A fantastic kickboxing club which demonstrates great atmosphere and togetherness. The instructors are highly skilled, knowledgeable professionals who have made my 3 year old son feel completely at ease from his very first session. My son has been training since September and I can really see how much his confidence has grown. All week he looks forward to his Saturday class, which Kamran ensures is lots of fun for the little ninjas! These sessions are perfect for physical and mental health, especially during these challenging times we are all experiencing. Moreover, also having female instructors is very inspiring. Keep up the good work Sara!

My kids walked in through the doors all nervous and walked out like the happiest kids on earth. They absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing they helped and supported my kids throughout the whole session. I couldnt have found a better place to send my kids. Thank you guys.

I would highly recommend physical impact kickboxing, my children have been with them for a couple of years now, I have seen how my children have grown in confidence, the teachers have themselves been involved in kickboxing for several years. My children enjoy attending the club and working with the teachers.

I would 100% recommend Physical Impact! I’ve always been apprehensive to do kickboxing due to the lack of female instructors but at Physical Impact, there’s a girls only class with a female instructor. The team are very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I’ve noticed my confidence grow and so have others around me. Looking forward to more sessions with Physical Impact

Great first session for my daughter in the baby ninjas class. She was shy at first but Saarah was amazing and made her feel welcome and worked with her throughout the session. These classes are a must for children who need to build confidence and learn self defence. I encourage anyone looking for a good trainer this is the place to come.

Took the children for their trial they loved it. I have a 7year old who is autistic. The instructor knew how to approach him and how to get him to join in and listen to the instruction the other children in the class made him fit in to the group. My child loved it and is looking forward to next week. Thank you guys so much

Been training for 3 years (during pandemic too),definitely boosted confidence and helped further develop my skills.Successfully now on the leadership program thanks to my amazing coaches.

Evelyn is excited to go every single week. She is always showing everyone what she has been learning. The staff are amazing and are always pushing and encouraging to get the best out of her.

My two children age 4 and 6 have just started. It was engaging, age appropriate and they enjoyed the entire hour. Hopefully they will continue to grow in confidence and showcase their skills throughout the year.
