    Had surgery last week (THR) The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem if you needed them. The Hospital is very clean and well organised when arriving on the morning of surgery. As soon as I was able to get back on my feet, they were swift in ensuring I was going to be safe and looked after when I returned home. I was discharged on Saturday evening with full instructions and medicines which were all clearly marked. Thank you for looking after me, I would definitely recommend this lovely little hospital

    This is the second time I have been referred to this hospital and I'm delighted to say their standards haven't slipped. Nice people working quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask.

    Doesn't anyone answer the phones in rheumatology? 3 days I've been ringing and ringing and ringing. I'm absolutely fed up.

    Very helpful administrative staff and very friendly nursing staff. Given the abuse of the NHS by the current government, they all deserve much better recognition, respect and reward. The appointment ran 25 minutes late but it's to be expected until we see more funding by (a new) government.

    Been going to a few different departments but mainley dermotology since i was a teenager i feel so lucky to have such an awesome team involved in my care and treatment

    My father has been on ward C3 for the last week. The staff were polite and friendly, happy to help and made my father feel at ease. The lack of reception for the hospital is a downside as is the lack of shop. You can buy some things at a newsagents a couple of minutes walk down the road.

    Clean and tidy in the entrance area. Large TV and snacks available also use of the toilets. I was there waiting on my husband who was visiting his Mother. Hand sanitation solution on wall.

    Had ACDF spinal surgery under the care of Mr Livermore on Ward C3 on Monday.EVERYTHING was amazing.The staff were all so helpful,friendly and genuine.The hospital was spotless-a total credit to the lovely housekeeping team.     I loved it. This is probably the first time I have been there as I went for an ultrasound on both of my ankles. The staff were logical and friendly because they guide me to where the department is.

    Such a lovely hospital. Staff are super friendly and it was spotlessly clean. This is a shining example of how a hospital should be. Parking easy enough too.

    Update....they also squeezed me in on a non drop in day and did my injection. They didn't have to do this and I was very grateful. Thank you! Efficient and friendly staff. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time.

    I have been attending C/ Allerton since 2015. Staff always great particularly C5, Radiology and Ortho Out Patients. I kind of know my way round to where I need to get to. However the lady on reception is no longer there. I am almost certain that this is down to cost and not request. I see many patients bemused as to where they are meant to be going. Bring the Receptionist back please. This lady was informative ,kind and would go out of her way to be helpful.

    I recently had minor surgery for Basal cell Carcinoma. I was seen on time, in and out within an hour. All staff very helpful and efficient. Everything explained and facial wound healed well. Thanks to all.

    Very clean and organised. No one on reception which was a bit disappointing but signposted throughout the hospital to direct you to your destination. Staff friendly and approachable. Cafe on site. My appointed time ran over but this was due to technical issues.

    I have just received another treatment two in total so far and would just like to say that the service and treatment has been excellent,from the reception to the doctors and assistants who talk to you and make you feel at ease thank you all

    Physio therapy staff are fantastic. From reception right through to Nurses, all were welcoming. A shout out to Oscar my husbands therapist who put him at ease.

    My Daughters had a patch test.The people who did the patch test were really kind and they were very polite. I was one hour late because of the snow. The doctors were very happy we made it and did not care that we were late.They explained everything very nicely and helped me understand. Thank you so much to all the staff

    As for the needs of the patient like shop, ATM there is no access in this hospital for me the best hospital is james hospital where there is access to ATM also the patient can go to the shop without having to leave the hospital i don't like this hospital the needs which the patient needs, this hospital does not allow it, as for peace, unfortunately it is also not possible because the patients disturb each other, bright bright lights that are constantly on without the need for it, the hospital is stressful for me, that's why I give 1 star, I'm sorry that I'm in to the hospital, which is stressful for me regarding business and the accessibility of the ATM and also the anxiety that is not respected in this disease, the shining light that harms the vision, at the same time, every patient has his own light by the bed, so I don't understand why the light that harms the vision is constantly shining all day behind me, this one of the worst
