Funny one this' the heavens opened up. And we popped in to get out of the rain. Glad we did. Bar staff were great gave us a towel to dry off. Showed us to a nice seat Took our orders for drinks. our first impressions was what a nice clean place Staff full of banter, loverly warm atmosphere.. Not bad for a place we could of missed. We will go back on our next visit without a doubt...

Since the refurbishment, this is the bar to visit. Good choice of drinks at reasonable prices. The DJ is a personal friend who has DJ 3 of my party's. It's party central and the best bar to watch sport.

Pretty expensive but just been refurbished looking good apart from the steps to the toilets

Nice cozy place to have fun with friends ...they have pool table with a match day is a perfect to venture out in this cold with wide range of beer and hard drinks to serve.

Lovely place. Very accomodating for my partner who is in a mobility scooter. Opened the side door for us to get in where there was a ramp into the main bar area. Reasonably priced drinks. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Not a sports person myself but is definitely idea if you want to catch a game with a pint.

Went in on Saturday night, great entertainment, good atmosphere and reasonable priced drinks would go again, great place.

Hadn't been in this place for over 20 years , it's most definitely changed. But the beers better than it was then and it's a lot cleaner.

Friendly pub. Quiet when visited (Thursday afternoon) but can see the potential. Excellent bar maid, she was really friendly and more than generous

Can't rate this place fairly. It was a bank holiday weekend and the place was full to the rafters no room to move. (Which is a great review in its self). Bet was good not over priced.

It has a new name, It was a good night for music, but the lemonade in the shandy was flat.

Nice to see this old pub still going,sports on tvs,toilets a bit of a let down,looked like someone had tried to punch every wall in sight,staff polite and welcoming,good choice of beers,bar snacks only.

Amongst other projects I play guitar in rock band "The 1960 Four" is always a pleasure to play here. Great, recently renovated pub with amazing clientele. Definitely recommended.

It was nice going in there for a nice drink and catch up for my ex fiance 65th birthday but unfortunately when we went to Churchills to meet up with family he collapsed and passed away I'm just so glad u got to have a birthday drink in our old haunts god love him RIP Bob 🙏 xxx
