From choosing my carpets to arranging a quick fitting date all the lovely staff at Hemingway's have been a pleasure to deal with. Great carpets fit really well for the price I wanted to pay. Will certainly not go anywhere else in future & would not hesitate in recommending them.

The service was exceptional, Simon gave me a book with sample carpets to take home, he measured the following day, giving me a quote with underlay. My carpet was fitted by professional and friendly fitters who couldn't have been more helpful. The service was outstanding, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Hemingway’s enough, the whole service, quality and value for money was amazing.

Professional, high quality and reliable. Hemingway's have supplied and fitted numerous carpets for us. Every single time it was well priced, efficiently fitted and of high quality. They have been especially helpful through-out the recent lockdowns, providing safe and well-thought out services.

Brilliant service. We used Hemingway's to replace a number of carpets in our house - they did a great job in every room. But the most impressive thing was that they came back when I called them (after about 6 months) to sort out a problem which hadn't been caused by them, which they did amazingly well. They even managed to repair a carpet they hadn't laid (where a teenager had dropped a piece of melted plastic - don't ask!) so it looked as good as new. All this while being friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Exceptional!

I have used Hemingway Carpets several times over the years. I use them for all my carpet requirements and have recommended them to family and friends in the past who have also been very happy with the service provided. From the very moment of walking in the showroom I was made to feel welcome. Simon listened to my requirements and offered me fantastic advice. As I know nothing about carpets and measurements Simon was more than happy to visit my home and take the necessary measurement and discuss my needs. Delivery, Service and Fitting exceeded my expectations. Simon delivered on everything he said he would. I will certainly be using Hemingway’s again in the future.

I cannot fault the service from the people owning/working here, from the sales and advice, to the fitters. Only carpet company I have ever used who take away all the waste - everyone else dumps it in a corner. Great value and also I had a minor query about one fitted carpet and they fixed it for me brilliantly! Thank you, would def recommend.

Have used Hemingway’s in the past to lay carpet in a very awkward shaped dining room and living room and they did a first rate job, so it was a no-brainier to get them in again to lay cushion floor in the kitchen. Turned up on time and job done perfectly.

Previously had whole house done for son.....excellent. Just wanted new vinyl for my bathroom and toilet.....not the biggest of jobs...but absolutely TOP service .attention to detail and top price. Ordered Saturday fitted Tuesday!! All tidied up....why go anywhere else. This is a family firm that has remembered what customer satisfaction is all about. Highly recommend!!

Good options and great staff. Cheap. Simon is amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Guys have just fitted carpet and couldn't be happier. They were polite and asked clear questions. I ensured the room was clear which is vital for carpet fitters and it kept the price down. If you can, make sure you make it as easy for them as possible to avoid further charges. I had a problem with gripper rods on landing and they sorted them for me and would not take money. These guys are the real deal, no cowboy rubbish. Awesome.
