative, very helpful polite staff.

Dropped in to pick up a click and collect order for 3 spot light bulbs. My wife asked me to also see if they sold replacement bath shower door seals. They did but the one I wanted was out of stock. Harris who served me was straight on the computer and quickly found a branch with one in stock. He arranged for it to be sent by post to Shipley (free of charge) and it arrived the next day. Very impressed with the quick service I received, and the choice and quality of there products.

I've frequently bought tools and various parts from Shipley Toolstation, and found them to be consistently reliable, and particularly competitive with a nearby alternative supplier.

Very helpful staff with good product knowledge it was a pleasure shopping at your store will definitely call again
