    I will never deal with any products from this company again, I bought 2 fluval aquasky light units for my trigon 350 from seahorse aquariums in Dublin, after 6 weeks the small unit got stuck on the red rgb, and had to keep plugging it out to reset it, then after 10 weeks the big unit start going wonky, randamly going on to lightning affect, getting stuck on green rgb,i kept the box, but the receipt unfortunately got misplaced, I rang seahorse and as I paid cash there was no debit card transaction record, so I contacted hagan UK, the girl on the phone was downright rude and said not their problem without receipt of purchase, I said you are a well established aquatic company that sold me a deffective product a she just kept saying not our problem unless you have a receipt, shocking carry on steer clear is my advice

    I have been a Fluval customer for 2 years and am running an FX 6 in addition to this now faulty FX4. You advertise a good product with prolonged warranty but now my 1.5 yr old FX4 has malfunctioned and your customer service is utterly useless and sending me in circles. I was told its wear and tear, with comparison of the 450 dollar filter to a plastic bag, when it's just 1.5 yrs old and filters should be kept on 24/7 anyway. I did not even turn the dial down so the motor shouldn't be burnt. After I was accused to not having valid proof of purchase (which i managed to refute), i'm asked to send it to the very seller who sold me this filter to investigate instead of Fluval itself, with no explanation on why its not eligible for warranty or what will happen after that. The method of testing is to run the set in store, which is unhygienic and unsuitable for a fish tank owner. Hagen also said its not the tubes, but the agent said it could be the tubes and cannot proceed without the tubes. Due to the prolonged nature of the "assistance" I had to decommission the expensive FX4 and get another one. The expensive tubes had to be thrown away. Now the agent said cannot test or trouble shoot without the tubes.

    Purchased a viv from this company, followed instructions, sealed the tank on every line inside, waited for it to dry before adding my 2 small tortoise, and substrate of fibre husk and cork, no excess water other than when I spray the viv by hand once a day in the morning, this is roughly 10-15 sprays, the viv is warped/bowed even after following instructions and doing everything properly, the bowed area seems the be in the middle only, they seem to be poorly made with not great support from the stand and the front structure bar across not having great fittings either the wood hasn’t split it’s simply bowed when I questioned if it was faulted they said no. I have attached my photos from experience and as stated it was sealed all inside with aquarium sealant, I wouldn’t recommend them as the blame was all pointed towards me and my partner even though we followed instructions and I was questioned if I had sealed the tank on the outside, but it doesn’t mention about that on instructions and I’ve never heard of this before, being a experienced owner of many reptiles and having many vivs, we’ve never experienced such nonsense, Very disappointed and dissatisfied with customer support experience. Don’t recommend.

    Trouble even from the start. The products arrived inadequately packaged and faulty, made from hastily assembled inferior components. The company then made every excuse not to begin a returns process. Thankfully, in this day and age, all consumers are protected with distance buying. Do not waste your time and money on their cheap chinese imports and atrocious customer services. Completely dissatisfied with Mike Kelly the Customer Services Supervisor, who has awkwardly and conveniently lost track of our return. Unbelievable!

    Bought a tortoise table and stand. The stand unfortunately was missing one of the fixings so I emailed them on Saturday. I had a response on Monday telling me they would send the part which then arrived the next day. Great service, thanks.
