I have been in the front of house and hospitality industry for seven years myself I am very well experienced in using serviced apartments in and around the Leeds Bradford area one thing I can say for sure is that these self-service apartments and studios are impeccable classy in the In decor, Clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. A smart moving flat screen tv, the most comfortable beds and throws. Toiletries and extras on request, Wi-Fi for multiple devices, fridge freezer and washing machine,and not to mention the lovely gentleman who looks after you when you’re there Nick. He was most professional and welcoming from arrival to departure there was nothing it was too much for him. The cleaning lady was also lovely (I’m sorry I forgot her name) just an overall simple classy safe and great environment. The price isn’t extremely reasonable with parking and close to all the centre amenities including the fabulous shopping plaza “Broadway” I have stayed here many times before and I will stay here many times again in the future! keep up the good work, your staff are a credit to you. Stayed for 3 nights in the beginning of January. Our Apartment was lovely, very cosy! Staff were very helpful and helped us locate a long stay car park and gave us some nearby restaurant recommendations which turned out to be very good. We will definitely consider booking our stay here again if we visit Bradford in the future.

Customer service is what these guys strive off. Top marks for cleanliness and making sure the guests experience is one you would expect from a 5 star establishment. Perfectly located too with great parking amenities. Definitely will be booking in the near future.

Stunning location walking distance from the main shopping areas, there are also lots of good restaurants, cafes very elegant & calm, with attention to detail I like to think of it as a home from home as the staff are warm attentive and almost invisible until you need them.

Always a memorable stay and a amazing setup with the most comfortable simba beds in most of the rooms I have stayed in. Staff was on point and service was second to none.

Excellent customer service, by a very attentive lady at the reception desk. Short walk to the city centre. Our apartment was very modern, comfortable, and we had a very good nights sleep. We will definitely be revisiting again !

They were helpful even before I even got there- so kind made sure I knew all the information they were also one call or text away so if there was anything wrong, they would help asap. The rooms looked clean and had some little stuff such as fairy and sponges that some apartments and hotels do not think about liked the convenience - everything was very close by aswell!!It was so nice and warm when walking it and the people that were there working were super helpful. Will be definitely coming back again!!

considering I paid for a executive room they was no mini fridge to keep water cool, the shower would leek onto the floor into the toilet room and was quite dangerous when going to the bathroom during the night, the mattress was ripped and stained with what looks like urine and possibly blood very poor cleanliness also windows did not open

Weekend break with the wife & kids, Very helpful host. Parking was reserved. Clean, tidy & cosy apartments. Nice sized lounge with TV & everything needed. Even provided me with a iPhone wire as mine Broke (again!!).

Best looking apartments in the Bradford region and very well priced. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay here with friends over the weekend. The apartments here are fantastic and kitted out with quality equipment.

Booked an apartment with my children for the weekend. The customer service was second to none, the ginger chap, I forgot his name (sorry if your reading this) was incredibly helpful. Would definitely be staying here again in the near future, would recommended to anybody who is visiting Bradford to give this place a go, you will not be disappointed.
