I called James on Sunday to discuss purchasing a car and whether I could reserve it and without hesitation he told me he was more than happy to reserve the car for me, despite my own car not even having been sold yet. The next day I went down to test drive the car and ultimately ended up buying it. The whole process with James was an absolute breeze and he did everything from sorting out the direct debit for the car tax to filling in the paperwork. I was in and out within an hour and he was so lovely and helpful I would definitely go back again for my next car

These guys are absolutely spot on. I bought a car from them very recently. They really look after you and will make sure you buy the right car for your specific needs, even to the point of losing a sale if they think you're not entirely happy about a vehicle you were thinking of buying, which is what initially happened with me. I went back at a later date and bought one that absolutely matched the criteria I wanted. They even helped me set up the on board computer and dealt with the paperwork for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Not the easiest, buying a car in Bradford when your in North Wales and it was for my son who was even further away in Reading. But with the help of Neil it was seamless. Really nice experience was never under any pressure by the garage. On arrival I was handed the keys and all the paper work and was given time to view the car and read though the paperwork on my own . I then took the car for a test drive on my own. When I arrived back I agreed to take the car they had agreed a trade in on my car online and a price which they honoured. Paperwork and all payments taken in less than 15 minute. This was a great experiance no pressure at all and the car is everything I'd hoped.

Cannot fault LCC at all. James offered me more than a certain "online car auction site" which had claimed to give the best prices. We had a genuine, transparent chat about the vehicle which ultimately led to us selling our car at a very fair price. I even later mentioned a minor issue which didn't impact the price quoted.
