    Very disappointed that goldsmith whiterose did not exchange my earrings after they were found not to be fit for purpose. No fault was found with my earrings but they had fallen off three times and I’m no longer confident to wear them. I was a returning customer and loved goldsmiths products but no longer will be shopping here as I need a more understanding provider when purchasing expensive jewellery.

    Dreadful standard of service or should I say a brilliant standard of NO service whatsoever.After standing at the counter for 20 minutes, without once being acknowledged by any member of staff, I walked out. Well done Goldsmiths at the White Rose Centre you lost a sale and ensured I will never visit another of your stores. Instead I went to another jewellers and received brilliant service.

    Excellent service while purchasing my new watch, nothing was too much trouble and I left feeling that my custom was highly valued. Friendly cheerful salesman who was obviously knowledgeable and passionate about his watches.

    Great selection of good quality watches. I've never been in Goldsmiths before, so was a little unsure of what to expect. The staff were exceptionally helpful and paid great attention to what I was looking for and couldn't have been any more helpful. The young man who served me couldn't have done anything more for me. Certainly my new go to place for any jewellery or watch that I'll need in future. I was made to feel like a very special customer, despite never being here before. A+++++

    Went in 27/09/23 approx 3:30. Asked to look at 2 watches, a gold 35mm automatic prx and a silver black bay. I noticed they were also oris dealers so asked if they had a propilot x (not on display) which they didn't but that was ok. Anyway, long story short, the lad kindly showed me a few black bays but refused to show me the prx (in the window) as he only wanted to show me watches with more 'quality' which also happens to be 5x the price. I'm still not sure which one out of the 3 to buy but at least now I know where not to buy! UPDATE: So I emailed them, saying about this review and their response asking for me to get in touch. Guess what? No reply!! (so dropped my 2 star review to 1).

    Great experience at this Goldsmiths branch. Louis is their watch expert there and has substantial knowledge on the industry and the stocked pieces. Will return soon.

    Went here to collect white gold and diamond ear ring loops which I had opted to be collected from white rose gold smith. Given I booked them from gold smith on line. I was informed to collect these and to take bank card I had been charged to. Got to white rose wanted ID I presented bank card which is was paid with. No they wanted a driving license, passport or national ID card. The manager was rude. I also explained even Royal Mail do not ask for drivers license or passport now. As banks funnily have to take your birth certificate and two other forms of ID. I did have a driving license and on principle as women was so rude I went and bought same ear rings from Earnst Jones.

    I have had a couple of interactions recently with Goldsmiths White Rose, one was making a custom replacement of a wedding ring, lost several years ago, the other was to enquire about a replacement diamond earing lost by my wife. On both occasions the staff went more than the extra mile with professional, effective, cheerful and warm service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and especially this branch, for anyone looking for beautiful items or gifts and good old fashioned customer service with a warm smile.

    When u visited the white rose store I was greeted by Holly. She was super helpful and professional . She looked at every avenue to help me secure an item I was trying to locate. She kept in constant contact with me via email with regular updates until she managed to secure it for me. Wish I could have said the same about the head office as the service from them was dreadful. An online virtual service that cuts you off after a 30 minite wait . I would highly recommend Jolly and the white rose team for excellent service xxx

    Jessica helped me and my fiance choose our wedding bands. She was so helpful and made it an enjoyable experience for us from start to finish! The store were happy to order in a couple of options for me to try on to make sure I was 100% happy and I'm so grateful for their time, nothing felt like too much effort. Excited for the big day now!     Avoid at all costs, ordered our wedding rings back in July 2023 and was advised paying in full as opposed to a deposit would get the rings here quicker, which we did. 4 weeks passed with no update so I called the branch and they told me the order had been automatically cancelled because it took too long so had to re-order and wait longer, when the rings finally arrived we had to have mine re-sized which we had to pay for which was never explained at point of sale, along with a fast track fee to get it back in time for our honeymoon. When the ring was back from been sized it had been damaged, they offered to send it back to be redone after our honeymoon, by this point the repairers were closed down for Christmas so we were advised to bring it back in the new year, after another 3 weeks of no ring it came back in exactly the same state that it left. The only option they offered is to send it off again and hope they can sort it this time. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

    Goldsmiths of leeds were great. My partner and I were after a male wedding ring for myself but did not want to spend much as I'm an engineer and work with machinery that a ring could take my finger off with. So after explaining this to the shop assistant, she was able to find me a ring from the goldsmiths website. She had it delivered and was in constant contact, updating me everything I needed to know. When I went to try on the ring, it was great. Thank you very much for the great service. Highly recommended 👌

    I wanted a Citizen watch for my wife for Valentine’s Day and these helped me do just that. A big thank you. I ordered the watch while in Tenerife booked to collect from The White rose centre in Leeds when we arrive there the watch was ready to collect and once my wife tried it on it needed a link taking out this was done within a few minutes and two more satisfied customers. Also if you have BLC you get a discount. I just wish retailers would put a sign on their window to say this, it would help promote their support.

    First watch purchase made here Louis was very helpfully after some debating and changing minds settled on a daily tissot moto gp witch I have now decided to keep boxed so I need to go back for another watch for daily use at some point Along with some other enquires been very professional knowledge and real conversations between myself and Louis both in person and via email After been given the cold shoulder by other major retailers I was given the time of day by goldsmiths white rose and Louis So thankyou for that Andrew

    Great collection of luxury watches and jewellery. Fantastic customer service from an employee named Louis, helped me finalise a purchase I was looking at for a while and was easy to get along with. Showed me details of the watch and explained a couple things about it along with its design.

    Popped into your White rose store today to enquire if they could clean my engagement ring that we purchased 7yrs ago. The young asain male assistant went away and came back to say yes that it could be done whilst we waited. Whilst waiting I said oh I should have asked to have my earrings done but ever mind. To which the young lady assistant said oh take them out and I'll get them to clean them and would you like your necklace doing too. The service we received today was above and beyond so thank you from one satisfied and very happy customer.

    Me and my partner went to look for wedding rings, walked in and the assistant asked what we was looking for we told her wedding rings , she didnt even offer us any help whats so ever, then a couple walked in a few minutes later the same assistant asked them the same question and they was looking for wedding rings also the assistant immediately came from behind the counter and offered them some help. Just saying we are a black couple the other couple was white. So disappointed 😞 bad customer service all round

    I gave my Raymond Weil for a new battery and asked it to be serviced by Raymond Weil factory. Instead, received it earlier than I would have expected it and the back case was scratched. Will never use them nor will recommend them. Very poor service.

    I've bought a couple of reasonably expensive watches at Goldsmiths in the White Rose centre and the experience has been excellent on both occasions. In June, Leslie helped me select a watch for myself and this last week Laura and her manager Andrea did the same for my wife. No rush, very pleasant surroundings, knowledgeable staff that aren't 'pushy' or haughty, and a good price (I've learned to ask about discounts from any jeweller and Goldsmiths obliged on both occasions). I think this is an exceptional branch - we visited a few jewellers last week and came to Goldsmiths White Rose despite being offered a good price elsewhere. Goldsmiths matched it, and provided the level of service that we anticipated from our previous visit.

    So i decided to come here to get a watch for my dads birthday. And it was a bad decision. I went in store after doing a few things online and was a with a lady which looked like she was new, i explained how i wanted my delivery address to be different to the address linked with my card which i was purchasing from and she said it was fine that they were different. I gave both addresses and specified the delivery address. When the delivery didnt arrive understandably i panicked as it is an expensive product. DPD delivery did wrong on their behalf. However when i rang goldsmiths to say that it hasn't been delivered the lady kept denying that i gave 2 addresses and that she never took down the delivery address. She was in denial and i do not expect this kind of service. If the worker is new someone needs to help her because i do not appreciate this kind of service, i will never be buying from here again. I have been going back and forth calling people and its been a waste of my time and i hope this purchase hasnt been a waste of my money. I am appalled and the service really needs to be better. This was my experience with them and it might not be the same for everyone....

    I went into goldsmiths today to look at a few watches i have seen. At first i felt well out of my comfort zone then the lady offered me a drink and asked a gentleman to come look after us. The gentleman coudlnt of been more helpful he got each watch out for me and explained each specification, he gave me amazing advise and helped me narrow it down to two watches and . I will certainly be back to make my purchase when i have choose between the two. There was no preasure at all he even advised me to go away and have a proper think and thats why i will be back. Very profesional with out been stuck up. Thanks you !

    Thank you to all Goldsmiths staff today at White Rose who were all so welcoming and friendly with nothing too much trouble, but especially to Michele for her excellent, professional service and knowledge.     Chloe at the Goldsmiths branch at White Rose was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were sold a damaged item. Visited 2 other goldsmiths around the same time and had much better service in both stores but unfortunately the White Rose store and customer service team that dealt with my issue have meant I won’t consider shopping with them again.

    Bilaal at the White Rose store is the man! Helped me out with searching for the right price of jewellery for me, showed me a multitude of options that I might consider. He was very polite and easy to talk to. If I could give 6 stars I would!
