If
I
could
give
zero
stars
for
this
shocking
place
I
would.
My
mum
had
booked
a
table
on
Thursday
for
afternoon
tea
for
me
and
her
on
Saturday
(baring
in
mind
I
haven’t
seen
my
mum
for
over
a
year);
when
we
arrived,
they
had
a
booking
in
their
book
but
this
where
the
incompetence
starts.
They
had
the
booking
under
Laura
rather
than
my
mums
actual
name.
Anyway
they
seated
us
at
our
table
and
half
an
hour
of
waiting
my
mum
asked
a
rude
waitress
what
was
happening
and
she
advised
in
a
rude
tone
that
she
would
check.
We
were
then
greeted
by
a
manager
stating
that
they
didn’t
even
have
us
done
for
a
booking
so
my
mum
explained
yet
again
that
it
was
booked
under
Laura
and
the
manager
stated
that
we
weren’t
booked
in
for
afternoon
tea
at
all.
Firstly
when
we
first
arrived
and
told
them
the
time
we
had
booked
in
for
and
what
we
had
booked
in
for,
why
didn’t
they
advise
any
of
this
in
the
first
instance.
Secondly
there
was
no
remorse
or
decent
customer
service
as
to
their
error.
Thirdly
the
staff
was
insanely
rude
and
not
very
friendly.
I
travelled
from
Manchester
to
see
my
mum
so
we
could
go
have
a
lovely
afternoon
tea
and
these
guys
couldn’t
even
manage
a
simple
booking,
stay
away!
