I have been here couple of times .. I always feel like they looked after us price wise. They are helpful and polite people. Give good advice.. they fix broken jewellery and replace lost diamonds too.

Extremely poor customer service. Contacted them to ask whether they are doing postal services during lockdown to which they answered yes. When later asked to call back to obtain prices for a few items, was told them i would be updated later on the same day yet still have not received any correspondence. Its a shame even in business where you are having to chase the supplier rather than them building a reputation to gain more customers. Moral of the story- don't make promises that you can serve when in fact you cannot deliver at all!!!

Honest gold smith will go out of his way to keep you happy and satisfied. Humble person who likes to help and will give you the best advice when confused customers are treaded like family member. Keep up the good work we need more loyal people like you in the community.

A very pleasant experience. Gold / silver / jewellery shopping can be a horrible experience as you can often get hoodwinked and ripped off! The prices are live, they change and some people are really quick to pressure you but not here. It can get really busy, however the staff are really friendly. (Uncle at the till doesn’t speak English so you could struggle) but the other brother working there is really helpful. Offered me great prices and also was very honest. Wide selection from rings, to chains and nose piercings. It can get busy and can be a little intimidating if you don’t know what you are doing so try and go at a quieter time. Overall it is a shop where we got our stuff from, thanks. They adjust rings and also fix diamonds.

Very busy, didn't really get a chance look at the jewellery. But the owners were aware of our presence and tried their level best to meet our needs. But like I mentioned before it was very busy with customers.

Dishonest owners and terrible quality, avoid at all costs

I have taken many items of Chacha Jewellers over the past years and have always been impressed with the service, the can-do attitude, their expertise and their honesty. I have never been overcharged and feel they are not greedy but give a true price for the job. They have sourced items for me and made bespoke requests up for me. They are safe hands! I THINK ITS BEST TO PROMOTE HONESTY, when coming to business. Our family was just not happy with the bangles that you gave. They were very sharp and potentially dangerous. The fact that you took down our honest review appalls me, and shows your not willing to have a honest representation of your business. If take down our review once more i tell my friends of whom have had infected noses after having nose piercing from you to also leave a honest comment. Goodbye!

Fantastic, no nonsense, honest service. I sold by gold here and couldnt ask for more transparency. Will definitely be dealing with them again.

Highly recommend them. I had my daughters ears pierced and they did it very professionally. The uncle is very helpful. Good price and designs.
