Aki is a nice friendly guy and means well but I wasn’t pleased with the service. After a problem charging my laptop he advised that my laptop battery was the problem, consequently I forked out £70 for a new battery (I am a skint student), after going back and forth several more times after this was unsuccessful it was then discovered the charger was at fault, meaning I wasted £70 as well as having to go several weeks without my laptop, and I now cannot afford a new charger. It is unfortunate as prior to this I had heard good reviews about Baildon Communications, I believe this was a case of just not taking the time to do a thorough diagnosis of the problem.

What a legend Akbar is. Just purchased a very nice MacBook Pro from him and as usual he has transferred all my info and is about to strip my old computer and all for no extra charge. He really knows his stuff, he is efficient and super helpful. See you next time Akbar and thank you.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I am a new customer and am blown away by the first class customer service and pricing that I received when my power button failed on my Samsung Galaxy S9! I thought the phone might be too broken and I'd have all that horrible faff of moving data, expense of a new phone plus figuring out how to use it but Baildon Communications installed a new power button and back plate and it's as good as new, in a very short period of time and such a reasonable price! I will be taking all my repairs here plus will call in at Baildon Communications whenever I need to buy my new phones and tech. Absolutely brilliant!

Always go here with any technology malfunctions and am confident in the honesty of the assessment given. Further to this the service is also very fast. The owner is very friendly and informative too which makes for a good experience (despite the reason being there being inherently negative).
