Please fix the steam room. I joined this gym due to the sauna and steam room facilities offered. Unfortunately the steam room has been extremely disappointing, especially these past two weeks with no steam at all. When I first joined, the steam room was excellent. There was so much steam, you could hardly see the person next to you. Unfortunately this didn't last long. For months it has been temperamental. Now there is no steam at all and it is at a very low temperature. Please fix this issue.

Submitted a cancellation form twice now. Description says will be dealt with within 3 days it’s been 2 weeks now had no response whatsoever from gym. Also called the gym no answer at all. Fully robbing members by providing poor gym facilities and not responding when members want to cancel. AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS.

This gym has gone downhill. Old equipment of which some machines are faulty and out of order. Equipment needs attention asap (DEFINITELY REPLACING) The place is accumulating a lot of dust which is visible on the walls/speakers/and windows around the gym. Needs a deep clean. Thought this gym was a not for profit organisation so why can’t they re invest the money back into the facilities.???

Womens only section isnt too bad when these ladies aren’t standing around chatting. i just want a nice quiet workout after a long day however the ladies are pathetic come for their mothers meeting like there in a playground need to really fix up. Even with my music on loud through my headphones i could here their nonsense its a absolute joke.

Very poor equipment treadmill never get serviced they stop during a work out weight machine the pins to adjust the weight they always missing so you can't use the machine some staff are not serving customers but chatting to women it's a joke thus gym

They could do with more excerise machines in there compare to there other sites they have more .and swimming pools and still waiting a very long time for there sauna and steam room .where it been off a very long time .. still no sign of when exactly will they turn on there new sauna and steam room .when it could be done in couple of weeks .cancelling soon

It's a very nice gym with everything required to fit your needs. But there are two reasons in why I am only giving it 3 stars. 1. Some of the equipment is a bit rusty or makes high pitched noises when using them. It's more of a nuisance and will not hinder your workout. 2. It is extremely cold in the building. I always have to wear a hoodie and sometimes I shiver. This hinders my workout as I have asthma and cold air hurts my lungs when I do cardio, luckily I bought an excersize bike for my home. I'm sure this is because of COVID but I sometimes wonder if they are cheap when it comes to heating. Other then that I think this is a good gym that also fits the covid requirements so you needn't worry about that when you workout here.

The steam room and sauna were closed for well over 2 years. They opened earlier this month, after they were supposed to have been revamped and refurbished and today just 3 weeks into opening the steam room is not working not bad going when it's been closed for 2 years.

Their dedicated free weight section contains dumbbells (2kg-50kg), power racks, Olympic bars, benches and cable machines. The ladies-only gym also provides every member with a free 30-minute induction with a female instructor who will help get you in the shape of your life.

It’s a very convenient gym in the community Especially for the elderly who straggle to travel far . loads of free parking spaces , the ladies section is small but compact . It’s clean and the ladies shower area is well managed and clean . For the price you pay the sauna and stream room is a bonus. Staff are friendly and approachable, always happy to answer any questions. It’s not a 5 star luxury gym but your not paying big money to join and attend .

This gym has gone downhill. Some of the equipment is faulty. There is a lot of dust accumulating around the inside ceiling and surrounding area. Some of the staff are arrogant and turn blind eye to certain things. Most recently there are teenagers coming into the gym videoing themselves whilst on the equipment and I am sure other customers are being filmed. This was reported to a staff member but he did not want to know. Also the gym gets overcrowded sometimes and there Is only 1 staff member on site. I will be sending the CEO an email to make him aware. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone as theres much better gyms in Bradford.

The system of this gym it’s Suit professional thief’s Temporarily stopping the subscription costs you five pounds, and canceling the subscription costs an additional month fee, for example, if you request to stop the subscription in January, your request will be implemented in March, and thus you will be forced to pay fees for an additional month that you do not want .. A professional theft program in the absence of government officials👎🏼

Poor customer services Unable to speak to local gym staff It’s not a community gym just another corporate numbers game. Very very disappointing. We called with a membership enquiry but seemed liked the customer services staff wasn’t interested at all in helping.

It's OK not sure about the sharing of the sauna and health suite on different days and times for men and women. It would be better if each had their own. There is a ladies section and studio for classes and is quite neat and tidy. Toilets could be cleaner and the showers could do with a jet wash they looked a bit dingy.

Gym is absolutely fine, equipment is decent missing odd few machines but really sound for the money. I really don't know what the 1* reviews expect for the price. I go there to train and never had one issue with training. It is clean, yeh dust on the vents but that's the same almost anywhere. The sauna I don't go for that so I can't comment. For the price I have 0 complaints would give it 5* if it had a few more machines.

Would not recommend, have ladies room, but not too much equipment there, not the best gym. Clean

Very friendly staff but need better cleaning (a lot of dust on the walls and ceiling’s. Old Equipment’s Bathroom washing liquid none left for few days , mirror broke … Gym close at 22:00 Monday till Friday and the TV’s and Music Stop at 21:30… Very ugly Costumers been complaining but never nothing been done… music should be on till 22:00 …Can’t stop the Tv or Music when I listen or watch when I run … very disappointed…. Hope something will change

Good facilities, cheap price and decent opening hours. Would recommend to anyone. I've been a few different times and always managed to go on machines. Could do with a more staff presence making sure gym is tidy. Free parking which is good.

Good gym, but shames can’t get the stream room fixed. Reason loosing clients

Very good gym lots of space and machines for cardio but the havey weight exercise area is small and less equipment. And the time for weekend is too short.

I hate that under 16’s get much less time to go to the gym

Awful gym for ladies! Twice this year my membership has been “cancelled” without warning or any emails to say my account is suspended, and I have had to a pay sign up fee twice. Happened for the third time last week and they asked me to pay £32. Pretty expensive for a gym that has 5 treadmills in the “ladies section” if you can call it that. Had to wait 20 + mins at peak time for a machine to be free. The showers are rank at any given time, sanitary pads will be floating around in the woman's showers alongside clumps of hair blocking drains because they’re not cleaned properly. The toilet in the ladies bathroom has been out of use ever since I started going to this gym last year. I used to work at a gym, I can see when members are put first vs grabbing as much cash as you can. If you can’t accommodate a reasonable ladies only space then simply don’t have one! 5 treadmills is not good enough, having to get in line for a machine at the gym is not good enough.
