Excellent caring service and very supportive to us as worried owners of a very sick bichon who required emergency surgery & lots of follow up care. There were times when both Becky the vet and we thought we would loss daisy but with Becky's care along with the support of the practice staff daisy our crazy happy dog us back home and doing well. On going care is required to ensure the bladder stones do not return & that care will always comes from Becky & vets 4 pets as it is second to non and more importantly we trust them to care for daisy & put her and our needs first. We cannot thank them enough for fighting & giving us daisy back Thank you is not enough. 🐶

A nice vets, been going there with my dog for last 8 years. Always treated him well. Good car parking outside which is useful. Not too expensive either

I joined this practice approximately 4 months ago as I have family members pets who have similar conditions with their pets. Following 3 visits to the practice in the attempt to see Kat(practice Vet) I have been seen by the locom vet and he has provided Steroid/Antibiotics as a temporary fix(agreed by the locom vet at the appointments) before seeing Kat for a potential monthly injection. I again called the practice today to request a telephone conversation so we can organise the injection to be pre ordered and available for the appointment as my dogs allergies have again become quite severe and this would save time and more suffering for my dog. I was told I cannot have a telephone call as it takes up the vets time and I need to come for an appointment even though I have visited the practice on 3-4 occasions over the past 3 months and all her details are on her record. I agreed to come in in 4 days time...that was the next available appointment, even though my dog is now needing treatment. I simply made the request to have the medication available as i know it takes a few days to arrive and it would mean my dog would be suffering for almost another week over the weekend. This was very difficult as the receptionist was abrupt, unprofessional and very rude. I then received a phone call 10 minutes later from the same receptionist advising me I need to bring the dog down to be weighed and then the medication would be ordered, so nearly 2 weeks wait. I asked if it was possible to bring my dog down to be weighed prior to teh appointment, as this would save another week of suffring and wouldnt take up any of the vets time. In a rude in all honesty sarcastic manner given an excuse and told no. The 1 star review is mainly for such low level of customer service that this practice offers. It only seems to be the 1 member of staff that tars the practice as reading the other reviews and from our own personal experiences, they really need to address how the reception is managed as all the other staff are always lovely to deal with.

Wasn't for the best reason I had to visit. Unfortunately my dog loki had to be put to sleep with heart failure. They were caring and perfessional which is all o can ask for. Only vet I'd recommend in Bradford area.

A friendly warm welcome from reception staff. Helping the needs of my dog. The vet was the same and explained everything in detail and pricing. Fantastic team.

Very nice place. With kind staff who genuinely care about your pets health and wellbeing. I took my cat there and they helped her really well. Booking an appointment was quick. Recommend going there.

Took our cat for a health Check up, great location with parking on site. Had to pay a deposit whilst making the appointment. Bit expensive but great service.

I was appalled at the behaviour of the receptionist. There was a lady before me who had an autistic son he was just moving his body side to side but was not making any noise just seemed to be excited to see a cat. The receptionist asked his mother in a very rude manner..."what's wrong with him" ......I just found it very rude. Surely if you are working in a place where children and adults with needs may be coming in you need to be a bit more respectful.

Had two rabbits in for spay/neuter. Was advised the risk of anaesthetic was slightly higher in rabbits but both survived the actual surgery. Reassured they were both female. Turns out one was male & they only realised at a point of trying to perform the spay meaning my male rabbit was cut open unnecessarily. Was advised to seperate a bonded pair of rabbits while they recover. This was all too much for him & he died 3 days post op. My remaining rabbit was unwell as a result of her spay but seemed to pick up but was miserable at the passing of her companion and she had a fit 6 days post op & died despite being seen 3 days earlier by a vet and no physical concerns being observed. Avoid like the plague unless you want to bury your pets!!!! 💔 I had 2 fit and well 8 month old rabbits this time last week. Today they are both dead.

Got my cat cremated here and they sent a hand written card of condolences. I thought that was super sweet and something they diddnt have to do so 5 stars all the way

Vets for pets are very friendly and caring. They helped my cat who had been attacked and gave him all the care he had needed. He was all better within a week thanks to their dedicated staff!

Friendly people, always helpful. Only criticism is you often see a locum vet so lock of continuity.
