I don't even wanna give one star, absolutely disgusting. I ordered on just eat, my order was late and when it arrived I wished it hadn't bothered at all. The worst pancakes I've ever came across in my life! VILE! Hard, cold rubbery stinky and ultimately gross! The tea was supposed to be pink tea it looked like hot chocolate and upon tasting it I spat it out! Do not order from here it's absolutely VILE

Just received order via uber, food arrived late and the crepe and mini pancakes were not what pancakes should look like or taste like..very disappointed, food has been fresh before but not this time.

Great service, had kids with me so the guys came to the car with menu on more than one occasion- on another day I gave my order at the till n they Bought it out to my car! The karak tea is amazing! Kids loved their milkshakes. The nimbu pani is delicious and refreshing. As for the snacks- donuts are just perfect and the cookie dough too! Prices are very reasonable for the quality and taste of the drinks/snacks

Great atmosphere, helpful staff and the food from Smash Down was amazing as well as the tea from Doodh Patti, highly recommended!!!

Traditional desi drinks with a mixture of traditional and western desserts. Was heading back home from Bradford and thought I'd try another chai place as there is more and more of them opening especially in Bradford. It feels like I chose the wrong one ☹️. The service was quick staff friendly enough, all reasonably priced the exterior looks cool. However the cold drinks weren't cold and lacked flavour. The Kashmiri tea felt under cooked and there was no almonds, pistachio and nuts in tea. The doughnuts were fresh and did taste really good a little smaller than normal but guess you can try more this way and not feel guilty.

Ordered a couple of times from here so far and the doughnuts are spot on. Much better than other places I have had and they have been fresh when ordered. Downside to it is their karak chai, lacked that little bit of oomph we're used to and it was reheated in a microwave. But I would recommend this place as they do have some nice desserts. They do charge for toppings so if you have your own at home, order the plain fresh box and get some toppings on yourself! Also they do not have a contact number, so if your local collect it yourself and check your order before driving off. They are at a good location with plenty of parking on the main road.

We’ve ordered a few times and it’s been really nice and warm fresh donuts however the more we order, the smaller the donuts get. So now 12 donuts is equivalent to 8 donuts so they should go back to being nice and big

Excellent place for you sweet tooth people out there, would have given this place 5 stars but they always running out of certain items etc, anyway my Biscoff milkshake was a delight and is on a different level to many other establishments trying to sell similar shakes

Would do zero stars if possible FOOD WAS COLD HOT CHOCOLATE TASTED LIKE SOMETHING CHEAP WORSE THAN LIDL! disgrace of dougnuts in wonky shape no sweetness just tasted burnt DEFINITELY AVOID! going back to cha cha chai down the road!

Wow. Delicious..... Allhamdulilah this place has delicious doughnuts. My son who is super fussy loved the chocklate doughnut and ice-cream. And kerbside service. Lovely. I don't really eat doughnuts could not stop after 1. Will come again soon.
