Took my wedding and engagement rings to resize, and the ladies were extremely friendly and professional, explained why they weren't sure if they can adjust my wedding ring (bought abroad), but at the end of the day they managed, did an amazing job within a week! Highly recommend!!

I wanted to give Shaws the credit they deserve and change my rating, they reached out and resolved the issue and restored my faith in the business - thank you Shaws. Thank you Charlotte We took a chain to be fixed and was told an approximate valuation and when to collect. We went to collect and was told it would be another 4 days. When we finally collected the cost almost doubled from the estimate, The work was completed well however the service was not great so unfortunately will not be using them again.

I recently had my wedding ring enlarged by 3 sizes. The ring is made of gold with an inlaid bark effect. The ring needed to be cut through and a complete new section added and then matched, as best as possible, to the bark effect of the original ring. The adjustment has been made so well that it is impossible to see where the existing and new parts of the ring are. I am so pleased with the quality of workmanship achieved and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shaw Jewellers of Pudsey. Really impressed with the service at Shaw Jewellers. I took an Omega watch in to get repaired and serviced. The watch was sent off and returned within a fortnight for a fraction of the cost that I usually pay and even got a complimentary polish

Took my diamond cluster ring in for new stone and claw, they checked the other claws and cleaned it, came back looking like new, even though I have had it 18 years with almost constant wear. Great service and friendly staff

£2500 bangle only for scrap. Took it to another repair dealer £55 later repaired as new. If you cannot do it explain you are not capable much better
