Recently the customer service has gone downhill in this store, no pleasantries from staff, scan and gone no hello no thankyou. Today was ridiculous, the queue was to the back of the store, one person serving bless her. She had asked through the headset for help and no one came because the other colleague hadn't got the headset on! Slowly walked behind the till with some items which she placed behind the till, finished serving us and continued to shop for herself and left my husband to reach under the screen and round the counter for the items she left carelessly for us to get. after a long wait in the queue a few people left their stuff and walked out of the store. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

My main issue with this branch is the waiting times to be served. The queue forms down one of the aisles so I think the staff can’t see how many people are waiting to be served. So either staff don’t call for extra staff on the checkouts, or - if they can see - don’t have the extra colleagues to come and work on the checkout.

I WENT TO THIS STORE AND I BOUGHT 8, 2 for £1 items and it didn’t equal the correct price with the offer AND I FEEL SCAMMED I HOPE YOU SEE THIS SO YOU NEVER ENTER THIS AWFUL SHOP goodbye ps: they swear in front of lots of kids

Lovely staff but more training from the company in terms of customer awareness would be useful. 4 staff stacking shelves and a lady running solo on the tills. It was a shame as the queue numbered almost a dozen, but still she had to call on the intercom for help. Kinda felt bad for her.

It's a lovely little store if you just want to quickly pop in and grab something and get back out again, but sadly that rarely happens due to being tied up in a slow moving queue ! .... Hence the reason i rarely use this store.

Although staff are great well most lol ques get a bit hectic with only 1 member on at times . Seen few people walk out . But ok I suppose for few bits .

I love the co op's effort to provide fair trade and organic produce as well their edition of plant milks. I'd love to see even more plant based options here such as vegan cheese and less plastic around the fruit and vegetables. The staff are lovely.

Very convenient shop and got as much as you need including baby milk and food ... obviously fresh veg meat beverages washing powder bread so whatever you need 🍞🥦🥩🍼🧋🍫

Bought a six pack of beer today. 1 was bust but still on the shelf at full price..realised after my purchase. Wasted a pound. Too much queuing to resolve the issue.

Massively overcharged by staff for not having a members card, 3 meal deals came to £16.90 as apposed to £12 as they are clearly priced at £4 each. According to staff this is only for members of which is not true as every other co op Iv been to and the co op customer service team have stated £4. Staff were rude when questioned about this and was charged individually for each item.

Convenient little store, friendly service.

Does what it says on the tin. Car park available. Cash machine.
