We booked THIS apartment as a LAST MINUTE deal & only did this last minute booking because of all the positive reviews and feedback which was online. The LOCATION of the apartment was very disappointing NOTHING like reality. The owners have filmed the intro when it was sunny and the weather was nice. I couldn’t find the apartments due to how different it looked online compared to real life. I had to call and speak to the lady receptionist to confirm. This is a family run business and I appreciate they are newbies in the hotel game however the men who was staying there at the same time as us made the stay uncomfortable and awkward. Everytime we went out for a smoke or a walk them lads weirdly kept coming out as well. Weird and vile behaviour. Being an Asian myself I thought allow complaining because clearly everyone comes to chill and enjoy so I didn’t complain to the Asian receptionist at all. That doesn’t mean our stay was 10/10 NO. I will write a review and let people know. The apartments come with a prize but for the price it’s decent 2 big tvs, jacuzzi, large sofa recliners, fridge/essentials. The other issue we had was the jacuzzi tv was faulty and the jacuzzi itself just had work on it and felt really loose and items on it kept falling. Apart from that it was decent but they did deceive us and their customers with deceiving intro video.

Had an amazing stay. Beautiful apartment, you get what you see. Nice and clean. All good food places close by. The Hosts were really welcoming and friendly. Perfect for a nice little getaway.

Amazing stay at the apartment we stayed for 4 nights. Place was great jacuzzi was excellent. Had a great stay. The host was really accommodating to our needs by providing facilities for my baby he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would visit again and would highly recommend to others.

Amazing apartment - clean, beautiful interior done to a high standard. Me and my cousins stayed here last year in August in apartment one! The owner was extremely nice and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed our stay a lot, we had a small little party for a bridal shower and it was the perfect space for it. We kept talking about how good our stay was and comfy the apartment is. Im going to start by the review by saying WOW this place is amazing. Everything was so beautifully decorated and the hot tub with the TV was so relaxing. I booked this for my wife's birthday and she loved it. Very clean apartment and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and I look forward to coming back here again Worth the money.

As soon as we walked in we were amazed. This apartment was recently built and is very modern. Great large jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Smart TVs in living room, bedroom and even the bathroom. Loved everything about it. Bobsy is a great host, goes through everything with you, showing you how to operate the surround system, lighting, heating and hottub. He is very friendly and answers all queries. Even sends a list fantastic nearby foodplaces and things to do. All in all extremely pleased with my stay, I will definitely be returning. Keep up the amazing work Bobsy!

I just spent my birthday at one of these beautiful apartments😍don’t normally leave reviews but this place is a have to! Was so pleased with the amount of work put into this place it’s was just perfect. The owner put effort into making us feel as welcome as possible and gave us all the information we needed! 100% coming again!

I cannot express how impressed we were with this apartment and service. We have found our spot which we would like to keep visiting. The apartment is done to its highest standards and the jacuzzi is larger for sure than shown in pictures. We did not want to leave and extended our stays. I cannot wait to come and stay in these apartments again! Bobsy was extremely helpful and really welcoming!

My partner and I stayed here earlier this week and the only thing I can say is WOW. From the outside area, the house it self down to the fine details inside the apartment like the lighting and fixtures everything was amazing. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it, every inch was immaculate and clean, there was absolutely nothing to speak negative about. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and huge the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is fully kitted out with anything you’d need as well as the bathroom too. Amazing value for money 100%, you can tell so much love and time has gone into the finishes of this apartment. It certainly made my partners birthday a special one and we are already planning our next stay here! The owner was super helpful too, he provided us with a detailed list of restaurants as we weren’t from the city and were looking for a nice meal, he took the time to make it personal and get to know us and genuinely cared which was a very nice touch. You won’t regret staying here it’s absolutely amazing!

Booked a night here for me & my partner. It was beyond my expectations! Bobsy was brilliant, showing me into & around the apartment before the other half saw the surprise, everything about it is amazing, so modern, fresh and clean! The huge jacuzzi bath was definitely a big hit! Him and the team really made our stay a beautiful experience! Just as we checked out this morning, we were quickly shown into one of the other apartments.. safe to say we will be returning 2 or 12 more times in the future, the reviews and photos for this place really do not lie 😍

Went with my partner for my birthday and they were so good with communicating with us about times and what we wanted. The apartment was clean, everything worked perfectly and overall we just loved it! The host was lovely, she set everything out so nice for us and we had a great time.

I have just returned from here again last week with my partner, and like always what a beautiful weekend. This was the fourth time here and we love it, it’s by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Where to start, bobsy and his family are just absolutely great so friendly and welcoming, the apartments are just out this world, beautiful & clean, the beds are so comfortable, the spa bath is amazing, LED lights all the way through just look perfect. Is all we ever feel when we are there is relaxed and happy. All our special occasions are always spent here and we wouldn’t change that. For the service you get and the beautiful apartments the price is absolutely great. Also there is private parking and that’s great security cameras facing all angles our car has always been safe, people around Bradford are very friendly, the park across the road is beautiful and very peaceful for a nice walk, shopping is brilliant. We love this place :) it’s like another home.

If you are looking for a romantic get away I recommend it has the wow factor.. beautiful during the day and night. Host is welcoming and the apartments are very secure with cctv and parking. Host gave you information and was very helpful, made sure we were able to use everything correctly. I loved the decor and the lighting really made you feel special..these apartments are worth every penny.. they are near a beautiful park and the city centre. Apartments are fully equipped with Bluetooth surround sound without out. It was a full house and didn't even hear any of the other guests. I will be staying here again and have recommend it to others, I stay in alot of apartments/hotels and think this one beats them all. The area is peaceful yet has alot to do.

Me and my partner have stayed here several times now and we enjoy it just as much as the first. The perfect place to wind down and relax. And plenty of things to do local to the area. The family that own the property are brilliant, everytime we go. They’re friendly, chatty and are always happy to help if they can. The park across the road is lovely. And any locals we have come across have always been friendly and polite too. The apartments themselves are amazing. They are all lovely apartments, they are always kept clean, the baths are amazing, the beds are comfy. The service overall from Optimal Apartments is brilliant and has never disappointed. I think me and my partner have been there now 4/5 times and we keep going back. Its our favourite place to go for special occasions. It almost feels like a home from home. The apartment’s really do live up to the expectations from the photos 😊

Great place! staff was friendly recommended places to eat. The rooms were nice, clean and modern as shown in the pictures, jacuzzi was perfect size for couple, secure parking, Will definitely be coming again! Drove from Midlands, it was worth the drive.

Me and my partner absolutely love staying with Optimal Apartments. The ambiance and comfort is something you can’t find anywhere else. High-end furnishings can be found throughout the property, which also has a jacuzzi (with a TV) and a gorgeous bedroom. The apartments are clean and include many amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, we can tell they put their heart and passion into giving their customers an unforgettable experience. Was really looking forward to our stay here and it didn't disappoint! Check-in was very pleasant and professional, the lady was very helpful showed us through our apartment and how everything works. beautifully decorated and a great stay. There was minimal damage wear and tear but nothing which ruined our stay, i mentioned these to our host which she was aware of, so you don't need to worry about this during your stay! Lovely location just in front of the park and in small walking distance from local shops, Bradford is largely diverse and the local shops reflect which was great to try new veg in our cooking at the apartment :) very safe on-site car park with many security cameras covering all areas. Great job :) Packages are offered during your stay to make the experience extra special (at an additional cost) didn't want but thought it was a nice extra to offer. Thank you for hosting us and making us feel so welcomed.

Beautifully decorated apartment that’s very clean and cosy, really enjoyed our stay here and the owner was very welcoming! Looks exactly like the images advertised and there is a beautiful park within a walking distance. Will definitely return in the future

Me and my partner used Optimal Apartments once before this and we was happy with the apartment and the service, however this time it was a real disappointment. The huge reclining sofas was damaged it opened up and then won’t close, the hot water wasn’t working for hours. I reported this and was told they would look into this. Only to be told that the sofa was in good condition and that we caused the damage which is incorrect and we was actually made to feel guilty when it was their issue and not ours. The other complaint I have is there was a numerous amount of cars parked up on the side smoking cannabis and doing balloons which is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment to single people.

Had an amazing anniversary stay here with my husband. Stayed in apartment 8 absolutely gorgeous with a nice view of Lister park. Nice clean apartment, jacuzzi bathroom was so relaxing, decor is modern with ambient lighting. Really happy with our stay!!

Our stay at Optimal Apartments was a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great warmth and made to feel at home. A quick tour/guide was provided ensuring we had familiarity with all the facilities at hand as well as advice in relation to all the local amenities in the surrounding area. The Apartment we stayed in was spotless, spacious and included ambient LED lighting which really created a calming vibe to the whole experience. The bathroom includes a Jacuzzi style hot tub with its own television! The Apartments are adjacent to a beautiful park which ensures stunning views and a great location for a morning/evening walk. I must say from my experiences, this is definitely the best place to stay if visiting the Bradford/Yorkshire area. Great facilities, a fantastic location and courteous hosts, who are always on hand for any assistance required!

Booked this apartment in a bit of a hurry, and only did so because of their absolutely perfect feedback rating. The apartment did not disappoint !!!! The apartments are a little quirky, and certainly not the norm, but they are absolutely fantastic. The hosts have ticked all the boxes with their double jacuzzi, big screen tv's, recliners etc etc etc. You won't be disappointed !!!! The hosts are lovely and totally honest. We left an item behind us by mistake and they kindly posted it back. You cant ask for better than that. This apartment is much better value than a hotel room for similar money. Highly recommended !!!!

While looking for a place with a hot tub I came across Optimal apartments and gave them a ring. The lady who answered was helpful and when we met in real life was very hospitable to our needs and went the extra mile. I booked this apartment for my husbands birthday and thought the hot tub would be good and relaxing. I loved the idea it has a tv in the bathroom so was excited to chill in the hot tub while watching something! The apartment definitely didn’t disappoint, it is more stunning in real life than it is in pictures and it is really clean. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would book Optimal apartments again.

Booked for new years eve and I have to say from the start it was a breathtaking experience. I’ve never stayed in a place which provided such hospitality and every need was met. Bobsy the host went above and beyond for our stay and provided us with all necessities and more. I can’t express the level of detail and thought behind the quality of our stay, from the surround sound to the jacuzzi bath which was definitely my favourite facility. If you’re thinking of staying here, please don’t hesitate to book as you won’t regret it.

What a beautiful stay it’s was! Firstly we was greeted at the doors by a lovely lady who proceeded to show us around the building and the showed us around our apartment and how to use the many facilities there is to offer. The beds where super comfy with a fan in the bedroom, bath robes, slippers and plenty of towels and face cloths also the freezer had plenty of ice and complementary bottles of water, pots and pans plenty of tea and coffee. We will defo be coming back there :)

I loved the ambience of the apartment. Beautiful decor. The lighting and decor colours where so relaxing that once through the door it’s a different world and the Jacuzzi bath is just on a another level. The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable and the amenities offered are such, I felt like a VIP guest. I will definitely be staying over and over again. 5* Plus.

Stayed here for a night for my 30th birthday. Rooms were immaculately clean and even more spacious than the pictures give credit for. Each room has a different theme and has an individual personal touch. Even though you’re staying away, it instantly feels comfortable and homely. The jacuzzi baths are amazing. We could hear no noise from the road or other guests which is a big bonus. Bobsy was an amazing host who greeted us, showed us around and provided a first class service. He instantly provided us with a list of local amenities and you can tell there is a real sense of pride in what he has achieved. This place is really well located with a lovely big park across the road and a short drive to any shops. 10/10 would stay again and looking forward to seeing what he does with future projects.

Absolutely amazing service the host couldn’t have been any more accommodating. The room we stayed in for my partners birthday was better than expected. Everything was very clean and the decor is beautiful. In my opinion the stay is very much so worth the price the hot tub was amazing.
