I couldn't quite believe our luck when we found Adventure Van Rental, we had decided, at pretty short notice (3 weeks before schools broke up), that we wanted to go explore Scotland, where most other companies had no availability, Adventure had a Transit Campervan available and at a competitive price. The booking on their website was easy and was advised of docs/info that was needed and you simply upload them to the site. When we arrived to collect, Simon was friendly, informative, efficient and professional, they had decent COVID measures in place. The van was as good as brand new (less than 1000 miles) with everything you could possibly need, even down to a tea towel! Simon explained everything, including that it was registered as a camper (so normal speed limits apply) and to turn the gas off before driving. We booked some extras, an awning and table and chairs, the awning had only been used once prior to us and the table and chairs came out of the packaging while we were there. The van was easy to drive and although automatic, was very competent. The air awning was very easy to put up, and after the 3rd time we did it without any real planning. The day before we were due to return, Paul called because there was a recall on part of the camper conversion, he was very knowledgeable and explained the issues very well. We returned the van, after my Husband had washed it (not part of the contract but he likes to return as he found it), Simon was very pleased, we mentioned that there was no bread knife, and we had parked at a Campsite where the electric hook up was further from the van than the 15m of the cable, the only other comment is that the rear seat isnt comfortable for an adult for a long journey, this is just what we found while using it. What more can i say than amazing service and communication, we can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Just got back from a fabulous holiday to St Ives in Adventure Rentals Ford Transit Campervan. It was such a lovely van to drive. We added the awning on for extra space and comfort and had no issues at all. Campervan was clean and had everything you need including pots, pans, plates etc. Took my dog along with us for a few days too for a small extra fee. Highly recommend! And bonus points for the amazing valet on my car!

Hired beautiful Transit campervan and had 2 fantastic weeks touring Scotland. The van was spotless and very well equipped and Karl was friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us! We did a tour of Europe in one of the Transit campervans. It was really good and we had a lovely time. Karl was so helpful and attentive. The van was well equipped and clean. Would definitely recommend it as it was also good value for money.

Great experience. The handovers and all communications were clear and well organised. The van ran really well and was spotless and clearly well maintained. It was our first time with a camper van or caravan so it was all new, but Karl talked me through it clearly. Totally recommended.

I would recommend Adventure Van Rentals to anyone thinking of testing out the camper van life. Effortless to book, reasonably prices for a spotlessly clean full spec camper van. Karl enthusiastically gave us a thorough induction in how to operate the van and provided full 24hr telephone support for us newbies. Can't praise them enough for the service. They didn't supply the tent. :-)

Just returned from a weeks trip to Ireland in the Zefiro 675 - Auto, and what an experience it has been! The guys at Adventure Van Rental were amazing, very helpful, informative, accommodating and they have created an easy to book and use system. Fantastic service from start to finish! Booking was easy enough and Karl contacted us in the week up to picking up the camper-van checking in and keeping us in the loop. We booked from recommendation from a friend and I’d absolutely recommend to anyone! The attention to detail is second to none, Karl has literally thought of everything for the van, even down to the coffee/tea/sugar/milk and some biscuits to compliment this. Karl was very informative when picking up the van and super helpful, you can tell the passion he has for this business! Customer service is above and beyond, the van is immaculate and comes with all the gadgets you can think of and more! Fantastic company, would definitely book again!

We rented Transit campervan for 2 weeks travelling through Europe. Van was in immaculate condition and smelled amazing. Transit comes equipped with all the necessarry stuff - kettle, pot, cutlery, cleaning items, cups etc so we didnt need to worry about any of that. Karl was absolutely brilliant - everything was explained about how things worked in the van - heating, roof, foldable bed etc, took only few minutes to sort the paperwork out and we were on the road within 30 mins of picking the van up. Thank you so much Karl for warm welcome and would highly recommend this company!

Just got back from a ten day route down through Wye Valley ,Devon and bottom of Cornwall back up through Cotswolds.The transit van is superb for those who a little worried about the larger motor homes as they drive like a car no worries to parking and have all you need to explore day by day on sites or off grid . Great service from Karl who we visited before booking . Through to the booking process collection and return. I have hired VW in the past but the Ford is very well equipped. Cruise control Sat nav car play link . Better value than others .Will definitely recommend and be using again on our next adventure. Thanks again pleasure to deal with.

What a great service!! Start to finish Karl was so fantastic, organised, informative, super friendly! We just took the Ford campervan on a road trip around Scotland in December for my husbands 40th birthday!! It had everything we needed, including that diesel heater that kept us toastie in the nights. Kitted out with everything you need, we won’t hesitate to book with Karl again. We've just returned from a brilliant week in a Zefiro 696 motorhome from Adventure Van Rental. Karl offered brilliant customer service and was on hand to answer any questions we had while we were away (it was our first time in a motorhome), we felt really looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hire company again, highly recommended.

Just back from Glastonbury and this was our first year going in a camper. What an absolute game changer! I can't imagine lugging a tent there again The van was absolutely spotless and really well equipped with everything we needed for the 6 nights we were there. The added awning gave us tons of extra space. Having cold beers and ice was SUCH a luxury as was getting a decent night's sleep as the bed was extremely comfortable Really great customer service on both collection and return. Everything was explained fully to us and it was a dream to drive Hopefully we will be back to hire again next year if we are lucky enough to get a golden ticket in October

2022 Returning happy customer and this year we decided to go to North Norfolk and hired the Ford RollerTeam Zefiro 696 from Adventure Van Rental which is bigger than the 665 (7.3m long with a propre bedroom). As last year customer service from Paul and this time handover from Karl was perfect. Very good attention to details , professional and friendly inc. to our two dogs !! Well done guys. A perfect holiday again. Van was spotless, the 696 is a really good camper van with autobox/170bhp !! No doubt we will be returning. 2021 We had a wonderful time in our Ford RollerTeam Zefiro 665 we hired from Adventure Van Rental. This is a great company with top of the range new mobile homes. The Company has the ability to store your car safely, with my car cleaned whilst away ! Quality/price with flexible duration is great. Very good customer and friendly services from Paul and Simon. Great handover and support whilst away in Scotland. Will definitively hire again from AVR and also definitely recommend this Company.

We rented the van for Glastonbury and it was absolutely worth it! The van looked brand new, was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The vehicle orientation was really detailed and clear and we left feeling confident that we could make all the hi-tech functions work. The staff members we met upon vehicle collection and return were lovely, helpful, and kind. We would definitely use Adventure Van Rental again!

So pleased to have searched for Campervan rental and Google came up with Adventure Van Rental - what made it even better was that it was local. From the first call (we were newbies and no idea what we were needing or doing), going to take a look, booking and then picking the campervan up was just a pleasant and easy experience. Driving the van was a delight, easy to park and more economical than I was expecting it to be. Would certainly recommend them and will be rebook through them when we want to go on another campervan adventure.

We hired this motorhome back in May and enjoyed everything about it so much that we hired it again in September, again we received excellent service from booking through to the return of the vehicle.
