I visited the Bridal Boutique with my Mom and Sister and Tracy made us all feel so welcome and looked after. It was a personal experience and what could have been a stressful and nerve wracking time was made to be such a lovely day! Our time with Tracy was absolutely miles apart from other experiences and we can’t thank her enough!

I purchased my wedding gown from the Bridal Boutique Baildon and wanted to write a review to say how impressed I was with Tracy and teh service she provided. From the first try of the dress, Tracy was lovely and really accommodating. After I ordered the dress, Tracy gave me a really sweet goodie bag with loads of really thoughtful little gifts which was a lovely touch. She kept in contact whilst we were waiting for delivery of the dress and helped organise alterations via her seamstress. And she is a lovely person. Couldn't ask for more, would definitely recommend!

Wow! What an amazing boutique and a fabulous owner! I was struggling to find a maternity wedding dress I liked (the one I originally bought could not be altered for a bump). This is the only place I’ve found that has maternity samples in store so thought I’d try it but was feeling a bit flat before the appointment… Instantly upon arrival, Tracy was absolutely fantastic and made me feel excited again about being a bride! The dresses were beautiful (and, as always, looked different on me to how they look online so was definitely worth seeing in person!). Tracy had so many suggestions of how the dresses could be altered/embellished to make them even more special and create the dress I envisaged. I had such a huge smile on my face when I left and just so happy that I can have a wedding dress I love even though I’ll be 7 months pregnant! Thank you so much!!

Made to feel welcome and comfortable, put at ease in the dressing room when trying on and was showered with accessories and styling options throughout. So attentive and nothing was too much. I nearly didn't make an appointment at the Bridal boutique because it just looked such an expensive place! I thought the dresses would be out of my price range! In the end I thought what the hell and made an appointment!! How wrong was I!! the dresses were out of this world the quality of the dresses were the best ive seen so far and I loved every single one! I found my dream dress under my budget, all the dresses were so reasonably priced, I would recommend every bride to visit this boutique before making your final decision, Tracey is so lovely and welcoming , she also has very high standards and that shows in her dresses, I have been to other places where the dresses are falling apart, I can guarantee you will not find this at The Bridal boutique! The appointments are also on a one to one basis which makes you feel even more special. Thankyou so much Tracey what a lovely experience I have had today!

Myself, my mum, my sister and my fiance’s mum went to Bridal Boutique yesterday. I had already been to 3 other bridal dress fittings but was yet to find the one. From arriving through the door Sally greeted me and offered me a drink. The first thing I noticed was how spacious and clean the shop was and boutique style which is right up my street. The dresses were displayed so beautifully and it was lovely to not feel overwhelmed by lots of dresses. I firstly chose the dresses I liked and tried those on and then Sally chose a few dresses for me going off what I didn’t like about the other dresses I had tried on. Sally was very calm and relaxed and knew when I didn’t like a dress and I moved on to trying something else on. I tried one on which Sally picked and I fell in love with it!! I still can’t believe that I have found my wedding dress as I never thought it would happen to me! It was completely different to anything I thought I would have ever chosen. All of us left the Bridal Boutique having had a first class experience! Even my mum had nothing to moan about and that is very rare! Thank you again Sally, I can’t wait to get back to the shop in March and to try my dress on again! x

The experience at this Boutique was a dream come true! From the coffee to the nice chats and warm laughs to the gorgeous dresses! I 100% recommend it!

The boutique is beautiful & so light, Tracy the owner was so welcoming & knowledgeable.. she knows her stuff! All the dresses are immaculate & there is lots of choice .. we all had a lovely time & my best friend found her dream dress . What a lovely time we had & it’s definitely worth a visit:)

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! I have recently been for my first bridal appointment and I was quite nervous but Tracy is so welcoming from the minute you walk in until you leave. Tracy allowed me to try on a range of dresses and made me feel so at ease during this process. Great range of dresses suitable for all budgets, which you are never pushed to go above! I said yes to the dress and I am so glad I chose the Bridal Boutique Baildon to go on my wedding dress journey with ! Overall, great service and very welcoming to myself and my friends/family.

I had a really lovely experience at the boutique. Tracy was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the process a dream, even though I didn’t choose my dress from there I would recommend to anyone!
