Dreadful
housing
association.
ASB
tenants
given
priority
over
good
tenants...why?
because
the
managers
don't
want
the
paperwork.
Big
example
IMO
experience...Neighbour
moved
from
one
one
over
55s
scheme
to
another(with
an
existing
ASB
order(No
1
against
them
from
previous
address
for
damaging
Accent
communal
property
in
a
sheltered
scheme).
This
tenant
then
causes
massive
problems
with
at
least
5
immediate
neighbours...yeah
this
person
loves
to
harass
neighbours!...so
Accent
open
another
ASB(No
2)
at
their
new
address
and
soon
after
it
is
closed
because
they
are
really
good
at
blaming
everyone
else.
So
they
then
decide
to
harass
a
disabled
neighbour
with
very
poor
health
who
has
lived
peacefully
for
over
8years
without
any
issues.
So
they
reopen
the
2nd
ASB
instead
of
raising
a
3rd
one...so
it
looks
as
though
this
person
has
only
1
ASB
at
their
new
address.
Very
clever
of
the
housing
officer
to
do
this...saves
her
doing
any
paperwork
or
going
through
the
tedious
and
lengthy
process
of
evicting
the
ASB
tenant.
So
the
disabled
tenant
spends
months
going
downhill
with
their
health
and
eventually
they
are
forced
to
move
out
as
the
harassment
continued
and
escalated
and
they
lose
ยฃ1000's
in
the
process
due
to
the
amount
of
money
spent
on
doing
up
a
very
dellapidated
property
and
turned
it
into
a
love
place
to
live.
So
the
next
vulnerable
tenant
moves
in
and
they
become
a
target
for
the
psycho
ASB
tenant
who
has
no
history
of
any
mental
illness
but
who
is
just
a
very
nasty
piece
of
work.
Accent
housing
officer
denies
that
there
is
more
than
one
ASB
against
this
ASB
tenant
because
they
very
cleverly
fudged
the
paperwork.
This
HA
is
the
worst
of
the
worst
and
are
well
known
for
the
passive
aggressive
attitude
to
anyone
who
makes
a
complaint
and
so
slow
in
responding
that
they
will
take
months
and
months
before
anything
is
done...as
for
their
records
and
paper
trails...well
they
conveniently
lose
all
records
if
it
suits
their
agenda
at
any
given
time.
