I ordered from here as it came up on just eat website . I didnt know it was so close to where I live . Good customer service from delivery driver .The food arrived warm and in time. The burgers were very tasty and the buns were fresh. We enjoyed the meal overall . It was nice of you to include the extras with the kids meal. Only one negative I felt the chips were slightly over salted . I would definitely be ordering again and try something different from the menu . Good luck with your new business .

We absolutely LOVE this place. We found this gem over a year ago. The burgers are amazing, PROPER meat, not just a cheap patty! The milkshakes are great too! And the chips are rarely soggy and are ALWAYS full of flavour - plenty of peri salt 😋 It's probably more expensive than the average takeaway burger but it's well worth the money!! I 100% recommend! Delivery has only ever taken over an hour when the world cup was on and that was expected! Food is normally delivered very fast! Plus you get 10% off if you order through their website!

I am a returning customer after hybrid working on and off for a year. I arrived during lunch hours to be greeted by Adam who has amazing customer service skills. He seemed to be man’ing the fort all by himself. I ordered the spicy chicken fillet burger meal yesterday and the monster burger today which Adam mentioned were freshly bought and cooked in the shop. I enjoyed the burger meal and the hospitality of Adam. You can see Adam’s passion to work at Burger Mate through the excellent work ethic he puts in to making the food! Would definitely come again for another fantastic experience. Keep it up Adam, you’re doing an awesome job!

Absolutely terrible service. After taking time out to select this takeaway from a range of takeaways in the area. We were told 1hr 20mins for a delivery. After watching the whole england game and still no food, we contacted the takeaway to be told the food was already out and would be with you shortly. Looking at a lot of the reviews this evening it seems this takeaway told this to numerous customers. They obviously have issues dealing with multiple orders. Its probably best ordering from these guys when they open on a weekday. DEFINITELY DO NO ORDER AT THE WEEKEND. This is a small takeaway which is probably best run from a kitchen at home with teenagers on bike delivering the food. Will not be ordering from these guys again even if its the last place open. Management. If your going to enter into the food market. Know your industry and the amount of orders you can handle. How are you guys running a takeaway which can not even communicate with its customers. If your attitude to customers is to put the PHONE DOWN. Close up and go home, do something else with your lives. Wasters

Ordered food by phone before England v France game. Was told 1hr 20 mins for delivery. Chased up after 1 hr 30m and we’re told delivery is out and should be with us soon. Still no delivery after 2 hours. Called again and were told we didn’t have your order and then put the phone down. Don’t bother with them lies and appalling customer service.

Ordered around 17.20. 30 to 45 mins delivery. Spoke to them after just over an hour to be told leaving with order (15min journey), rang again after 40 mins to be told 4/5 mins away. Called again after 15 mins to be told 4 mins away. At this point we cancelled the order as our children & friends had now waited 2hrs for food. 10 mins later our order arrived, driver said he had just picked food up from shop so was fresh… funny as we’d been told he’d picked up quite a while ago. So who’s telling a lie??? We refused the food and had to then sort something else. Absolutely disgusting customer service with no apology. We will never order or recommend this place.

Beautiful and tasty food. Deffo try their chicken fillets. Always fresh and on point. These guys never disappoint and i have tried them several times now. Deffo recommending to everyone out there. Great food. Good price. Friendly guys.

It’s so much more than “just a burger” I mean. The most amazing thing is pickle, a slice of tomato, leaf of lettuce and mouth watering beef patty. In all they made my day special. Thank you so much burger mate. Good and friendly service. Their fries are so crispy. Highly recommended 💯

Ordered burgermate at least every Saturday for months now, best takeaway around, all the food is very fresh, tastes amazing and delivery is super quick with the food arriving still hot! Best wings, burgers and loaded fries ever eaten, every week its top quality, never had any complaints and the staff are all really friendly!

After trying a few different places hands down this is the best. food is always fresh never disappoints this is better then Pepe's and most places I have tried. Very friendly staff too.

Ordered Cheese Burger and fries. Tasted the burger and found it had a cheap chilli hint. Very strange tasted like the burger had been marinated in extra value Supermarket chilli con carne. Awful. But worst was the fact the burger was so dry it was like chewing a leather belt. Good job it came with a can of Pepsi or I'd have given it to the dog. £4.99 way overpriced for what tasted like a cheap burger. Shame because I was looking forward to it.

Ordered a Lone Burger, Double Cheeseburger meal, Chicken bites, plus 2 milkshakes. Delivery was spot on time wise. Food was hot and delicious. The beef patties were cooked perfectly. Milkshakes were the great ending. Definitely ordering again.

I'm a regular customer of Burgermate and the food is absolutely delicious. The burritos are a substantial size and filled to the brim but my favourite has to be the spicy fillet burger meal. Amazing burger with the best chips around. And the service is even better than their food!

Best burgers in Bradford! Found this little place by chance one night when stopping in the area. Food is amazing we've been back several times since and they never disappoint. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Try it, you'll love it!

Healthy fast food. Great quality, you feel fine the day after! good value for money. Cooked fresh - never food stored unless it's waiting for pickup. chips don't go soggy, even after half an hour or so. Quickly became my go-to. owner is a nice guy - he advised me to use the app / website and it worked well.

Wow! First time trying this place. Food was amazing. Had to wait 20 minutes as they had loads of orders plus the food is fresh so didn't mind. It was definitely worth it. Taste was amazing. Chips well cooked and nice sauces in the burger. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

My brother bought me a Mexican burrito from burgermate once and every time I go to his house I don’t get anything else lmao it’s so full of flavour and huge probably the only meal that can fill me up without buying two meals. What a local legend 🤩

Ordered a burger, rice bowl and few other things. The burger was for me. OMG tasty as a tasty thing from Tastyopolis! I'll be returning, even just to see if they can keep this standard up! Every thing arrived quickly (a full 30mins ahead of their delivery estimate), so lovely and warm. Delivery driver was decent and polite. top notch nommage!

No complaints on the food quality however I have ordered on 4 separate occasions and every order has had items missing or the wrong product has been sent. Its become extremely frustrating as the food is nice but extremely unreliable.
